Everyone we worked with was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was professional and clearly knew what they were doing. The entire process was easy and the installation was smooth. All the workmen were neat, respectful of us, our home and our dog! I highly recommend using kitchen saver! I don't have a single negative thing to say about the whole experience. We got outstanding service and value for our money.

The worker showed up on time exactly when he said he would and on the days he said he would. He started work and cleaned up the kitchen. He said he would come at eight and he did exactly that. He is very nice. His name is George. He had to finish in three days and he finished in four days. He realized that he didn’t have drawer handles. I couldn’t use the drawer. The work people were fine but I would give a B for office people.

Kitchen Saver's salesman came to our house and had some great ideas on how to improve the kitchen. We were enthusiastic at first, but after about 1 1/2 something came up and I needed to leave, at which time the salesman became irritated and when I pointed out that my son, who knows far more than I about the project, would continue the discussion, he asked whether my son could sign the check. When I pointed out to him that I was not about to sign a contract right then and there at a cost of about $12,000, he packed his papers, told me that he had the measurements and left, not leaving an estimate. I have chosen not to call him back, although I considered asking for another sales person as we liked the product.No ls

The original plan was for the job to take 3 days, but it turned out to be more difficult than any one expected so it took 4 full days, plus parts of 2 more. We were very comfortable with Caleb, the salesman. He seemed very honest, and actually talked us out of some upgrades based on what we told him our goals were. Wayne, the installer, was very professional and did a great job. He cleaned everything up at the end of every day; we were never without our kitchen for a single evening.

They did not give us very many options and we were not really impressed. We ended up buying the package because we felt pressured, but we ended up canceling the contract the next day because the estimate was too high. We have decided to replace the cabinets ourselves.

Couldn't have been better. The initial contact with their sales rep, Calib, was great. Their was no pressure and he spent time, approx 3 hours with us, answering questions and going over the process and product. We had previosly contacted two other companies and their contact with us was fast and furious. Calib also was able to offer suggestions to improve upon what we were doing. Two days after contract signing the company was on-site doing required measurements, this was John, who also was helpful in suggestions on final installation. I was then informed that the company would probably start in about 10 days. Sure enough, I got a call and they started as stated. I can't say enough good things about the installer, George. Once he started he was there every day, ontime, until finished. He is a great craftsman and very particular about his work. Very professional and courteous. Cleaned up the site every day before he left. Personally made all the shop end units required and paid attention to all the details no matter how small. He was a perfectionist. When he finished, a company rep came to inspect and ensure our satisfaction. From start to finish this project couldn't have been better. My wife and I couldn't be happier and our kitchen has truly been upgraded to the 21st century.

Kichen Savers coordinated well with the granite and appliance installers. There was one glitch with the tile installers- I was pretty sure I was given a date then discovered I needed to arrange that myself. Craig, who installed the caninets, was professional, pleasant, and I felt very comfortable having him work while I was out running errands and ,because I work night shift,sleeping upstairs. The kitchen is everything I wanted and more- I still can't believe it's mine. .

I purchased a foreclosure condo. The kitchen had dated cabinetry and was not the look I was going for. I called Kitchen Saver and they were prompt in coming out. My estimate was about what I expected as I was getting some custom things done. This included taking the original cabinets to the ceiling by adding a box above and new cabinet doors. The bar area was removed so that I could have one large work area. Outlet was relocated. Deep sink, modern faucet with pullout and spray, soap dispenser, tilt out drawer in front of sink, spice drawer were included in price. Two new cabinets were added to island for additional storage. Appliances which were purchased by me were installed by them. Countertops were not included in this price. This company is great. I was called away to work during this entire process. Took about two weeks from start to finish. All I can say is wow. My kitchen looks very custom and modern and I have the best kitchen out of all of my friends and family. This is not a cheap process. They are very thorough and also did a follow up call with me to see if everything was ok. Please have them come to your home and discuss the process. Top notch all the way, from the estimator, to the project manager, the workers at the home and the countertop company they work with (ROCK TOPS). If you want a custom kitchen and don't want to spend $40K, this is the way to go.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Anyone who is thinking of having their kitchen updated definitely needs to contact Kitchen Saver. I had not heard of them until I saw their advertisement on TV, December 2011. We had several other companies come and bid on the work. Kitchen Saver surpassed all of them. Their product is superior. You cannot tell that the cabinets are not wood. Totally amazing. The salesman was excellent. He was not pushy at all. He took his time and made us very comfortable discussing the process (and price). He was not put off by having our realtor involved (our house is going on the market in the Spring) in the decision-making. Next, the gentlemen who came to measure the cabinets. He was also excellent. I am sure as a result of his careful measuring, it made the installer's job easier. And our installer was excellent! He worked hard each and every day. He was very pleasant and professional. He made sure the kitchen was cleaned up before he left each day. When we move, if any work is needed in our new house, I will not hesitate calling them.

I was very impressed with everything about this company. My kitchen looks absolutely gorgeous. The office staff was very responsive and communicated well with me. After the job was finished we did have a few small problems. The next day a servicemen was at my door at 8:00am to fix any issues we have. I would recommend this company to anyone and already have. I will use this company in the future.

Started on time and finished on time. Showed up everyday when he said he would be here. All appointments were on time. Installer was professional, personable and very trustworthy.

After the detailed measurements were taken, it was about 2 weeks for the doors and drawer fronts to be custom made, then they came out to begin the installation. The installation consisted of the cabinet extension in addition to just the refacing, and the process took 5 days. There were a couple of minor issues (wrong handles were shipped, a door was not the correct size), but Kitchen Saver worked to resolve these as soon as possible, and did not ask for payment until they were completed. We now want to do the same thing to our 3 bathroom vanities. This was a great alternative to new cabinets (nothing was wrong with the old cabinets structurally, no excess waste, and it is less expensive), and we will use Kitchen Saver again to do this work in our bathrooms as well.

The people who came out were nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They were responsive. They were the first to come out and give the bid among others. The estimate was for $8000. If anybody wants to keep their existing cabinets, there is definitely an option to go with them. They weren’t bad. I would use them in the future.

The house, was originally built in the early '70's. It had all original cabinets, and stove. Needless to say, it was all falling apart. The crew came in on a Monday morning. Very friendly, professional and courteous. There were two plumbers (father and son), the installer and his assistant. First thing they did was to take out all the old cabinets from the wall, while leaving a little damage as possible. Next came the counter top. We had wanted to keep the original sink and disposal, but the plumber showed us that one was falling apart with rust underneath and the disposal was in such bad shape that if they even attempted to put it back, it would fall off the sink. I went and bought a new sink and disposal. After the counter top was removed, came the other cabinets, those were in worst shape than the wall mounted ones. When everything was done they proceeded to clean up and patch any holes that were there, and might present an issue with the upcoming install. Moved the fridge into its new spot, and ran a new water line for the ice-maker and water dispenser. Tuesday: Electrician came out and ran new wiring for the micro-hood and dishwasher. Due to the complexity of the job, and the tightness of the space, it took a while to get the new wires run through the ceiling. Wednesday: The crew came back and mounted all the cabinets to the walls and floors. There were some issues with the walls not being plumb, so that had to be fixed and they finished the cabinets. The installer could not put the counter top in place, because the manufacturer had made it 3 inches bigger, so he had to cut it to fit. Once done, it fit like a glove. The plumbers came in and reinstalled our faucet to the new sink, hooked up the water to the sink, installed the new disposal and hooked up the dishwasher. The new micro-hood was also installed. Thursday: Electrician came back, finished the wiring. Installed new plugs for the micro-hood and stove, added two new circuits to our breaker box, turned them on and we were back up and running. After all was said and done, the kitchen looks beautiful, we have more counter space and drawer space. Even though it is all done in the same square footage, the fact of moving a few things around and adding new cabinets, makes the kitchen more functional, efficient and a pleasure to be in. Great job guys!!!!

I do not think there is anyone else in the area who does this type of renovation and they did a wonderful job. The difference in the appearance and cleanliness of our bathroom is amazing. They came when scheduled and had the job done on time. They were very courteous to me and I am pleased with the completed work. I have nothing to compare the price to, but I feel it was fair for the excellent job they did for us.

As they would not come out to talk with me without my husband being present, I am going elsewhere.

They were cooperative and eager to please, but I had problems with the quality control. I liked the final product, but did not like the fact that I had to purchase my own size of handles for the doors. And, they didn't have different colors of the caulking that fit better with their cabinetry. The installer represented the company fine and treated me fine. I did not see a manager or anyone that was specifically responsible for the project until it was time for me to give them a final check. I would hire them again.

THEIR SERVICE WAS REALLY GOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME EVERY DAY THAT THEY WORKED HERE. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB ON OUR KITCHEN. WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND WE WILL PROBABLY USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE WE ENCOUNTERED AMONG THE MANY ESTIMATES WE RECEIVED. THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS VERY GOOD, ALTHOUGH THE JOB DID TAKE LONGER THAN THEY ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY ALWAYS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY DID AN EXTREMELY NICE JOB. I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED.

THIS WAS THE FIRST BAR THIS COMPANY MADE TO MY UNDERSTANDING. THEY WERE TIMELY IN FINISHING THE PROJECT. IT CAME OUT GREAT AND I THINK IT TOOK THEM MORE TIME THAN ANTICIPATED. SO I FEEL WE GOT A GOOD DEAL ON A GREAT BAR.
