Description of Work: They did a service call on two A/C Furnace units and had to repair a fan. The tech was efficient and knowledgable. The fan was under warranty so we only had to pay for labor. It was a very smooth experience and I would use them again.

Description of Work: Checked to see why heat pumps runs all the time and never feels warm in the house. Technician discovered unit was 2 pounds low on Freon. Technician also took a few extra min to look at the oil burner but didn't make any repairs to it, only made a recommendation which I followed up on.

Description of Work: I purchased an electrical service call with one hour of labor. Prior to the appointment, the owner called to verify the work that was needed, and even offered to help me find and purchase the replacement part on my own, which saved me quite a bit of money. He walked me through some troubleshooting, all on his own time. The technician who came the next day was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend their service.
