+ -1 moreBrian came very quickly to do the estimate. He provided a very detailed estimate with an explanation of all of the work and a diagram of the product. He was willing to negotiate a bit on the price. After getting approval from Columbia Association, we scheduled our installation date. Brian and his helper showed up promptly and installed the railings. No problems -- railings look great!
Description of Work: Installed iron railing for outside steps and stoop.

Description of Work: Lee himself promptly came and provided a very reasonable estimate for adding stair railings to existing wrought iron railings to an existing 40 year old front porch railing. He was able to exactly match the existing iron work and attach the new stair railings so they lookk like part of the original work. The new railings are solid iron and are set deeply into concrete foundations at the foot of the steps. They are very solid, safe and attractive.

+ -1 moreMr. Arndt called before coming and arrived at projected time. This small job took approximately 1 hour to complete. He was courteous and friendly. Previously laid concrete walk below standard. Mr. Arndt made immediate, onsite adjustments to ensure tight, strong anchoring. Railings are superb!
Description of Work: Mr. Arndt's company has been in business since 1936. We visited his workshop where he explained his manufacturing process. He visited our home for a free estimate for 2 outdoor railings on our front steps. His estimate was reasonable. The installation occurred approximately 1 month after deposit.
