They did a very good job at a reasonable price. But I didnâ t appreciate the fact that one of the workers was chain smoking in my garage throughout the duration of job. And whenever I opened the door leading into the main portion of the house, the terrible smell of tobacco came inside.

On Super Bowl Sunday Paul came over within an hour to help get car out of garage because door wouldnâ t work! Extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Replaced my 23 year old garage door and motor the very next day. Highly recommend First Call!!!

Paul was personal, efficient and effective with replacing a snapped spring and broken roller to resolve the issue. Cost was more than the Angi prepaid estimate but I don’t normally prepay due to not knowing what pro will take the job.

Paul arrived exactly when he said he would, did not try to sell me any "extras" and replaced the broken torsion spring.

Came out to fix garage door same day that I called. Seems very honest and professional.

I called a few people everyone just said give me this money we will come there and tell you what the problem is and charge u x$$ . Paul was different he called me to ask me about the problem asked for pics, and diagnosed the problem. I did not even know how to take the right shots he guided me on phone diagnosis and gave me a quote. I only waited till since I had to confirm with my husband. He came and fixed it in less than half hr. No bullshit no crap. Many companies it went to a receptionist, and it was not useful talking to people who did not even know the business they were in.
