When I called and explained how concerned I was, they offered to come right away. I chose the next day. They gave me a two-hour window and Yuri showed up right on time and I didn't have to wait around for two hours. He was incredibly nice and open to the barrage of questions I had for him. He was also very knowledgeable. I was very concerned about the mice. I'm terrified by them and really worried about the health problems they can cause. We haven't been able to move into the kitchen because there were droppings and we caught one in a trap. He calmly listened and answered my questions and he was very respectful about my concerns. He was able to advise me about simple things we could do to keep them away in the future. For the price we paid today, we have two more free inspections if we see any signs of the mice after two weeks. I've dealt with pest control companies before and I have never felt so satisfied. Yuri was meticulous, respectful and competent. What a change from other companies! I will recommend Brody Brothers services to anyone who needs help with pests.

Person doing the inspection was professional. System they used did not seem as current as the system used by the other 2 companies from which I got an estimate. Also their price was higher.

Excellent experience. Professional and gave good advice on keeping critters away. Ants were gone the next day.

By having Yudi come out when he did, the entire project went smoothly, and the result was not only an excellent low-cost solution to an existing problem, and a proactive solution to a possible future one, but it turned out to be a very aesthetic addition to the finished project. The gravel bed looks great under the deck. Had Yudi not come along, I'd have a great deck with a mud pit below it. Yudi also advised against building a trellis under the deck to minimize the threat of termite damage. All in all, by working with Brody, I feel I have done everything I can to protect my home from both environmental damage and little critters. And I have yet to see another mouse (yay)!

When I first called, I left a message and they replied promptly. We discussed the noises in my attic and how Brody would deal with them. Levi came out on my first available day, went into my attic, and set some traps. He told me I had flying squirrels, not the larger kind, so the large traps might not catch them. Two days later another brother came back, checked the traps, and set some smaller ones. Two days after that a third brother came, took out the two squirrels that had been trapped and had died (hidden in his toolbox so I wouldn't have to look at them) and set more traps. On the next available day, the first brother came, collected the squirrels that had been trapped and said he had looked carefully and they were all gone. From the beginning, they had told me I should be looking for a roofer to patch the holes immediately, which I did, and advised me to have my trees trimmed, etc. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and courteous and I will certainly call them again.

I was throughly impressed. What really pleased me was the extra effort he gave in explaining everything. Being a first time home owner, it was helpful to hear about things that might be issues in the future. Again, even though they did not have anything to do with pest control. They were actually able to fit me in the same day I called and showed up during the two hour window. He also called 30 min. out, so that gave me time to leave work and meet him at the house. That was really appreciated.

Noticed mice droppings for a couple weeks. I had put down bait and traps to no avail. I called and spoke with nice young man on the phone. Made an appointment for the following Wednesday. Bad traffic on beltway made worker late, but that was uncontrolled. Worked with a smile from start to finish. Genuine and very nice. Very knowledgeable. The worker walked with me around the outside of the entire house including the crawl spaces. Plugged the minor holes where mice could get in. Inspected the inside. Placed lots of bait traps. Let me know I had two call backs (they would come back twice if needed. I was just so very pleased.

This company went above and beyond what I asked for. When they found the nest of wasps, they checked around the yard and found another one, taking care of that as well. They also talked to me about a mouse problem I had, giving me suggestions on what to seal up and what kind of traps to buy. They are always glad to answer questions on the phone if they can, so I don't have to pay for a treatment. They are very good at follow-up.

They seem to have completely disappeared. What I liked is that it didn't smell. They promised to come back if something reappeared. He did some spraying on my deck and I'm not sure if that cleared it up. He promised to return at no fee if the job is not completely done.

I called the company immediately after noticing that wasps had broken through an upstairs ceiling (but after checking with Angie's List). My call was returned soon after, and I was told that this could be a dangerous problem. Mr. Brody came the same day, arrived on time, was professional and personable, and removed the offending creatures. He even vacuumed around the area where the ceiling had to be cut out. He left clear instructions about how to check to make sure they were truly gone before we went about repairing the ceiling. Because the problem was not as extensive as he had thought it would be, he charged less than the amount he estimated over the phone.

The person was very nice but almost smug in the way he treated my problem. He warned me that there would be even more ants after he sprayed and to wait at least two weeks to see if he needed to come back. Well, there were MANY MORE ants and he did come back and spray again after two weeks and I still have ants over a month later. His comment to me was "if it makes you feel any better your neighbors will soon have ants too." I spent the money but didn't see any results so I don't want to spend more money on a maintenance contract when the ants didn't disappear from two treatments. He was vague about where they were outside my house and how he finds them - I guess so I couldn't go out there and spray them myself. But I want to know where the problem is. I had read about a strain of ants that nest in the walls and are particularly hard to kill, and tried to talk to him about it, but he didn't seem to want to consider that.

Mr. Brody was on time, knowledgeable and very, very honest and informative. He alerted me to areas in my basement that need attention to prevent future problems. The last exterminator I used charged me over $300 and just to check the basement. I would definately call Brody Brothers again.

This company has been helping me get rid of my ants for the past four years (usually the summers). They are always pleasant, show up on time, are very professional and effective. I recommended them to everyone I know who has an ant problem.

They are always on time, courteous and pleasant. They go out of their way to check for problems and they give advice on how to alleviate pest problems. It's a pleasure to pay the quarterly bill.
