+ -1 moreSPENT TOO MUCH & COST US THOUSANDS!!!! Want to move to the house of your dreams, pay a ton of money for moving and have the moving company RUIN YOUR PREVIOUS HOUSE? Well. Then go with MOVE IN USA. Not only did they FORGET HALF of our furniture to move, but they also damaged (as in now it’s removed completely) our front storm door, Damaged our EXPENSIVE Wooden Slider Door (where it needs to also be replaced), but they damaged and/or broke almost all the items that did make it to our new house! Greg Miller pretended to be nice and helpful up front, telling us to “file a claim” however their insurance company is a JOKE! $11.000 worth of damage and they try to send us a $135 check? Move In USA, Owings Mills MD is a JOKE! Don’t waste your time. Trust me.
Description of Work: Items needed to be moved from one city in MD to another city in MD approximately 1 hour away.

+ -1 moreI had about 7 articles to be moved from Baltimore to Houston including 4 pieces of furniture, a rug and a couple boxes. I got several estimates and Move In USA was the most reasonable. In addition, they were available for a Sunday pick-up, arrived promptly and were flexible in their delivery dates. Rachel was very helpful in setting things up and supportive during the process. Everything arrived safely.
Description of Work: Several pieces of furniture and boxes needed to be moved from Baltimore to Houston.
