The technician was wonderful, very informative, and took the time to explain what he was doing, and how I might be able to troubleshoot and repair things in the future. Description of Work: reviewed three plumbing issues, and fixed the toilet flushing problem. They could not fix kitchen faucet leak, saying the faucet needing replacing. So we had to order new faucet and have it replaced by another plumber.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal with Air, Plumbing & Heating Solutions LLC ($99 for $200 worth of plumbing service) I established weeks prior to technician coming out that I needed my Kenmore dishwasher fixed. They reassured me that this was a job they would be able to handle and it would be fixed using the Big Deal, however at the time of appointment the technician left his car running came inside to look at the Kenmore and told me he was unable to fix the dishwasher. They demanded a service call charge of $59 just to tell me they couldn't fix it in person after already establishing they would be able to over the phone.

The story being told in this review is entirely incorrect. The customer did purchase a big deal from Angie's list and we called her on 10/5/15 to schedule the appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 10/14/15. When we were booking the appointment the customer said the dishwasher was clogged in the drain line and that her husband had punched a hole in it which concerned her. She also wanted us to repair a shower handle that kept falling off. Upon arrival at her home our technician did turn off his vehicle before entering the home. She claimed he left it running while he came into the home, but we have GPS tracking on all of our vehicles and we know when they start the engine, stop the engine, idle time, speed, etc., ect. Upon diagnosing the situation the technician told her the dishwasher was clogged in the dishwasher itself, not the drain tube between the dishwasher and the sink drain. We do work on drain lines. He then asked her about the shower handler and she told him her husband fixed it and didn't want him to look at it. Since we didn't actually do any work on the system our office manager offered to charge just a diagnostic/trip charge and that we would authorize Angie's list to make a full refund of the $99.00 coupon. This customer was never told that we work on dishwashers other then the drains that connect to them or any other appliance. We always recommend an appliance company if a customer asks if we work on appliances.We thought we were being fair to try and recover her money from Angie's list since they apparently purchased the wrong coupon, but it does cost a good bit more than $59.00 to run a truck and technician to someone's home. We did nothing wrong on this job. There obviously was a misunderstanding somewhere. She did have the opportunity to use the coupon for any other plumbing throughout the entire house, but chose not to.

It turned out well.
Description of Work: They did heating and air conditioning service. They came out three times. The first time was a freon fill. The second time was that I couldn't turn the air conditioner on and that was a fault of the circuit breaker. They also did a leak test.
