Description of Work: We have been a customers of this company for several years now. This company knows that we are not always in the country, however, they get their rent paid on time, because it comes directly from my bank account. If the payment comes one day from the 1st of the month, (because of the month's ending and working days, etc.) these bastards go with an overlock and charge fees etc. Sometimes one may not have paid close attention to the invoice, because I saw the payment coming off my bank statement. The account then would be in a 'balance owing' situation, since they keep adding charges, all because of a one days' difference. I am not even going to mention their constant rent increases. One would think that solid customers like us, they would cut just a little slack knowing our situation (not always local physically). They seem to treat loyal customers with a kick in the teeth. They do not value loyalty at all !! I would have a hard time recommending this outfit!
