Good Replaced both faucet cartridges and fixed the leak

He was friendly and quickly able to identify why my family woke up in an ice box. He quickly made the repair and adjustments to our system. We were back up and running in no time. He even explained the reason for the broken part and advised us how to avoid in the future.

Normal annual service was performed.

It turned out very well. They do a very nice job. They are prompt and detail oriented, and they give you a clear picture of what's going on with your systems and make recommendations.

We called Air, Plumbing & Heating Solutions LLC on Monday morning, told them our situation with the leaking water heater, and were given an appointment that same morning. Carl and Tom arrived, assessed the situation, provided an estimate, and got to work. They installed a new 40 gallon gas-fired atmospheric vent water heater, drain pan, expansion tank, and 3/4" ball valve. They also reconfigured the water piping, gas piping, and flue vent to ensure everything was up to code. Throughout the entire process, Carl and Tom were polite, considerate, and professional.

I called Air, Plumbing & Heating Solutions LLC to ask if it was a problem they could have someone work on. Unfortunately, the incompetent person who I talked to on the phone not only didn't ask a single follow up question, but she transcribed my problem as one with a dishwasher. When the plumber came out to my house, he immediately saw water in my washing machine and said it wasn't something he could work on. The company charged me $59 for service that could have been diagnosed in my one minute phone call and refused to reimburse the cost. I was surprised that they chose $59 above a potentially loyal customer. Would absolutely not recommend or use again.

The technician named jeff was somewhat professional. I had another company install a tankless water heater and I had a leaking problem with it. So I wanted a second opinion on how to fix the problem. Somehow in very bad rain water would seep into the unit and it would shut off, I think from the venting tube. The technician came out and he sounded like he knew what he was talking about, but he used various scare tactics to scare me, which wasn't appreciated. He said he had to go back to the shop to take measurements and use tables to determine the safety of the install and I haven't heard back from him in 5 months. I guess the only good thing is he didn't charge me, but he really didn't do anything but try and scare me anyways. I would not recommend this company for any future work just because of their lack of professionalism not because of there level of competency as I did not get any work done by them. I don't know why Jeff left me hanging but all he had to do was send me an email back saying that he was to busy or just didn't know the solution and I would have moved on. Our technician, Jeff, who had done the original disconnection prior to the flooring work, arrived promptly as scheduled, and did a careful, professional job of reconnecting all appliances and moving them back into place for the previously agreed-to price. He took his time, tested everything to ensure it was back in working order, and was polite and pleasant throughout.

Took much time to check many things to find out source of problem.

It was good. He had to add $25 for something that I needed, some part or something. They were friendly and helpful. I don't know how much other companies are charging. When I did look up how much they normally charge, it was $89 so buying the deal only saved me $10. I had two furnaces that he had to look at so I ended up paying $89 for one furnace and $79 for the one that I had purchased the deal for. The deal didn't save me a whole lot of money.

Wonderfully! The guys were super professional, innovative in finding a solution quickly, executing quickly. It was such a relief to have my problem fixed by true professionals who knew exactly what they were doing.

They assessed the issues and were the only contractor out of 3 I contacted to come up with a viable and reasonably economic solution. They did quality work and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with our new system.

Went well. Ended up needing a new faucet. The tech was very friendly and was able to explain the problem in terms I could understand.

Snaked it out and the proper trap was installed. It went great.

Fine. In order to fix the problem we would need to get into duct work and tear down drywall. We opted not to do it.

Excellent. I have used this company several times. I find them honest and hard working. I had another company state I had to replaced it, yet this company fixed for about $150. Very trustworthy.

The gentlemen came on time, were very professional, did a great job servicing my furnace and afterwards gave me a "status" of my furnace (which was nice to get since I know nothing about them!). They were careful to wear covers over their shoes every time they went in/out of the house or basement so as to not drag any dirt. A little touch that was appreciated :)

Steve arrived on time and was very professional. I was pleased with the work that he completed on my toilet and wall water valve. I recommend Air, Plumbing, & Heating Solutions to get the job done, and I will make this company the first to call should I have another problem.

he unplug it and it is working fine. i asked him about replacing it because of how old it was.he recommended the best toilet to get and the price it would be to put the new one in and despose of the old one. this is what i will do next time.

The technician quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Also I had previously purchased a replacement filter for our Aprilaire unit which I had not yet installed and the technician replaced it for me without me even asking. For anyone not familiar those filters are much more involved to replace than a typical one. I was very impressed with the technician's willingness to go above and beyond what was required for the service call.

It was fine. There was another problem two or three weeks later which they came back and fixed without charging me any extra. The guys that came out were very nice and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me. I would use them again.
