Brody Brothers Pest Control

Description of Work: Quarterly pest control.

Description of Work: I had a dead fox stuck between the boards of the fence at my house and the city animal control said it would be 3-5 days to remove it, and it's very hot weather and did not want it decomposing and attracting other animals or bugs-Brody Bros. came out the same day very prompt service, and agreed to return in a few days and spray some safe enzyme to get rid of bacteria. I dealt with Nancy and she was really nice.

Description of Work: They came 4 times a year for several years.

Description of Work: I called the company on April 1st and left a message on their voice mail. I wanted my home examined for a possible bed bug infestation. To date, my call has not been returned. I used another company from Angies List.

Description of Work: Even though they took care of the problem, they individual thay came out seemed more interested in selling us additional services.

Description of Work: I called because I have milipedes in my basement and the representative was very honest and told me spraying would not help. He made several suggestions and said they would eventually go away on their own. He was right and it cost me nothing. I appreciated his advice and found it refreshing that a salesperson was honest and eager to help, although the company made no money on the call. I have used them numerous times in the past and have always been very satisfied but this sealed the deal. I won't even think of using anyone else and recommend Brody Brothers to anyone having a pest issue.

Description of Work: Due to construction across the street, our house became infested with mice. We caught one in a trap but observed several others on multiple levels of the house. We called Brody Brothers on November 27 and they came out to the house the next day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and added an all weather strip to the bottom of the door that leads into the family room from the garage to keep out additional mice. They set a number of traps, accepted the 10 per cent Angie's List discount ticket, and advised us of alternative options if the mice returned. They also told us to wait two weeks after service if we should see additional mice. But as of December 9 (11 days after the service call), we have seen no evidence of a continued mouse infestation. We're very pleased with the work and the result.
