Ensor Plumbing

Unbelievably expensive, I do not recommend. I had 2 shut-off valves replaced, as well as a sink pop up valve. All this cost me close to $500. This was done while I was out of town so I think my wife got ripped off. I provided the pop up valve. Shut off valves at Home Depot are less than $15 each. So $30 for parts, plus my free part, and then $450 for labor. You decide.

Called yesterday and person who answered the phone, I believe it was Laura, said the serviceman would be here at 10 am. It is now 10:45, he has not arrived and he did not call to say why he was late. I called and spoke with the owner. Expressed my disappointment and the owner said Laura should have advised me that Ensor sets a 2 hour window when the service man may arrive. She did not. Hence I canceled the service. Had Laura been more forthright, I may have agreed to the two hour window and accepted the contract. However, that was not the case so I canceled the service and will NEVER call Ensor again. Dr. Martin

Jason and Donovan were very professional, on time, and friendly. They explained everything, including pricing, in detail. Would use this company again.

Very professional and friendly service. He found the problem quickly and repaired it. However the cost was very high in my opinion.

Jason and his partner were on time(even a little early) I found them to be very professionL. They had my new water heater installed and working in no time. Will use Ensor again and recommend to family and friends.

One of my drains seems so blocked it may need "surgery". He tried to clear it but with no luck. I'll give it several doses of enzymes to see if we can get the 70 year old cleaned out

They were very efficient in doing there work. Answered all the questions I had and even gave me estimates on future work.

Good experience overall. The work was done well. I just thought it was about $100 or more too expensive for the job that was done. Note that I am taking into consideration the mark up; the travel, admin costs, parts, the plumber.

Dannie was phenomenal! She helped us with a City sewer line back up that flooded our basement. Would absolutely recommend this company and will be using them for all future plumbing issues.

They are way overpriced, so I will not hire them again.

Nice plumber and he spent some time here but he did not test sink drain for leaks before he left and another plumber found it and fixed it.

I value the speed at which my problem was addressed and I have no problem with either the quality of work or the professional behavior of the technician. But honestly, the only excuse for the price was the timing. With little doubt I would hire Ensor again in the emergency situation but I will think twice when looking for a planned project contractor.

The work was excellent. The problem was solved and corrections made and the house was left the way it was found. Our only negative comment is that it was expensive. We paid a fee for them to come out which was not applied to the bill when project was complete. We would use them again for all plumbing concerns if the fee to come out was applied to the final bill.

Excellent, courteous, and professional service!!! My plumber replaced my sump pump, installed my dishwasher, installed a toilet, and fixed two other toilets in less than four hours! She was fantastic and I’m definitely using Ensor again!
