Kitchen Saver

The representative was very punctual and very through. He was helpful in giving away my old cabinet doors. The difference is remarkable and they look very classy. His name is Craig Newton.

I spoke with all 3 vendors rated "A" by Angie's List. One would replace all drawer heads and cabinet doors and veneer my MDF cabinets with matching painted wood. A second would do the same, but painting instead of veneering. Kitchen Savers bid only on replacing drawer heads and cabinet doors. They were almost half again as expensive as the others, and for substantially less work. I was offered about a 10% discount for signing that day. I was also told about a sale that had just ended, and the man who came by said he would check to see if I qualified. I never heard back from him.

Everything went fine. He did an excellent job. He did a job in a short period of time.

All the people i have met have been very friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable. Anything I asked for was attempted or explained why it wasn't possible to do. I even asked for fixes to a drawer not in the kitchen, and was told, "Sure, we can do that." Everyone was neat and clean, Dave, the installer, cleaned up every 10 min. it seemed! Dave was here each day when he said he would be and left the place clear at the end of the day. I was impressed.

Very well! The various Kitchen Saver staff who provided estimates, took measurements, and walked me through my choices were all very thorough, thoughtful and responsive. Andrew Cooper handled the removal of my old countertop, cabinet doors, etc., and did a fair amount of carpentry to repair and ready my old cabinets and adjust my appliances for the new countertop. He did a very thorough, neat job of installing the veneers, lining one cabinet, installing a new range hood, fixtures, etc. He was always punctual, friendly and professional - a real pleasure to have in my home. Kitchen Saver also coordinated installation of the counterop and sink, the plumber, and came by for a last check to ensure everything was level and completed to my satisfaction. I also appreciated that they were flexible about pushing back the the job to later in the summer at my request. All in all it was a very good experience.

First off, they wanted both me and wife to be at home and asked for 90 mins. That's a lot. They wouldn't want to meet with me alone. Then, they cancelled the appointment at the last minute and moved it. The 2nd time around the salesperson shows up 30 mins late and he was so rude and cocky. He had an arrogant air about him and kept mentioning that he wouldn't engage for a small job only large jobs worth $20000+. I had him walk out of our house in less than 10 mins.

These guys were great to work with. Project only took nine days. They showed up when they said they would, and came back every day. Hassan, the lead worker on the project, was super polite and professional. Follow up has been good too.

The service was excellent and we are very happy with our new bathrooms. In particular, Dave Duxon, who did most of the work, was pleasant, punctual and did a very good job. We had used Kitchen saver a few years ago to renovate our kitchen and they did a very good job then as well. I would heartily recommend them.

The personnel at Kitchen Savers are extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. Our installer, Edgar Machado, is a true craftsman who pays attention to even the smallest details. He definitely takes pride in his work. Edgar is very personable.....even our dogs loved him. He did a superb job and we are extremely happy with our kitchen. We highly recommend Kitchen Savers to others considering remodeling their kitchens.

We are very happy with our new kitchen cabinets from Kitchen Saver. Our installer, Tim Mitchell did an outstanding job. He was professional, respectful, hard working and very knowledgeable about his work. We were impressed with our kitchen remodel when Tim completed the job. We highly recommend Kitchen Saver and would use them again.

The sales person helped me get a good idea of what I wanted for our kitchen while making suggestions that helped with organization and saved us money. I was able to schedule the work for a date that was convenient for me. The installer, Tim, was on time, kept me informed and did an amazingly professional job. I had some cabinets replaced and some refaced with new doors. I am VERY pleased with my new kitchen from Kitchen Saver!

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. The quality of materials is top-notch! From beginning to end Mike Lilli, our installer, kept the project running smoothly. He answered all our questions, was always on time and always left the work area clean. He did an excellent job. Excellent service, reasonable price, full days work, great clean up at the end of the day. Advised us of any problems that needed to be discussed. Tim Mitchell was wonderful to work with. Very methodical with his work ethics.

I would HIGHLY recommend KitchenSaver's customer cabinet renewal as a cost effective alternative to a complete kitchen tear out. As a company, their professionalism was evident in every phase of the project- from the initial quote meeting to the post-installation quality control and explanation of the warranty and care and maintenance instructions. In particular, John was extremely accommodating when an unexpected issue arose regarding the size of my new refrigerator. The resolution required a shift of one and a resizing of a second cabinet to allow the refrigerator adequate space. Modifications were accomplished in advance of the installation and this allowed the project to stay on the original timetable. Sean, my installer, was meticulous in every detail and was a delight to have in my home for the several days required to complete the installation. He is polite, kind and professional...attributes that are so very much appreciated these days. Thank you, I am indeed impressed!

It was a great experience Ken O"Dell and Jay were fantastic. Ken is a true craftsman. He pays attention to every detail. Everything is installed expertly and it shows in the finished product. The crew shows up on time, puts up plastic in the doorways and cleans up at night. This company has old-fashioned dedication to doing a good job values. So rare, I found in contracting companies today. John Riegert makes sure everything runs smoothly. This company is great with open communications between installers, customers and the company. This makes it go so much more smoothly for the homeowner. Except for the noise, I didn't even know Ken and Jay were working away in the kitchen. The quality of the cabinets was far superior to custom cabinets I had installed in a previous renovation in another house. I can't say one thing negative about this experience with Kitchen Saver.

From the initial meeting with the sales rep of Kitchen Saver though the compleation of the renovation, everyone we came into contact with from Kitchen Saver, either personally or on the phone were extremely professional. Dave Duyon, the installer, was on time, courteous, and very neat - not a bit of dirt or dust at the end of each day. A pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Kitchen Saver to anyone who wants expert work for a reasonable price. End product BEAUTIFUL!

Kitchen Savers was just great at every step. From Adam the sales rep and Carol my point person at Kitchen Savers I was impressed by how much attention and care they took with our small kitchen job. The work by the installer Chris Forrest was excellent! He was so wonderful to work with, experienced with the nuances of an old kitchen and excellent carpenter. I'd give him an A+ if I could! The only glitches were the result of my changing my mind but that was met by KS with patience and professionalism. Overall I'm a very satisfied customer.

Overall the experience was excellent. The whole process took approximately two weeks. Everybody was personable and professional. Mike, our installer, is a master craftsman, a perfectionist and punctual. Whatever problems he encountered he solved with great results. He left our kitchen clean and neat everyday. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

Superbly! Kitchen Saver performed all work as promised; quality of the finished product cannot be done better. Granite work was sub-contracted; and, also plumbing-related work...done to the same standard...no blemishes. Soft-close hardware; handles, finishes -- have all made the kitchen to be fully new. There are many other competitors, but NONE are better...

Hassan Hassan worked in our house building custom cabinets for two weeks. He does exceptional work and is extremely customer focused. We actually were sad to see him go as he is such a kind person. :)

Our kitchen cabinets were refaced by Kitchen Saver in May 2018. Our installer was Tim Mitchell. He is an exceptionally proficient craftsman. Tim proved to be: 1.) An excellent installer. 2.) Extremely neat (leaving our kitchen spotless at the end of each work-day) 3.) Exceptionally knowledgeable, 4.) Courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and I would request him for any future work at my house. Our sales associate was Dan Dziewanowski. He is extremely capable. Dan presented his products and their features in a competent, honest, no pressure manner. When we requested changes or had additional questions/concerns, Dan responded promptly and met our needs. I selected Kitchen Savers because they were a "one stop shop" to do the job. They took care of all the arrangements and scheduling of the subcontractors. I was also impressed by the quality of the product they offered. They were true to the schedule provided by the salesperson. Workers arrived on time and were very professional. They covered work area and protected existing appliances and island. All subs arrived as scheduled. All materials were on hand when needed. The two things that most impressed me were the installer, Tim Mitchell, and the responsiveness of the company. Tim was very professional and exact in his work. It was evident that he took pride in his work. He did not seem rushed or pressured to complete the job in a certain time frame. He pointed-out minor changes or adjustments that would make the project look or function better. He was also very pleasant to talk to and work with. I was also very impressed by how responsive the company was. Whenever i had a question or concern, they were quick to respond and personnel were often available the next day. The "boss" called me on at least two occasions to see if I was satisfied. The only negative aspect of the project was the cost. I though their price was high for the work to be done and size of the kitchen. But I have been doing most of my own work around the house so perhaps my expectations were unrealistic. Overall, I would recommend Kitchen Savers without reservation.

Selected Kitchen Saver after getting other quotes for both full kitchen cabinet replacement as well as just new doors with veneer on cabinet sides & bottoms. Salesman was knowledgable & offered helpful advice & recommendations--I'm 100% happy with the choices he helped guide me to (without pressure to choose high-end options). Installer Andrew Cooper was meticulous in his craft, a true professional. Very satisfied with my experience overall, would definitely recommend for either just new cabinet doors or full cabinet box replacement (they built me a new drawer to replace a broken one & the craftsmanship was excellent). Finally, there were five different people who came to my home (salesman, measurement person, installers & supervisor), and over the course of their visits, in different ways, everyone spoke highly of their company and its management. That's generally a sign of a good company to do business with.

The whole process went very well. If there were any issues along the way the problems were addressed and resolved satisfactorily.

We had a wonderful experience with Kitchen Savers. Sean Bryan, our installer was on time, very professional and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect for us. The quality of his work and the product were outstanding. Kitchen Savers took our kitchen from a drab one to a beautiful one in a matter of days (not weeks).
