Description of Work: They fixed a problem with water in the bottom of our dishwasher. And fixed it in about 15 minutes, which was wonderful...and frustrating. To pay $99 dollars for something that simple was frustrating. We did buy the $99 service; we are glad for it; we are glad for Angie's List; we will use this provider again; thanks for allowing me to express my frustration and amusement at how little time it took to fix the problem! : > )

Description of Work: They replaced a drain in a bathroom sink. The gentleman who did the service (which turned out to be somewhat problematic) was the utmost professional who stuck with it until he got it right. I would definitely use this company again if I could have the same person do the work!

Description of Work: I thought the $99 for $200 of work was misleading. I had a toilet installed. Home Depot would have done it for $150. I bought a coupon for $99 figuring that would cover the cost. They charged around $250. Net, I didn't save anything with the coupon.

Description of Work: The technician, Carl replaced a part in our attic air conditioner unit. He was prompt, professional and very honest.
