They did good, careful work. They gently handled rosebushes they needed to work around to clean and treat fence. They worked Sunday before July 4 to finish the job in time for the holiday. I would hire them again.

It was hard to get the estimate (two missed appointments), but once estimate was made, work proceeded on a reasonable time schedule. The cleaning and sealing was an OK job, but the repair work was disappointing. The new railings have gouges and uneven pickets. There was quite a mess as well: white paint chips everywhere, including in flower beds quite distant (from power washing). They didn't clean up much wood chunks and labels from the wood posts were all over, including in my neighbor's yard. I hired them because another Angie's List report said they were careful with plants, but I did not find that to be true (maybe Danny would have been, but he sent his workers to this job and they were far less professional). The price almost doubled from the estimate when Danny realized how much more repair was needed. The ''C'' grade is generous and based on the average of ''B'' for responsiveness and courtesy and ''D'' for quality and cleanliness.

Danny, and his crew, was very courteous and he performed the work in a timely manner. He was very careful to protect plants, etc. while using the deck sealant.
