Brody Brothers Pest Control

I signed on a yearly contract with them for quarterly service. Each visit is $108 and they come 4 times a year. I had my original treatment a month ago and noticed some ants. They came back out no questions asked and treated agrressively outside. Great job. Originally I was an Orkin customer but Orkin never got down on their knees and almost never found anything. In contrast, Brody brothers were filling holes in exterior with tar and found all sorts of bug activity. Another reason i chose to go with Brody brothers is because their contract service covers the most bugs. Orkin excludes tons so I really feel i get more for my money with Brody. Keep it up!

It went very well. They were very prompt, professional and thorough. I was initially unaware that the squirrel removal would be an ongoing process but this was explained to me, again in detal and they were very quick and responsive to any questions or issues I had. It took a few weeks but the problem has been corrected.

They were very professional and gave good advice. They did what they said and it worked. They have come back for the follow up as well and it went well too. I would use them again if needed.

They came out and looked at the squirrel in the chimney. They basically said that they will come back in a few days and if the squirrel were still to be there, they will get out it for us. They came back a couple of days later, and the squirrel had gotten out. They were very responsive, very helpful, and very good. They charged a price to come out for the first time as well as the second time.

We called them and they set us up with the next available appointment within a day. One of the Brody brothers (Talis) arrived right on scheduled time and spend a good deal of time explaining the service as well as potential reasons for the problem. They are clearly experts in this arena and spent close to 2 hours at our house conducting a perimeter search and developing a list of recommendations besides setting up the needed traps etc. They offer an annual program that we purchased but I did not feel that there was any hard sell to get it. They will be back in 2 weeks to conduct a follow-up and we hope that by then the problem is gone. Great local company.

Brody Brothers were very professional and did excellent work. The ants were gone in less than two days, and have not returned. I would definitely use them again.

Just as with our first experience with Brody Brothers, this one was terrific too. They came to the house within a day or two of receiving our phone call and took care of the problem on the spot. Additionally, they thought to check on the work they had done the first time (maybe 12 months before) and rebait outdoor rodent traps without our even having thought to ask them.

Talis Brody was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me better understand the local neighborhood pest problems, tips for keeping our house and basement pest free and even took the time to review various systems such as the HVAC that can cause pest problems. He was honest about what needed to be done and what didn't and found our house in great shape and therefore did not suggest spraying harmful chemicals. Despite spending an hour with me reviewing the entire house, inside and out, he did not charge a dime!

This went well. Showed up on time and was able to access 2 of the 3 units where the tenants were home. He called while he was there to tell me what he had done and made a few suggestions. He initially left a message saying he wasn't able to get into the 3rd unit, but when I called him back, he said he was able to get in. He also suggested an annual plan which turned out to be $135/quarter. It took a while for the contract to be mailed, so the invoice was sent out during the same period that I sent in the contract with the first quarterly payment. When I called, the receptionist, said that it had already been straightened out.

We had a problem with mice, in the house. They set traps, found where the mice were entering the house, sealed the hole, and the problem is gone! They arrived on time, were very nice, very professional, and explained as they went along.

They were very thorough and knowledgable in their inspection of our home, and gave very good advice. We ended up not using them because they pointed out that the treatment the sellers put on the house should still be covered under warranty. Very nice of them to save us money! Very helpful, would recommend...

I was very happy with them. The person who came by was very friendly, helpful, and informative.

They showed up promptly and completed the work with in the estimated time frame. We wanted someone to do a one time treatment, rather than an annual contract.

The technician was extremely patient, and took the time to educate me about the service. I believe they were honest and even though they were $100 more then another company I am going to use there service since they were thorough in there inspection.

Easy to set an appointment within a two-hour window. Arrived on time and went to work. First treatment produced good reduction from severe ant infestation. Came back free for a second (needed) treatment and to check on our progress on actions to eliminate entry points. Made more recommendations. Very good service. Recommended.

I called the Brody Brothers on a Thursday, they called me back on Friday and we scheduled an appointment for Monday. They checked my attic and found that I had a gray squirrel problem. They identified the entry way, recommended that I contact a roofing company for repairs, and recommended that I trim or remove the tree that provided the squirrels with access to my roof. They set 3 traps in the attic and checked them every day. Two squirrels were caught in total and the process was completed in 4 visits. Everyone from Brody Brothers was very helpful and informative. I also had the tree and repair work done to completely eliminate the problem. I would definitely use the Brody Brothers again, if needed.

I loved them. They were so great. The best thing was that he was so nice and friendly. He was thorough and walked with us around the house and gave us suggestions. I would totally use them again in the future.

What a pleasure it was to work with these two brothers. They were professional yet friendly and personable. They arrived just when they said they would all 3 times they came. We knew we had a squirrel problem a few months ago when we spotted one in the basement (!!), but then we had a new roof, new fascia and new soffits installed with special attention given to plugging up any access holes. Everything seemed fine until the weather turned cold, and then we started hearing those little scampering feet again between the first floor and the second floor. The Brody brothers came out as soon as we called, walked all around the house, checked the attic, climbed up onto the roof and found a small entry point. They put two traps (non-lethal ones) above the drop ceiling and told us what to expect. That very evening we heard activity in both traps. The brothers returned, took out the traps containing the squirrels (which they release several miles away), contacted our roofer to repair the opening and replaced the traps. We didn't catch any more squirrels and they returned several days later to take away the empty traps. They gave us pointers about having our trees cut back and were quite informative. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I'll call them immediately.

We called and set up an appointment for the next day. Mr. Yudy Brody arrived within the 2-hour window promised. We explained the issue. He carefully examined the kitchen and also asked if he could walk through the house (along with us) to check all possible areas for problems. He also did an outside walk-around with us. He continually explained what he was looking at and for and provided many helpful suggestions concerning how to "pest-proof" our house. He then applied a treatment intended to stop future ant intrusions and set up some pest monitors. He explained why the products he was using were safe for pets. (We don't have children, so that was not an issue.) It has now been 2 weeks and the ants have not reappeared. Previously they were back every few days. Mr. Brody told us about the company's annual maintenance agreement but said he did NOT think we needed that. He suggested we might want them to visit next Spring, but at no time did we feel pressured. We were impressed with all aspects of Brody Brothers and would definitely use them again.

They responded to an email within a day, called and then they came out very quickly. They did very professional work, explained what they were doing and what we needed to do. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely use them again.

I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and good nature of the Brody brother that showed up to handle my job (apparently there are many, a big family operation which I'll add is nice to support). I have postponed extermination in favor of have-a-heart traps for years and not only did this method fail, but the problem multiplied to the point of infestation. To solve this problem the exterminator strategically placed black food boxes throughout the house, as well as mouse-proofed the exterior entry points by filling them with copper wool. I was told the substance would attract them in great numbers and essentially kill them as humanely as possible by thinning their blood, causing them to drift out of consciousness and die. Though not wonderful to kill animals, it seemed the best option. 3 weeks later, so far so good. They are not completely gone, but almost. And a follow up visit is included! I should also mention the gentleman that did the work took the time to thoroughly explain everything and patiently answered all of my questions.

I had used this company 10 months ago. I saw a few droppings and called them up again. No need to go anywhere else since they did an excellent job the first time. Different brother this time. They responded the next morning and came out within 48 hours. The came and went through my house upstairs and downstairs in the basement- did thorough assessment. Described in detail what they were doing. Showed me where I forgot to fix from the last time (oops) and what to do for the future. Left, letting me know I have a call back I can use within the next 8 months if there is a problem. Very happy customer.

I liked them a lot. They showed up on time, did their work and so far the results have been good. They also said they would spray again for free within 60 days if the ants returned.
