The repair went well but the price was outrageous which included a $50 off coupon. $450 for a simple repair is at least $150 too much. The provider said that their technician was here for over two hours over two days but the actual time that person was actually in the bathroom confirming the cause and then replacing the cartridge was 45 minutes total over both days. So they didn’t have the cartridge in their van, I was told it was not a standard cartridge and so Most of his time was spent calling around to see if a local parts place had it which they didn’t so it had to be ordered (true professionals would know the local suppliers inventory and not charge me time for their own lack of knowledge) and filling out paperwork for me to sign. Get a quote upfront for even the most basic repair.

They were great. They walked through the process to make sure I understood what they were doing. The people were friendly and took time to answer all my questions.

It went well. No problems detected.

My experiences have all been excellent. Tom is responsive, prompt, and follows through on commitments. Also, I have been very impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. Their plumbing even looks good when they are done!

It was tricky work, requiring knowledge of old plumbing materials and using the latest specialty tools. The work was done very well. Tom and his crews bring knowledge of old plumbing and what works best with that - a real asset when working in a 100 year old house.

I couldn't be happier with the services provided by River Breeze. The plumber and apprentice were on time every day they worked, and were communicated their work quite well to this layman. They were very tidy, removing all debris from breaking up concrete and leaving areas cleaner than before. Additionally, they were willing to work with me when I failed to let them know I intended to install a medicine cabinet, which required reworking a vent they had already installed. Overall, fantastic work.

River Breeze did an excellent job on the planning, installation and project management. They were responsive to the needs of the project and finished the job on time at the agreed upon price. They are competitive in price and provide outstanding installation and service.

Their work is excellent, they are always quick to respond, and never leave a mess. They supply me with legible paperwork, so I can understand the services performed. Their cost is in inline with other companies I have used in the past. I highly recommend them.

Last service was great because I was unable to be there and the technician was able to gather what I needed over the phone, make a few suggestions, and we came to a solution that was both economical and effective.

Overall, the installations went pretty well. Certainly, nothing initially went wrong with any of them and the owner usually was on the premises himself. When there was a problem, he came back to rectify it which I appreciated. Unfortunately, being a small company, the response time sometimes was not fast and I had to wait a couple of days no matter what the problem was. The only blemish was a leak I had with my new hot water heater that needed immediate attention - I got the owner on the phone who was out of town and he advised me he would not be able to send someone out to address my problem for a couple of days and I could not wait that long so I had to pay another plumber $200 to fix the problem when perhaps River Breeze may have been able to fix it at no cost had I been willing to wait. Unfortunately, with water leaking I was unable to do that. With that said, I would still recommend this company to do a quality job and a professional installation and would not hesitate to use them again in the future if the opportunity arises.

I was impressed with Tom's knowledge, the quality of work and his professionalism. Every need I have had since 2009 has been met promptly and efficiently. Tom truly cares about not only his clients but his employees, which is rarely found these days. I highly recommend River Breeze!

Tom was great. He was saving me from another plumber that had severely undersized the piping required to run my new generator. The old plumber wouldn't even discuss the problem. Tom also saw code problems with the original installation and dealt with those too. The overall experience was awesome, great to work with, flexible, considerate, clean work environment, great work.

Tom did exceptional job in communicating all work to be preformed, and contacting BGE and permit required. I rarely do a review but Tom's professionalism was up and beyond what I've seen in the past from others I would recommend Tom to friends and family 100%
