I've been using them for 18 years now. She goes above and beyond. She is definitely top notch. They have excellent customer service. She wipes everything clean. She makes sure that everything is done. She trains her daughter to be like her. She did a thorough clean up. The floors are shining, everything is wipe down. I will never let her go.

I've been using them for 14 years. It was good. They were very nice, respectful and careful. They do a very good work.

OUTSTANDING!! Betty and her crew of 6 ladies did a full dusting and cleaning of my 3 story TH in 1 hour. Had dust everywhere after we had new floors installed and some drywall work. Cleaning work performed included: dusting, mopping, windows, blinds, floors, furniture, counters, and vacuum. And the price can't be beat! Another local company quoted me double the price for the same work. Betty and her team exceeded my expectations in every way! Will definitely contact again.

They are very good, they will do extra work for you like cleaning of oven, refrigerators with extra cost.

Betty's team is very professional and does an amazing job. She was very responsive to scheduling needs, even making a last minute change due to a mistake on our part.

I have never before hired someone to clean my house, so I don't have any other experiences for comparison. Overall, I am happy with it. My blinds and baseboards are cleaner than they've been in years, and I was amazed they pulled out the couches and tables to clean under and around them. They were very thorough about cleaning every surface in every room. Although not everything was done in the kitchen because they ran out of time. Betty was my main contact, and she was very nice and professional. But I believe she just has (and works with) one cleaning crew, so she was hard to reach and we had a hard time scheduling a day and time that worked for both of us. I agreed to a 4pm start time, and in hindsight wish I had insisted on a time the kids would be in school. Betty and her crew arrived around 4:20 and left around 6:45. So it was inconvenient timing, but I'm happy to have a clean house.

Very well! Betty and her crew were absolutely on time and did a great job. I don't think my fridge has been as clean as her crew made it in forever. And I really appreciated her being able to come and clean during the busy week of Thanksgiving. I'm very pleased. Thanks, Betty!

Betty and her crew were amazing. Prompt, courteous and professional at the time of the estimate. Reasonably priced. They arrived on time and were again very courteous. They moved very quickly and did an amazing job. The house is spotless!!!! I highly recommend!!!

Hired Cleaning Better after interviewing three other services. I felt most comfortable with Betty Veneros. She was very professional and explained everything upfront. Four lady's plus Betty arrived on time and began cleaning immediately. They were extremely thorough (although later I noticed a couple of areas that I discussed with Betty that were missed and she wanted to come back right away to fix. I told her it was no big deal and she was very apologetic and said they would be more careful next time. I appreciated her concern!) I feel my home sparkled when returning 2 hours later. We loved the little touches that were left behind like how blankets were folded and toilet paper origamied (sp.) Felt as though we lived in a hotel lol!! It was such a nice surprise at every turn. Will definitely be using Betty and her team on a regular basis.

Betty and her team were wonderful. They cleaned my entire house to a level it has seen in years. Betty was thorough and insured every nook and cranny was cleaned. I have had cleaning contracts with national franchise firms in the past that didn't clean my house as well as Betty and her team.

I would first like to apologize that I posted my initial rating and response prior to getting a text message from the owner stating where my cat’s water dispenser was. However, this is the text I received from Betty following my initial post: “Ma’am, I just read the review you posted on Angie List about my services. Even though we encourage our customers to post reviews about their experience with Cleaning better, we also would appreciate our customers to be sincere of what they post online. On your review, you mentioned that we arrived late and we seemed in a hurry. We sincerely apologize for the late arrival but due to traffic and getting held back with other customers, we found ourselves with very little time to work with. I understand that’s no excuse to deliver great services but that lead to forgetting to clean the oven and refrigerator. As I may have not seemed friendly, I just wanted you to know that I wasn’t feeling well and I sincerely apologize if I gave you the wrong impression. While I made many mistakes during that cleaning, I believe you made a mistake by posting false accusations on Angie’s list. At the very last of your review, you mentioned that your cat’s water container was missing and that you’ve tried to reach out but got no response. While I have evidence proving otherwise, I am kindly asking you to take it down due to have false accusations. You are more than welcome to give me a bad review online but we encourage our customers to be honest and sincere about their experience, especially when I decided to work with you after you contacted me 5 months after the deal you signed up for had expired. Thank you.” What I get from this text message is that I received sub-par service because they took longer with the customer prior to me and ran off to their next customer before completing work on my house. I paid for a deep cleaning, yet the refrigerator and oven were not touched and a number of corners were cut during the cleaning. The cabinets were not wiped down, the floor was just wiped – not cleaned, all of my furniture was moved to one side in my living room and in the laundry room and left that way, and the front door was left open for an extended period of time so my house was full of flies. The water dispenser was removed from the automatic pet dispenser (why?) and placed next to the toilet. The cat scooper, mini dust pan and brush were placed inside of the cat box so the cat could not use the box (took awhile for me to discover that since the box has a hood on it). Betty’s excuses (that she wasn’t feeling well, that there wasn’t enough time) should have prompted a reschedule or a partial refund for the work left undone. The accusation that I contacted her 5 months after the deal’s expiration is not true: I purchased the cleaning with a six-month window for use. I ordered the service December 17, 2016 and according to Angie’s List, had until June 15, 2017 before it expired. It was extremely difficult to schedule this cleaning service, but I still redeemed it within the limits of the deal. I feel that I did not receive what I paid for, and have been fed nothing but excuses for the sub-par cleaning.

Betty is respectful and they did a great job each time. They are hardworking and attentive to detail.

Did no go well. after a couple of emails got an email on the 15th about coming home on March 25th at 3.00 P.M which was a Saturday. Have to send the family out so the house would be empty when the cleaners came. Unfortunately no cleaners came and there was no call to cancel or reschedule services. Spent the whole evening waiting to no avail. Very Unprofessional. Will not hire again.

Amazing job. They are thorough and fast.

My husband was home when they arrived - they spoke limited English and demanded more money without even walking in even though we had spoken many times about what we needed and that not all the rooms were in need of cleaning. They would not honor the deal we bought.

Cleaning Better did a great job with a deep cleaning for our home - including an oven cleaning and fridge cleaning. They tackled all of our rooms and bathrooms, swiftly and thoroughly. They cleaned baseboards and ceiling fans alike. We were very pleased. I had to reschedule due to a conflict on my end - and they were very responsive and accommodating to find a good date and time.

The ladies did a really good job... house smelled wonderful; they organized a bit as they went along; and were very professional

They did an incredible job. I keep finding little details throughout the house that they did, and I smile. They worked quickly but thoroughly. I've had our house cleaned before by other companies, but never with such detail. I highly recommend Betty and On the Spot Cleaning.

Crew of 4 deep cleaned 2000 square feet in 3 hours. Including my refrigerator and oven. I'm very satisfied. The house looks great. Would definitely hire them again.

Betty and her crew were amazing! We had a deep house cleaning special deal, and that included more than we had imagined. Betty's team was very efficient, with multiple ladies working different levels at the same time. They paid attention to every detail in each room, and even added small touches like special toilet paper folds in the bathroom. We also didn't have to provide any cleaning materials (some other services we've used have required the use of our personal vacuum or cleaning cloths). They were running a little late because a previous job ran over, but Betty called and informed us ahead of time and arrived promptly at the adjusted time.

The house shined and sparkled when they were done, and it smelled very clean. They got stains out of the countertop that I have not been able to get out for years, no matter what I did. This was the first clean, for which I naturally had to pay more, but it was still very reasonable. They cleaned the windows, the blinds, the lamp shades, the woodwork, of which there is a lot and it is white. I am beyond happy. They use their own equipment and their own products. Excellent job!
