They did an excellent job. They even offered a less expensive solution to my problem. I will definitely call them if I have future garage door problems.

I submitted a request for service and within minutes Paul called back. After speaking with him, he was at our house within an hour or less and got the garage door rails straightened out and the door back on the rails and functioning great. He was very prompt and very reasonable in his price. I’ll definitely use him again when needed. I highly recommend Paul and First Call Doors.

I'm very pleased with the work performed by Paul @ First Call Garage Doors. He reached out to me within 10 minutes of my inquiry, responded quickly to my numerous questions and within 2 days had completed the installation. He also assessed the condition of my current doors and provided me with several reasonable options. Even thought I accepted the lesser cost option (replace springs, rollers, and rehab the existing doors - he responded professionally and completed all of the rehab and installation work timely and with high quality. I also appreciated that Paul and his team cleaned up the work area and hauled away all of the old equipment and the packing material from the new. I also felt Paul was looking out for me best interests when he recommended a less expensive option for my consideration to address incompatible technology in my vehicles. I would definitely use Paul and First Call Garage Doors again.

We used Paul with First Call Garage Doors back in 2011 to replace our garage door and were happy with the results. A piece on our door broke and I contacted him to come fix our door. He was supposed to arrive at 3 p.m. on 6/18 and didn't show. When I spoke with him, he sited a family emergency and that he would come between 7-7:30 a.m. on 6/19. Again he didn't show and this time there was no phone call. I would definitely not use this company again. It is completely unprofessional to not show for the appointment this morning.
