WONDERFULLY!
Description of Work: I needed a new HVAC system installed in a very constrained space inside a small closet on a condominium porch -- and I needed the work done quickly. The two owners were both very responsive to my needs, as were the techs who performed the installation. i would highly recommend Air Plumbing and Heating Solutions to anyone looking for a top-rate, responsive, and honest HVAC team.

Thank you for your review and purchasing a prepaid tune up on your heat pump. Our technician notes were: "Checked high,low voltage and amp draws on blower,and heat package .checked high and low voltage and amp draws on fan and compressor .checked refrigerant charge .all is well at this time Customer should think a out adding more return air to system and changing outdoor wire to uf wire". The system apparently is lacking return air duct work and the outdoor electrical wire are not to code which is why these items were recommended. As of yet these items have not been addressed by the client. We are not sure why we only received a "B" rating on this call as it appears the customer was satisfied with everything and the technician was thorough. We will contact the client off line to see what we could have done better to improve their experience.
