I am generally not easy to impress. With Carroll I was impressed. They were very professional: showed up when they said they would to perform the estimate, quickly got the estimate to me. Of the three companies that I asked for estimates, I actually received two. One company did not bother to respond to my request for quote. Carroll was the lowest estimate by far., scheduled a date to perform the service and completed the job on time for the agreed amount. Their clean-up was so good, If one had not known that two 50 foot plus trees had been there the day before, you would not have known they had been removed. There was no so much as a speck of sawdust, or any debris left in my yard. All the business that I transacted with them was done by phone and email. In fact I never actually met any of their employees. My neighbor told me that he stood agog when they brought in this huge crane and lifted the tree from the back yard up over the garage. It must have been quite a sight. That said I could not be more pleased with the service and the result. Next time I need trees removed, I will most certainly contact Caroll

I've used Steve and his crew for a number of jobs. They always do an excellent job. I called about this job just to get on the list (since the ice caused a lot of damage in the area). Steve came right out and provided the estimate. They called to apologize when another snow storm got in the way of the work. They also left a message (after completing the work) to call back 'when the snow melts' and they'll come out to finish up raking the needles. While the snow hasn't melted yet, I have every confidence that when I call they will come promptly.

The workers arrived promptly and began work. They did an excellent job removing the oak tree and doing all of the trim work. They planted a new tree that was much larger than expected and did not charge extra for the mature oak. The clean up was immaculate. They even raked up some leaves and pine needles that I had not gotten too. Communication was excellent. The owner met me at my property to ensure I was fully satisfied with the location of the new tree and to see if the trim work on the other trees was sufficient. After the clean up, they did a beautiful job leveling the ground at the site of the tree removal and planting grass seed. A great experience!

We had a very small tree removal job that needed to be done for a townhouse we just moved into. Most other tree companies were asking an exorbitant minimum rate. Carroll gave us a very fast estimate and got the job done at a very reasonable price.

Carroll Tree Service was out to the house within three days and removed the tree in one day. This included using a 90' crane to help get the branches off the house. We were so happy with the work that we had Carroll Tree Service come out two weeks later and trim some other potentially troublesome trees.

This was a very big project. They had to bring in a crane to remove the maple tree. They worked safely and were very concerned about it. They were a really great and responsible crew that worked well together. They even cleaned and raked up the yard after they were finished. They were very responsive to any of our concerns. I will use this company again.

FRANK DUDEK, WITH CARROLL TREE SERVICE IS WONDERFUL. HE IS INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TAKES ALL THE TIME NEEDED TO GO THROUGH THE PROPERTY LOOKING AT EACH TREE AND PUTTING TOGETHER A SERVICE CONTRACT THAT SUITS THE NEEDS OF THE PROPERTY. THE MEN WHO COME TO PERFORM THE WORK ARE FAST AND COMPETENT. THEY ALSO CLEAN UP ALL THE LIMBS, SAWDUST, ETC. SO YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL WHERE THE WORK WAS DONE. THIS COMPANY IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES.
