+ 13 moreIt's been 18 months since they started work and they still aren't finished. They've been paid a majority of the amount by the mortgage company but have only done about a third of the work. Now I'm forced to pay for storage and housing accommodations for months. Weeks and months go by without anyone doing any work on my home. Even to the point I get fines from the city because they leave the property messy. Now for the last few months they've been ignoring all attempts by myself and the mortgage company. An absolute nightmare. 18 months to renovate a townhouse. Very unprofessional, very unreliable.
