Kitchen Saver

Every person at Kitchen Saver with whom we had contact was extremely helpful, professional and competent. A schedule was established and adhered to. We have a large kitchen and the project took two weeks. The quality of materials is excellent. The installer, Mike Lilli, did an excellent job and paid attention to every detail, large and small. He cleaned up every day and the 2-week construction period was not a problem for us.

Very good. The kitchen was complete within the two week timeframe. My husband and I were very impression with our kitchen results. We were so impressed that we hired the immediately to complete the other half of our kitchen. Tim Mitchell and Walter Malloy were amazing. The price was within our budget.

Kitchen saver did an amazing job from start to finish. The sales staff, office staff, the incredibly knowledgeable and professional installer, the outside vendors they arranged for all worked toward true customer satisfaction, each professional, courteous, never cutting corners and completing each part of the job to the highest level. If 5 Star is the best- Kitchen Saver gets a 6.

Punctual, professional, beautiful final product! They were helpful in planning the final product and came back quickly when I had something to correct. Perfect!

It went very well, and I was not surprised. From our first contact at the home show we knew this was a very professional outfit. The sales/ selection was not at all stressful and worry free, The tech in charge of our install Sean Bryan was fantastic. He was extremely helpful with all questions and or requests. He even suggested some custom touches that improved on our design. Sean was always on time, made sure that dust and debris stayed in the work zone and ALWAYS mad sure the area was clean and ready for us to use before he left. Sean Bryan earned that five star rating all day everyday. You will not be disappointed.

It turned out beautifully, could not be happier. Very impressed with Tim Mitchell and Walt. Both very professional and polite.

Great work, Ken O'Dell, a top not craftsman in his field. A true professional, when errors were found, Ken resolved them with consultation with me and how to proceed. On a project this big, its hard to find minutia items until you are there doing the job, and that's where Ken excels. We are enjoying our brand new kitchen and very pleased with the investment.

I was very impressed with Kitchen Saver from beginning to end. The work was outstanding and completed in 3 1/2 days. Hector Gomez was the installer and he was outstanding. He was prompt, and efficient. Each day he cleaned up the kitchen so it could be used. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for cabinet refacing.

We were thrilled with the service we received. Our installer, Chris Forrest, was on time, kept everything completely clean, responded via text or phone immediately, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND by fabricating new, custom cabinet pulls in a smaller size for 2 oddly shaped and placed doors so that my need to have all things centered was met. That was the icing on the cake! Our counter tops and new sink are being installed tomorrow by a new team (Rock Tops, in Owings Mills), and I can't wait!

The project went extremely well. They are meticulous in every step of the process, beginning with making measurements. They clearly informed me about choice of materials, prices, what they could do and what they couldn't, etc. I think their attention to detail is the reason for the project's success. Everyone I dealt with was very competent, especially the installer Simon. They told me what the timeline would be and they kept to it. The new cabinet doors and drawer fronts look beautiful, they fit perfectly, and they are hung/mounted correctly. They contract out electrical work (new lights) to another company but they coordinate closely with them. I can't imagine the project turning out any better than it did. I'm not sure how their price compares to others but feel that the price was fair given the high level of quality.

We were extremely happy with Kitchen Saver. Ken O'Dell, Rick, and the plumbers (Atlas) and electricians were all very professional and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the end result. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

You know, they did exactly what they said they would. Scheduling was a breeze, they showed up on time. They cleaned up every day after the work so that I could use the kitchen when I came home. The cabinets, doors and drawers are really elegant looking. Beautifully installed, very precise. Tim and Walter were friendly, professional and just did a great job.

When starting research and getting estimates on refacing my kitchen cabinets was not sure what to expect. With that said I have to say Kitchen Saver far exceeded my expectations. The finished results look like brand new cabinets. Would absolutely recommend and use Kitchen Saver again. The installer they sent out was Hassan Hassan. If you use kitchen Saver I suggest you request him. He conducted himself professionally and courteous at all times. Always had time to answer my questions and cleaned up and put his tools away everyday. His attention to detail is outstanding. A true craftsman.

Tim Mitchell was phenomenal. The kitchen looks fantastic and brand new. Tim was extremely professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to finish details to perfection. He was a pleasure to have around. Walt was being trained by him and he was pleasant too. I'm so glad that I picked this company after looking into many options.

We initially contracted Kitchen Saver to remodel our Kitchen in November 2003. However, the quality of products exceeded the "10 years limited product warranty". In March, 2019, contracted with Kitchen Saver to have the cabinets replaced. In the interim, the staff at Kitchen Saver render services in a professional manner. On May 2, 2019, we had new cabinets installed. The installation services performed by Tim Mitchell "exceeded our expectations". He was prompt, cordial, efficient, effective, and worked diligently to get the job done! The cabinets look great! Tim Mitchell did a great job as our installer. Phil Miller worked with him and also did a great job. They were both very professional and really nice. They did a beautiful job and were very particular that things were done right. I am very pleased with how my kitchen turned out. I highly recommend Kitchen Savers.

I have heard horror stories from friends about renovations and I expected the same thing. However, to my surprise everything went as was explained to me. I had absolutely no stress Jae Kim finished on the date I was told he would be done. Extremely happy with Kitchen Savers and I plan to referr as many people as possible.

It was a wonderful experience with Kitchen Saver. I saw their huge display at the home show in January. I was very impressed to see the huge Angie's List award on their display. My cabinets were dark cherry and now a beautiful white. The cabinets look brand new, I love the white cabinets. My back splash and counters weren't replaced. They work very well with the cabinets. Hassan was the installer. What a wonderful man. He came promptly and worked very **** ** the kitchen. He is very methodical and treats your kitchen as if it were his own. The job took 5 days. It was done Friday afternoon. I never doubted he would have it done. I highly recommend this company.

Hector did an excellent job on the installation - on time, fast, professional, immaculately done. This was a small job but his attention to detail and work were impressive. Highly recommend! Staff was great, totally professional, great attention to detail, best construction experience ever. Still awaiting return of electrician to complete a minor tweak but they did a great job too

The installation was great!! Simon called before coming. He arrived on time and set up his work area. He protected our wood floors with drop cloth and cardboard. He covered the counter tops with with a thick shock absorbent cardboard. Simon was diligent about his work and answered my questions and thoroughly cleaned the area upon completion of his work. We have had many companies to perform work in our home, but from the sales call (Dan), to measurement (Rudy), to Installation (Simon) and administrative support and scheduling (Carole) Kitchen Saver has been the absolute best experience. One of the best contractor experiences ever! Tim Mitchell did the work and he was beyond knowledgeable, punctual, professional, trust worthy and a perfectionist!! My kitchen looks brand new for a fraction of the cost of replacing cabinets. We are theilled, I wish I had other work to give him!!!

From beginning to the finished product they were excellent. Our salesman Al was great and most of all our installer Sam (Hussam Elghbodady) is an amazing craftsman. Kitchen Savers is a 1st class organization that I would highly recommend.
