It was a beautiful design choice they made and I would not have thought to make myself.

Great. The tile is beautiful. It arrived as scheduled. There was the appropriate amount . My tile designer, Andrea Quiroga, was wonderful in helping me sort through the hundreds of possible tile designs and match them with my needs and design ideas. Her designs were imaginative and tasteful. She was always responsive to my calls and input. I would recommend her highly. She worked well with Mr. Silva of Silva Construction, which is always important in a remodeling team.

Everything went great with Mosaic. They helped us design a tile backsplash that looks awesome. When there was a problem with one batch of tile due to natural stone variation, they explained the issue and resolved the problem by finding other sources of tile they normally do not stock. They even rush shipped the order at no extra charge. They also helped us with an installation mistake our contractor made and told us how to deal with it so we could educate our installer. Very nice people and great service.

We ere very satisfied with the service and tile provided by Mosaic Tile. Our design consultant, Jenni, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us select the porcelain tile that would look good with the cabinets, counter-top and paint scheme in our kitchen remodel. She even designed the backslash over the range and sink which looked terrific when installed. The tile was delivered to the job site on schedule. The only negative issue was that, during installation, we realized that the wrong size and color of the bull-nose tile for the backslash was delivered. We called Jenni and she quickly arranged for the correct tile to be at their store the next morning. We drove to the store (~1 hr drive) to pick up the tile to avoid any delay in the installation.

What a terrific company. They're prices beat anyone in the region. They were extremely helpful in the design process and knowledgeable of their products. They had my entire order in stock in less than a week.

It went well. It was in 2008. I can't recall the exact price. I bought tiles for my kitchen floor. They were upgraded tiles. They were expensive tiles. The staff were very helpful. They were helpful on the colour. They were prompt and helpful to deal with. They were friendly.

We went to the showroom to pick out tile for a front hall and a bathroom. There was a fairly large selection and a well laid out showroom. The designers helped us pick out the right size tile and showed us a large color selection. Later that week, I returned to pick up the tile and the back desk provided mastic for the installation.

I was very pleased with the designer. She was helpful in picking out tiles to match my new kitchen. They were very professional and courteous to work with. I appreciated their prompt attention and recommendations.

They were just excellent and the designer was terrific. She was young, smart and did an outstanding job for me. She made good suggestion and helped me a lot with the designs.
