Danni arrived during a snow storm and had to walk to the house. She was very friendly and professional and was able to give me a written estimate on the spot. The estimate was high so I went with another company.

Seth at Ensor Plumbing offered several solutions ranging from revamping our existing system to a whole new one. Unlike other plumbers, Seth didn't necessarily recommend the most expense solution and by revamping our existing system, we saved a good amount of money. My initial contact with a nationally known plumbing firm left me uneasy. After further internet research I found Ensor and was impressed with their website and history in the business. A phone call was all it took. Their customer service personnel (Stacey comes to mind) are beyond impressive, and I swear they must be certified plumbers themselves because they knew more than me. When you have a serious plumbing problem, you want to talk to someone who is optimistic. And they were. Ensor tech Jason arrived as scheduled. Let me tell you, these guys don't just plod into your home - they put on foot gear to protect your flooring, each time they enter, and they are meticulous. Jason quickly figured out what the problem was, and he told me it was something that in his decades of experience he had never seen before. A large tree root had worked it's way up to the toilet flange, and in the process had displaced a large amount of soil into the hollow toilet base. I don't know how anything was flushing past that obstruction - the pipe was at least 60% blocked. To make matters worse, Ensor's pipeline camera revealed that our main sewer line to septic tank was extensively and seriously blocked by smaller tree roots which found their way into the old-style cast iron pipe junctions. It took some extra effort but Jason was able to bore thru the jungle in the main sewer line with Ensor's HD equipment, and perseverance (working in a small bathroom to boot!). We are now left with a toilet that functions as well as a gold-plated one in Trump Tower. And we are assured that we'll never have a back up problem again. Ensor gave us a free education as a perk, along with their special customer service and professional tech abilities. My wife and I feel as though we dodged a bullet. Without clearing the tree roots out of the main line we'd never be able to sell our house (we're nearing retirement age). We highly recommend Ensor.

Ensor Plumbing and Heating is a family owned small business. They provided excellent customer service, starting with the first phone call. We noticed a leak in our radiant floor heating and after careful triaging of the situation, they sent someone for repair a week later. While at first, I was a bit concerned about the long wait, it was apparent that they took care of clients who were in danger of no heat during a very cold spell. The serviceman arrived on time. Upon arrival he laid down tarps from the front door to the work area and was meticulous about cleaning up after himself. He carefully removed custom wood panels and chiseled away tiles. He was able to quickly find the source of the problem. It took several days to finally repair the issue, but it is a 50+ year old copper system that was a difficult job. Upon completion of repair, he put back the custom wood panel and thoroughly cleaned up. It's obvious that this company cares about the quality of their work and the customer experience. While I found the price to be higher than anticipated, in this instance you really do get what you pay for. We've worked with many other plumbers and by far, Ensor provides the best quality workmanship.
