The carpet seam was not matched. Representative didn't want to hear about it, although eventually fixed it. Vinyl was damaged and needed to be relaid. Seams were done extremely poorly. Even after second installation, the vinyl came up from the floor and they had to come back again to cut and push glue under it. They damaged the vinyl with this repair. They told us the manufacturer (Congoleum) didn't know what they were talking about with laying multiple layers of vinyl (need underlayment).
Description of Work: Had carpet and vinyl flooring installed. Came to house, showed samples. Installation performed on-time.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT! I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE COMPANY. THEY GIVE YOU IN HOME PERSONAL SERVICE. THEY BRING THE SAMPLES TO YOU. THEY TAKE ALL OF THE MEASUREMENTS. I RECEIVED THREE DIFFERENT CARPETING QUOTES AND THEY HAD THE BEST PRICES. THEY BEAT EVERYONE HANDS DOWN. I RECEIVED UPGRADED CARPETING FOR THE SAME PRICE THAT OTHER COMPANIES WERE OFFERING THEIR LOW GRADE CARPETING.
Description of Work: CARPETED 3 BEDROOMS, 2 SETS OF STEPS, 1 HALLWAY, 2 LANDINGS AND ALL THE CLOSETS IN A 2100 SQ FT TOWNHOUSE.
