Brody Brothers Pest Control

I had an issue with fly infestation in my rental property and Talis came out to meet me. He arrived during the window of time provided. He investigated the situation and the enviroment and provided us with honest information which was not to do anything because it was more than likely an isolated incedent. I am in a trade and I am passionate about my career so when you talk to other people who are very knowledgeable about their field you can tell. It is nice to get honest advice and even if he had prescribed a treatment I would have been glad to take his advice. After all, you ask for professional assistance so you should be ready to take their advice! I would use Brody Brothers again and feel confident recommending them to anyone.

I left a message with a large pest control company a few days ago but they never returned my call. I left a message with Brody Brothers on the 4th of July expecting to get a call back but to my surprise someone called me back 30 minutes later. I was even more astonished that they had a technician to my house within 45 minutes!! Don was very professional/polite. Instead of suggesting a spray to solve the problem temporarily he gave me an assessment of the root cause and some cheap simple steps I can take before getting professional assistance. I hope I won't need them but if I do, I am glad I have an honest, customer service oriented pest control company I can call.

Original appointment was set for a weekday between 12 & 2PM. At 1:55PM I called to get the ETA on the service tech and was told he was still on a earlier appointment. I had to re-schedule for the following Sunday. Needless to say I was not very happy at that moment. On Sunday the tech called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Technician was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He listened to my situation and then took me around the exterior of my house to show me probable trouble spots/areas. He explained the treatment process and what to expect in the days/weeks ahead. Advised me on potential problems with plantings/bushes touching the house and that trimming them back would be best. After that he went and did the treatment and came to me when finished to go over the bill and explain annual service agreements that I had inquired about earlier. Very pleased overall despite issue with original appointment.

They are amazing. I would give them an A for everything.

Levi Brody came out. On Time. explained the issue. Levi went through the entire house. Outside and inside. Put down necessary rodent traps. Also took care of cricket issue in basement that I did not know I had. Total time at house. 1 hour. 2 month guarantee on work done today.

Since they came out we have not had any bee issues. They are consistent. If we have any problems they usually come within 48 hours. They always will find a way to solve our problems.

They are terrific. They use a lot of natural products. They are extremely honest and just a really good bunch of guys. They will certainly explain the products to you.

Each time they've arrived punctually and conducted a very thorough review of the property and reviewed our treatment options. We like them because they've managed our problem effectively and don't recommend more than what is needed.

We called Brody after getting reviews from the neighborhood and Angie's list. They were called for inspecting Carpenter bee infestation. The call was answered professionally. She took all the details and was happy to hear we consulted Angie's list. Don who came to inspect,explained in detail that we do not need any treatment as the woodpeckers took care of them for now! He advised to get the wood patched and painted ASAP so that it would not happen again!. He also was kind enough to look at other areas around the house and gave a lot of suggestions for improving our property. He did not charge us for his visit.Yes,I would use Brody Brothers again. I give them two thumbs up!

They were very quick and they came on time. They have been very helpful in providing us a lot of advices.

Picked because of high rating on Angie's list. Two other services came out and gave us an estimate.But we picked Brody Bros because they could match the price, yet were much more thorough and proactive.They were very knowledgable, and willing to educate us.

They are very good. They are outstanding every time. He gave us advice on how to keep the rats from coming back. They are wonderful people.

I have a yearly maintenance contract. They are very professional, respectful and they know their stuff. They have concreted all the major points.

Arrived on time, put up with my two Labradors wanting to play with him, and was very informative and friendly. And haven't seen a bug since treatment. Highly recommend.

We have a contract with them. They do not mind coming back more than once until the problem is taken care of. They are very good and I like them.

The gentleman who came out did the above mentioned evaluation and told us about a few other things that we could do ourselves to help block entrances. Prior to his arrival, we had arranged to have everything in the attic area removed and hauled away. Between the things that he did today on his visit, and the removal of attic material, we will hopefully see an improvement in our mouse situation.

No problems so far. What I liked about them was that I had several pest people that come out. Most of them could not see that we had baby bats. Then the guy from Brody Brothers came out and he seemed more knowledgeable. I liked that he did not just assume. I wanted them to come back out. I should not have to remind them. Maybe I should have done more to bug them. Their punctuality was so good that they came a day early.

Called to schedule an appointment to have squirrels removed from my attic. The website states that they cover Harford County. The receptionist stated that they do not cover this area.

They know their job, and they keep in touch with me about returning for additional applications. That way I don''t have to worry about it. I am definitely going to use them in the future.

We've been using them since '06 and we are very happy with their service. They take extra time to fill any holes in our house or the foundation. Once they even moved our dishwasher to get to dead mouse that was underneath.

I was satisfied overall with the service. I would use them again.

We thought that we had critters in the floor space and the attic. One guy came out the first time and inspected the whole house. He told us that we definitely had something, probably mice, in the attic but not sure how they got to the floor space. He placed wire mesh on all of the exhaust vents, filled numerous holes in the face board below the roof line, set traps and scheduled a follow up visit. On the follow up visit two different men came out and inspected the whole house again as they suspected that I didn?t have mice but a squirrel problem and they were the wild animal experts. This time they found that I had a gap between the chimney and the roof that allowed the little buggers to get in; it?s almost impossible to get there in the attic. They weren?t able to fix that and suggested that I call a roofer. They explained that in addition to fixing the chimney problem I needed to talk to my neighbor who is feeding the birds and wildlife which brings the critters in where they then want to find nests. Overall very professional and they did a comprehensive job; more than I expected actually. They spent about two hours total and patched quite a few holes, covered vents and set traps for $195. I thought that was very reasonable. I have recommended them to my neighbors as they probably have the same problem.
