Professional. Courteous. Knew exactly what to do with up-front costs. Did an excellent job unclogging a sink pipe and cleaned up afterwards!!! Appreciate their service and will be our go-to for plumbing needs!

The correspondence was great. They contacted me immediately and worked with my schedule. The plumber arrived on time and kept me informed during the whole process. James was the onsite professional and he was thorough from start to finish. He resolved several issues for us today. He was meticulous in all the work and did not stop until he was satisfied with the job being complete and would stand the test of daily usage. He represented Ensor Plumbing very well today and they will get my recommendation every time.

My only complaint was the cost. This is my fault for accepting (signing off on the quotes). I paid probably twice as much as I should have. The quality of the work done was not an issue, but what they charged would keep me from ever using them again. Live and learn. Hopefully, the next time I am in this situation I just say no that is way too much.

Ensor has received a lot of hate here but we had the exact opposite experience. Our main sewer line clogged late on a Thursday night. Jason came and was extremely thorough. He was clean, really respectful of our house, explained everything he was doing and why (I ask a lot of questions), and on and on. Ensor explained all of their charges ahead of time, including the emergency/late night fee. So no surprises at all from that perspective. A definite go-to when we need service again.

My tankless hot water heater was dripping and it was a weekend. I received a text message from Ensor. I sent her a picture of the part the was dripping. She looked it up and tracked down the part at a store over an hour away. She came over immediately and her partner arrived a few minutes later with the part. They installed it quickly. Excellent customer service!

The plumber came across as honest and he was well prepared to perform the replacement of the sump pump in the crawl space.

Great service but fees are a little high. John was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a good experience but a little hard on the budget.

Jason was my plumber, he was professional very quick, cleaned up. Honest, he also diagnosed my water heater which also had to be replaced. Bge was cheaper, so I got the water heater from them. Heather the lady in the office, very sweet, and helpful. I will use again Thank u Jason, he was the 4th plumber to come to my house. He removed bathroom pipe they was clogged leading to bathroom sink. I have pictures. I would love to share.
