Brody Brothers Pest Control

These gentlemen came out promptly, worked quickly, efficiently, were polite and had a good sense of humor. They explained who, what, when, where, why and how about these critters. Most importantly, they were honest and did exactly what they said that they were going to do. Great buzz line in their ad reads "Nice Jewish Boys With A License To Kill". Love it! I would definitely recommend this company. They do the job right!

Overall, the experience has been good. The technicians are knowledgeable about pest control and they're always able to answer any questions. They're always on time for the scheduled appointments. They're great to deal with. I'm happy with their services.

That was superb. They are very efficient. They called back right away. They are very punctual. They are knowledgeable. They tell you straight up, they wont try to sell you a product that you don't need. They are honest and say you can get this but that they don't recommend it. They showed us ways to get rid of the bugs as opposed to just spraying for them. They are here the following day or the day after. They are very patient. They answer any questions that you have. They have great pricing. It is amazing. you can pay for a one time service or you can pay quarterly. It turns out to be cheaper and they come out if you have any problems without charging you any extra.

They are professional and clean. They are responsive and listen to my questions and answer them. Their prices are reasonable. They do what they have to do when they come. They ask questions about your problems. They give suggestions on what has to be done between their visits.

They did a good job. They were really knowledgeable. He definitely took a lot of time to make sure that the problem was taken care of. He knew what he was talking about. They definitely were thorough. We would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

This family of young men know what they are doing. They are extremely knowledgeable and have been highly effective at treating all problems that I have had. They are also thorough in making suggestions for how to keep pests out.

I was happy with them. They were very knowledgeable. He seemed very bright and capable.

They came out and went through the house with a fine tooth comb. The gentleman that came actually had a can of foam to block any entrance points. He rigged a screen for the dryer vent to prevent entrance from there. Full of suggestions on how to avoid future infestations. In addition to which, he identified possible termite activity.

We had an ongoing stream of ants in several locations in our house. We also had spiders and some other insects that we wanted to get rid of. Brody Bros. came to provide an estimate for services, and we chose to buy annual coverage. On the first visit, the individual spent about a half hour or so walking us around the house, inside and out, making recommendations for things we could do ourselves to limit insects in the house. Things like cutting all foliage so that nothing is touching our house, cleaning out leaves, caulking in specific places, etc. He also treated a few areas where the ants were particularly troublesome. Within a couple of weeks, the ants were gone. After completing many of the other recommendations, the numbers of insects in our home are almost negligible. Brody comes back once per quarter to check the house, do any treatments, and make additional recommendations. They are prompt, very knowledgeable and professional.

Overall they are very pleasant and reliable. They are also very responsive when I have a problem. My only thoughts are that they never were really able to be too effective when I have experienced tiny ant problems in the spring after its been raining. Also, because they are religious they have short hours on Fridays and no hours on Saturday. So if you have a problem during this time, you will have to wait until Monday to get in touch with them.

I was having a serious mouse problem at a rental that I own. Brody Brothers came and sealed the house against mice entering the house and put down traps and bait. It took a couple of treatments, but the mouse problem has been eliminated. The service staff is very helpful and accommodating. I placed the house on a service contract and Brody Brothers comes every 3 months to make sure that the mice dont return.

They took care of the problem for me.

They're wonderful, absolutely wonderful. We kept finding these yellow jackets in our living room and it didn't make sense so we called them out. They came and walked around the house and said "I think I know what's going on." He then went down stairs and found the nest. The nest was so big that he asked me for a big trash bag to capture it. He then suited up and went down and injected something in to the hive. Then a while later he came out with a huge nest in the trash bag. I think they could have stung him to death if he had disturbed them. It was really scary. They are really wonderful. I would recommend them to anybody. The price was well worth it.

They were responsive. When the problem resurfaced, they came back out. They were able to control the ants. I think they sprayed both inside and outside the house. I will use them again in the future.

These guys are awesome. They have always come out quickly and the problem basically goes away as soon as they treat. Its hard to give the exterminator company more compliments but these guys are great.

It was done on time and as expected

No PRESSURE!! These guys are great, he came early, after calling to see if I was available a little early because he was ahead of schedule and he provided insight and rationales for all the recommendations he made. This was by far one of the most pleasant pest control visits I have experienced. I highly recommend them!

They were great! My call was returned almost immediately, their customer service is fantastic. Brody Brothers got rid of the ant problem, reduced the stink bug problem tremendously, got rid of the bumblebee nest and also explained the treatments they were using and why. Then made suggestions for things we could do around the house inside and out, to lessen future problems. They returned in the early fall and helped with the stink bugs outside on the deck and again as winter began. I find them very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and they have great customer service. I've used 3 other Exterminators over the years, and have never had the results that I've had with Brody Brothers. I used to think the others were feeding the bugs, not eliminating them! Their prices are very reasonable and they are very thorough but more importantly - there are results! I highly recommend them.

My aunt was having mice problems so I called Brody Brothers. After listening to our description of where we were seeing and catching mice, Don Brody spent about an hour and a half examining the house inside and out. He plugged holes with a special mouse-proof foam and explained how mice were getting in. He even suggested other things we could do to prevent mice from getting in to the attic, such as trim tree branches that touch the roof. We haven't seen a mouse since!

Contacted Brody Brothers for estimate on mouse/roach proofing the house. We showed Don around the house, the basement, the perimeter, and the back and side yards, and, in the end, his recommendation was that we could basically pest-proof the house ourselves simply by getting rid of undergrowth, and that this would be cheaper and less toxic than using commercial pest control. This was absolutely a no-pressure situation, and we really felt that Don had our needs (rather than the company's bottom line) as his primary concern.

Levi was on time and efficient. He took it upon himself to look for other places the ants may come into the hosue and gave advice on how to decrease chances of them returning inthe future.

The serviceman first inspected the house very throughly and suggested quite a few changes to minimize bugs, then treated for crickets, and removed yellow jacket and wasp nests. He took his time, gave excellent explanations, and didn't press me to sign an annual contract, as many pest control services do - in fact he advised against it after asking a few questions.

I had significant water damage to the front of my home. I had several contractors give me estimates on the cost to repair. I had one company tell me that I had termites and carpenter ants and that the situation was bad and expensive. I had Brody Brothers come out to validate this claim. They inspected the actual damage and surrounding area (soil, basement, wood). They say no signs of any damage and saved me a lot of money -- they also did not charge me for the visit because I did not have any issues. Additionally, they inspected the entire home for signs of damage. They highlighted several improvements I could make to prevent any future issues (grading, sealing, humidity control). They were knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all of my pest control issues.
