They were at my home within a day or two of calling. I really like them. Their representative was very pleasant and professional. He wasn't abrasive at all. I felt that the price was fair for the service they provided me. They did more than just turn the unit off and on.

They were very nice, and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. The air conditioning system has been working fine.

An appointment was scheduled for a few days after I made the call to Air Solutions. Jeff arrived promptly at the agreed time. Upon entering the house he put rubber booties over his work boots to ensure he would not track dirt in the house - impressive. He inspected our existing Lennox system, both interior and exterior, as well as the air handler duct work and breaker box. He asked relevant questions about how well the existing system had worked and we discussed various options for a replacement system. We quickly agreed that a 36,000 BTU Lennox (which is Air Solutions' preferred manufacturer) was the best choice. Jeff selected a heat pump and air handler combination which would meet our needs and which qualified for the Federal $1,500 tax credit (which not all systems do). On the warranty and services side, I was very impressed that Air Solutions offers at no cost a 5-year "No Lemon" warranty. Essentially, if the heat pump compressor fails, they will replace the entire outside unit, not just the compressor. This indicated to me a high confidence by Air Solutions in both the product and their installation expertise. The full warranty (including parts and labor) was initially 5 years, but Jeff immediately agreed to extend that to 10 years when I told him the other two bidders included such a warranty. The installation cost included two follow-up routine maintenance visits by Air Solutions to ensure everything was working correctly. Air Solutions' proposal was impressive. The ongoing operational costs of the unit they proposed was comparable to one other proposal and better than the third. We had long and positive experience with Lennox and it was obvious Air Solutions was confident in that brand. The "No Lemon" warranty was a unique value-add. Despite all that, the price difference between Air Solutions and the next best proposal was over $1,250. The Angie's List ratings and reviews of the lower-cost provider were comparable to those for Air Solutions and the warranties (except for the "No Lemon" part) were equivalent. For these reasons, we decided to accept the alternate proposal.

Air Solutions is very highly rated on Angie's List and I decided to use their services. I needed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. The work at my house only took one day. My furnace was making a humming noise and I called Air Solutions. They sent over a repair man and he identified the part that was making the noise. They ordered the part and in two days they recieved and installed it. We have not had any problems with the furnace. Air Solutions come back every six months and do a check up to see if everything runs great. My family and I find it is an excellent heating and cooling unit.

Jeff was very professional, prompt and informative. But the estimate came in so much higher than the other estimates we got that we couldn't consider this one.

Our Rheem ac/heating unit had iced over in Dec. I called another company to figure out what was going on and they checked out the unit, cleaned out a dead snake and grass debris and told us that defrost board was broken. They told us they would order another part but never followed up despite two calls from us. We were running on emergency heat and our heating bill for the month of Dec was HUGE. As a result, we then called Air Solutions in early Feb. They scheduled an appointment the next day. The tech arrived on-time with a 30 min call beforehand from the dispatch center. He did not introduce himself but was nice and professional. He confirmed about the defrost board and told us he would inform the office of what part to order. The cost of this visit was $85. The office called later that afternoon- very nice customer service- and confirmed the cost of the part and asked if we wanted the part ordered. We confirmed and about 4 days later, we rec'd another call letting us know the part was in and a tech could install it the next day. The tech arrived on-time with a 20 min call ahead and the work was completed fast and professionally. Both techs were kind to put on plastic booties over their shoes since it was slushy outside both days and they worked in extremely cold weather without any complaints. Overall a GREAT experience.

We have been very pleased with their work. We signed them up for regular maintenance. They are small and very service oriented. Their staff in the back office is terrific in terms of getting things scheduled and handled. We first used them when our boiler cracked down on us in the middle of winter. It was cold, and we started calling around trying to find somebody come out and take a look at it and fix it. They were the only ones to come out that night. They were there within an hour, and the guy who came out was terrific.

Wonderful. Highly recommended. When I called to make the appointment yesterday, I was given instructions over the phone to prevent the problem from progressing. We had an appointment for today between 9 & 1. Theresa called at 8:11 to say the tech was on the way, and at 8:51 he rang the doorbell. He finished checking everything and was out the door within 30 minutes. Needless to say we signed a one-year maintenance agreement for $308 which includes fall and spring checks on our gas furnace, a/c, and heat pump. We are extremely pleased with the technician, the work he performed, and the company. And---because they came when they said, we were able to do all the other things we had planned for the day.

They called me back right away. I was scheduled within three business days. They came in the time frame they had given. I appreciated their promptness and professionalism. I will definitely use them again!

This is first rate company. Their rep was professional & knowledgeable. Because this was a sizable job, the owner participated in the final assessment & checked all specifications personally. They identified & got me a rebate on the carrier units -both very high energy efficiency rated. The majority of the work was done in 2 days. They returned - on day 3 - for a 10 minute call to upgrade a small electrical part. Each day the house was left clean & I had heat during the installation process. Air Solutions followed up after the work was done to ensure that everything was operating correctly. I'm delighted with the performance of my new systems, the house HVAC is easily controlled & the heat is even throughout. The new HVAC operation exceeds my expectation.

I emailed Air Solutions to see whether they did this kind of work. I got an immediate response that they do. I called, got a pleasant receptionist and made an appointment for an estimate. Jeff, a manager and co-owner, came to my house promptly at the time arranged. He was knowledgeable about this kind of problem in old homes, and he took a good look at our basement ducts. He told me that our ducts wrap around our old cast iron plumbing pipes, which are also rather low, and in his opinion, raising the ducts would cause some loss of efficiency (more twists and turns would be needed). Also, it wouldn't be cost-effective because there would still be major beams and pipes so low, a normal-height ceiling ceiling would not be possible. He also checked my antiquated air filter and discussed better options with me. He was very professional throughout.

The stand by there. They make sure to follow up on all completed work and make sure it is performing the way it should be.

I'm very pleased and feel confident that my heat pump is in good hands. In addition to checking into my particular question (see above), the serviceman checked my filters, cleaned out various components of the heat pump, ran the AC and the heat, and did something at the outside components. I don't know exactly what he did, but I don't need to, as long as he knows what he's doing! I mentioned Angie's List when I called and the receptionist knew all about it. I got an appointment at my preferred time within three days of my call.

I initially called for an estimate after retrieving the name from Angie's List. The office staff was very helpful and efficient. I had an appointment with the estimator within three days of my call. The estimator appeared on time and did a very thorough job of assessing the situation. He was back to me within a week with a proposal. He followed up in about ten days, timely but not pushy in my view. Once I decided, things moved very quickly. I was able to name my date for installation, and the whole installation was done in one very long day (9-7). There were problems with the equipment installed (a bad fan board from the factory), but they were quick and efficient in following up. After a few extra days to correct the problems, the whole system is up and running well.

This company always comes when they say they will. The workers that come seem to be very knowledgeable in their field. They have always done a really good job. I never had any problems using them and that keeps us happy.

Overall, I was very pleased. They were able to schedule an appointment within a week of my phone call. They called before coming over which is exactly what they said they would do. The technician were efficient and never complained about the fact that he had to climb 3 flights of stairs several times in the heat to get the job done. And ultimately, he fixed my problem and the price was very fair.

Arrived at the scheduled time. Office called before he arrived to verify that I was home. Technician checked the outside unit, the thermostat and inside unit. Replaced the bad part on the outside unit, and now it is running.

The work crew showed up on time and did a careful, thorough job.

Used them for furnace maintenance and was very pleased, so I re-contacted them for the A/C. Professional administration and service. They confirm appointment before arrival, come out at time indicated and as I was also having electrical work done at the same time by Blue Jay Electric, it was a seamless operation. Pleasant technician, Bill, checked out the whole system and was done. I will continue to use them for my heating, A/C and when ready to tackle the next project, plumbing needs.

I will continue to use Air Solutions for as many related projects as possible. Quite honestly they surpassed all expectations and did an exceptional job. When others failed to provide me with a solution for installing a 94% efficient system, Air Solutions found a way to get it done. They were not the cheapest, but their price was right in line and they even beat their original estimate.

To sum up right at the beginning, it couldn't have been better. When I called to make the appointment I was quoted a service rate far better than BGE had given. I was also given a TWO HOUR (!) window for the technician's arrival time. Who does that any more? The time frame was 10 am until noon. Vince arrived at 10:15 after phoning ahead. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective part quickly, after giving a clear explanation of what was wrong. He was was also very helpful in explaining other aspects of the system which I was curious or worried about. This was two weeks ago, and the problem remains solved.

They had excellent response to my initial call. Alan was a very professional estimator, explained the whole process, and answered all of my questions. He gave me options to help resolve the problem of a non functioning and outdated furnace.

This work went smoothly. Technician knew his heating systems and went to cause of the problem quickly.

Quoted me a price over phone, and kept to quote at time of service. Prompt, Friendly and Thorough. Good customer service.
