A++++ The technician (Levy) checked the entire townhouse including the attic, placed Victor traps, and sealed up a probable entry hole on the exterior of the house, explaining each step along the way. Having used another Developer-preferred nuisance and wildlife control company from October until the week prior without success, I am happy to report that 1) one of the Victor traps he laid did indeed catch and kill a nice, fat mouse 2)there have been absolutely no additional mouse droppings, and 3) there have been no mouse sightings. I am results-oriented. Brody Brothers got the results I needed. In this case the developer paid for their services. I picked them and the builder paid. I will hire them and happily recommend Brody Brothers to any and all. Four words. Thank you Brody Brothers.

This was my first experience with squirrels getting behind my siding. Earlier in year a woodpecker started holes at chimney. apparently the squirrels then gnawed a bigger hole. The young man who responded explained that it was illegal to kill the squirrels and then walked me through the process described above. He was punctual, professional and reassuring. Told me they were a "green company" and proud of it. I never heard him there but a couple of days after the traps were set, I no longer heard any squirrels noises. In fact I did not see any squirrels for a while after cages were taken away. I think of him as the "squirrel whisperer".

They are very nice. They came out and told us how to take care of the ants. I'd used them several times before. They are great.

They did a great job. It was pretty straightforward and so they finished the job quickly. After the job was finished, the inspector took me around and showed me potential problems he had found, including a few things not related to pests but he thought we should know about anyway. I think he did a great job and I was very satisfied. I also received a 10% discount with an Angie's List coupon (not reflected in the price.)

Don inspected my home inside and out, sealed entry points, set traps, made recommendations, explained what was done and why, and told me how to assess the success of the program. I was very impressed with the representative's knowledge and professionalism. BTW, Don says they love Angie's List customers at Brody's. He says Angie's List customers are "a cut above". Price includes follow up for any mouse problems for the next two months.

We got them off Angie's List. If we have any problem, they come and take care of it. They spray inside, but they also spray outside if we need it. Everything is awesome about them.

They were very professional, punctual, and courteous. He spent a lot of time here and went through every room in our house and even the ATTIC! Not only did he treat the house but he gave us a list of ideas on how to be more proactive against pests. We followed his advice and have had no problems. We had another company for almost 15 years and we thought we were getting good service but we realized we didn't know what good was until Brody Brothers came out! I would definitely recommend them to all of my family, friends and neighbors.

We selected Brody Brothers for two main reasons: they offered a 6-month warranty (the 3 other estimates we obtained were between 30 and 60 days) and their description of services made it clear they felt the onus was on them and not us to definitively remove the bed bugs. Other companies expected us to remove and launder evey piece of linen, curtains, clothing, etc. in our home; continually vacuum our house (including all books) during a weeks long process; dispose of vacuum bags immediately; and more. Brody Brothers expected us to do home preparations, but nothing to that degree. Although Brody Brothers price was considerably higher, they provided much more reassurance to us that they would be able to remove the bed bugs. Their price was based on the size of our home (a large 4 bedroom home) and the fact that all rooms on all three floors needed to be treated. It also included the cost of encasements for mattresses and boxsprings for 5 beds. The process ended up taking the full 6 months and a little longer (for which we were not charged any more), Brody Brothers provided one additional treatment at the end even though they felt they had eliminated the bed bug problem in order to provide us some additional reassurance that the problem was eliminated. It has been 6 months since their last treatment and their treatments were successful. Levi Brody is the brother who handles bed bugs. Levi was very professional, friendly, arrived on time for each of several treatments, and was extremely thorough in the treatment of the entire house. He and his helper personally dismantled our four-poster bed to treat the rails and reassembled it (the other companies told us we were required to do that). The amount of time spent per treatment was much longer than the amont of time the other companies indicated they would spend. Levi answered all our questions and appeared to be very up on the latest treatments in this burgeoning field of pest control. Also, the office staff was always very pleasant, professional, and accommodating in scheduling treatments. We highly recommend the use of Brody Brothers for anyone who has bed bugs.

The overall experience was fantasitc. Came promptly when they said they would. Inspected the car and helped with the traps and what was needed. Came in unmarked truck. Would recommend this business to everyone.

My basement was invaded by crickets and they were migrating to my living areas. One had set up residence in my bedroom and chirped loudly when I was trying to sleep. I really hate crickets in my house. A family member had used the Brodys for years and was very satisfied with their services, so I called them. I was scheduled promptly. They actually had to call me and reschedule and were very apologetic about it. It was not a problem. On the day of the appointment, Talus arrived promptly and, as he entered the house, slipped "booties" on over his shoes to protect my floors. He was energetic, congenial and very entertaining. He set baits in the basement and in my crawl space. Within a few days, the crickets were gone and I could sleep without interruption. I actually learned much from him in a short time, including at what level my dehumidifiers should be set to inhibit insect infestation. I also asked how to discourage mice, since the weather would soon turn cool. He advised me to try to prevent them from ever entering the house by setting traps on my porch, where they might easily enter. But he reminded me to make sure the traps wouldn't inadvertently catch birds or other creatures. They treat as conservatively as possible, which makes me feel more comfortable than someone blasting the house indiscriminately. He said the absolute best way to deal with any pest was to prevent them from coming in in the first place. He suggested my next home improvement might be replacing my basement windows with more efficient ones that fit tightly. I will use the Brody Brothers from now on.

Final comment - these people really know what they're doing and are very good at explaining all the alternatives.

first experience with this type of service and feel that the service was fine as within 4 days the bee nest was no longer active. they were certainly polite and informative to the service they performed and would certainly use them again.

It was fairly positive. I was upset he wouldn't check for mice. He said I had to much stuff. I wanted him to at least check the opening where they would be coming in, but he wouldn't. I got the impression that in order for him to do that, I would have to sign off on a full year contract.

I use Brody Brothers quarterly. I really do not need to because they do such a great job on the initial visit. Brody Brothers is an awesome company with great servicemen. They were really nice and very professional. Not only were they knowledgable, they made you feel at ease about the pest issue you had. Notice I said "you had" not have. I have horrible neighbors that are not very clean but Brody Brothers makes sure that the neighbors problems are not your problems. They took care of the house, top to bottom and inside and out. They set traps, put out poison (green and pet friendly) and sprayed. We have not seen a bug in our home in quite some time now. We still get the little field mice but the traps they set get them. Brody Brothers will also come out anytime if you have the contract with them which is very helpful. All of the techs have great personalities and I would actually invite them to dinner. They were that cool. I highly recommend Brody Brothers.

These guys are great. Prompt, courteous, and very knowledgable. We were moving and I needed to have a treatment done in order for a buy out. They recommended having the work done after everything was removed from our basement since it was going to be an acidic treatment. I made sure to follow up with the purchasing company to make sure they used Brody Bros. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I was very, very pleased with them. I was very impressed with the service and we couldn't have been happier. I was tickled pink and I haven't seen any more evidence. They were very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service rendered.

The two men who came were on time, extremely professional and were able to identify and spray the bees (harmless concrete bees) within 10 minutes. While one guy checked out the bees and our windows, the other took me around the perimeter of my house to show me where potential critters could get in and how I could seal up the house to prevent infestations. These guys were GREAT.

I still saw ants after the first treatment but I received a followup treatment and so far have not seen any more ants. The company has been very courteous, professional, and prompt.

We have hired them and we can say positive things about them. What was impressive was that they did a lot of preventative things that no other company offered. There might have been 3 other companies before them, but they were the first ones to approach it more preventively. They all do chemistry reactively but in addition to the chemistry they did physical things like sealing doors and windows, baseboards, ceilings, and holes in concrete. They were very impressive. They went the extra mile to protect our home against pests and they had a more innovative approach on that. They were slightly less than the other big names. It was $150.00 per service recommended 4 times a year. They are thorough, responsive, family owned, and non-franchise. The employees don't come and go. That was a big problem with other companies where the employees are just employees. Pretty much anybody Brody has sent so far has a vested interest in the company. That is a huge difference. They are highly competitive. They keep doing stuff exactly what they have done to maintain their triple A rating.

I use Brody Brothers for regualr exterminating and have had perpetual mouse problems. We've caught 15 mice!!! It was determined they were entering via the dryer vent & they installed a rodent proof dryer vent. It went well w/no issue. I would recommend this company without hesitation

There were 2 technicians, headed by Levi Brody, and they arrived at around 9:30 AM (toward the end of the estimated time slot of 8:00 - 10:00). They were polite, courteous and friendly, and immediately asked about our ant problem. I showed them the area where the ants tended to congregate, and Levi immediately indentified the ant type (odorous house ant) upon spotting a couple of them. We had some store-bought baits--which were ineffective we found out--scattered about, and Levi explained it wasn't the right bait for the ant type. I asked lots of questions just to better understand the ant type, the treatments they were using and so forth. The questions were answered (I didn't always understand the answers, but clearly, they were knowledgeable folks), and the work was performed in a very efficient manner. The only criticism I have is that they seemed pressed for time--they were done with the walkthrough, treatment, answering questions and so on in about 15-20 minutes--and they were unable to produce an invoice for me on the spot (though they quoted the price at the very beginning and honored a 10% discount because I'm an Angie's List member). Though they said I would receive an invoice via e-mail, I ended up requesting one 4 days after the treatment since I hadn't heard from them--an invoice was then e-mailed to me two days later, or 6 days after the work was undertaken. But, the ants are gone (it's been two weeks since the treatment), and we're thrilled about that! In fact, the ants seemed to disappear almost immediately after the treatment. So clearly, Levi and company know what they're doing.

He was very knowledgeable, and fixed the problem. They have a warranty and that shows that they stand by their service. They called me right back after I left a message and scheduled the appointment very quickly.

I have a contract with them. I spend $120 a quarter for their services. They come out, check the whole house inside out, check if we have an infestation and come out quarterly. They do a very good job.

The service went very good. He tried to explain how the ants worked and what kind of things they would seek so that we could do some other remedial things to prevent it.
