MIKE, the name of my plumber, was friendly, polite, and he listened thoroughly to my plumbing dilemma. He searched all possible reasons for my sink continous clogging. He also searched up on my roof to see why my dinner foods from the night before were pouring out of my water drain. He searched under my house in my crawl space, and found my problem. My main water drain pipe was rusted, clogged, and leaking. Mike to ld me he could come back with a partner to fix it. Mike came back with another plumber on Friday. They were on time and worked in a professional way. I was again, pleased with the work done by this company. Thanks Angie's List for this referral.

Arrived as scheduled. We were unable to have the AC unit inspected during home inspection, so I wasn't sure of the condition, which is the reason why I ordered this service. The unit has been working well so no major issues but the service men were excellent in doing a thorough inspection and explaining what I can expect in the future.

Tom was great and very knowledgeable. He helped to diagnose quickly why the drain was slow moving and solve it. Perfect service the gals on the phone were also very courteous and helpful in booking an appointment for our Angie's Big Deal coupon. Perfect service front to back office don't change anything.

It was fabulous. The guy diagnosed the problem quickly. He was in and out in an hour. He showed us about neglecting maintenance. He was polite. He was not able to do it all for the big deal price. He charged me as little as he could. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Professional and responsive however price was higher than other businesses. I went with another business that I was very pleased with.

they needed to find a suitable coil for an older model and that took a few days. through out the process they were very responsive. the installation went well with some minor modifications needed to to duck work. It was an expensive repair and i did not shop the price but the air conditioner is working better than it ever did before and the service was very good.

The worker was prompt, and professional. He listened to my wishes and got the job done. He was polite, hardworking, and didn't make any mess at all. I was VERY pleased with his work.

I called to make a service appointment because my a/c was making a noise. We scheduled for later in the week. I held my breath, and like I was worried the inside unit made a horrible noise and stopped working. I called the next morning and they fit me in that day. A part needed to be ordered from the manufacturer, and I requested that it be over nighted. The office was amazing, they ordered the part, they told me that as soon as it was in the office, they would send out the repair person. They were almost apologetic that it be longer and more expensive. They were amazing, responsive, did everything we needed to fix the unit, and get us up and running. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They have been wonderful. It was a great experience. They are excellent. They gave us a lot of time, one of the owners spent time here explaining the different places we had and different features. When they came they were very neat. They finished the job in one day and they cleaned up the house very well. We were just very very happy with them. We would use them again.

The technician was prompt and very professional. He took the time to explain how the new pump worked. I would definitely use this company again.

Initial diagnosis was made and then they returned about 10 days later after I had purchased the appropriate replacements. Job was well done and came within the estimated price given at the time o fhteinitial evaluation. Satisfactory service, neat, careful and professional.

When we purchased our home we did a great deal of research on Angie's list, did many interviews and got many estiimates before choosing an HVAC contractor. We picked Fred Needel. He was not the cheapest (also not the most expensive) and he was AMAZING. He replaced our heating system and helped our AC eke out a few more years, until it finally died this spring. When I called him I was shocked to hear he had retired -- how was I going to replace him?? It turns out that he chose his successor to be Air Plumbing and Heating. If he trusted them, I would, rather than start from scratch myself (in the heat). Well, it was worth it. My house is COOL! The installers were prompt and courteous (with blue booties for their shoes). They got the main unit up and running on a Friday so that I would be cool for the weekend, which was fantastic, and they came back the next week to do the ductless units. Alan, one of the owners, is due at my home this evening to go over everything that they did, and make sure I am happy. I do have several questions for him, but I am certain that they will be answered/taken care of to my satisfaction.

Overall excellent experience. Very timely response to my call for service. Not an emergency so I had an appointment within a week for maintenance. The tech was running late, but I received a call to let me know which I appreciated. The technician was knowledgeable and showed me areas in my system that needed attention/replacement/age of the system. The technician gave me options of multiple cleanings due to the system being poorly maintained by a former owner. In the end, the decision was made to replace the system due to its age & results from the inspection. The technician did not suggest replacement, but based on the age of the unit, 17 year old heat pump, I am going to replace it as it is well beyond its useful life.

The guy was nice enough. I think he did a decent job. Someone else that came in after pointed out there was a potential leak coming from one of the pipes where the disposal was installed. I don't know if it was due to him, I don't know. I haven't really had any problems since. I don't have any specific negative things to say about the experience. I have a garbage disposal and nothing has blown up.

I scheduled a service call for between 8 and noon today. I'ts 11:42. No one called to confirm OR cancel, no one has shown up.

The service technician arrived on time and completed the required work with the highest level of professionalism. The technician was a good listener and understood what I provided for the units history. I was kept well informed of the work that was being performed. The technician was not shy with me watching what he was doing. He answered all of my questions effectively. Overall great job. I will use them again.

They came out and were very courteous, introduced themselves, put covers over their feet, assessed the problem, and did it all in about a half an hour. When they left everything was working just fine, and I am very happy. I will definitely call this company again.

Everyone that I dealt with at this company from beginning to end were the most helpful, courteous and polite group of people that I have ever dealt with. After buying the deal online, even before I contacted them, they contacted me to set up the time for the services to be completed. The person on the phone was very polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with while making the appointment. Received a courtesy reminder call before the appointment date. Received a call the day of the appointment well within the service window telling me that the service man was on his way. The service man arrived about 50 minutes later and proceeded directly to servicing the system. It had rained the day before and the service man but on a new set of plastic foot coverings every time he entered my house from the outside. He went right to work on the inside unit and was very thorough and professional and completed this part with no interruptions and then proceeded directly to the outside unit that he completed in the same manner as the inside unit. After that he wrote up the bill and explained all of the work that he had done and the reasons for the work. He then asked if I had any questions and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The technician and everyone else that I worked with at this company was the best. They all were very courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again anytime in the future.

They were on time, did the repair in record time and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I am so used to company's trying to sell me their "suggested" services, not showing up on time, stressed out and unprofessional. I dread needing repairs. This company was a pleasure to talk to and professional to work with. I am not sure who I talked to when I made my initial appointment, but she was so sympathetic and tried to see if I had checked the breakers and other possible self fix problems because it was a very hot day. I really appreciate that. I am going to buy a service contract with them. I won't let anyone else touch my AC or heating. They are fabulous!!

They were wonderful, very nice, helpful, looked over what was there, told us something we did not know and it was great. They were there like the next day. It was really beneficial. They were prompt, did what they said they would do and there were no concerns.

My interaction with them went very well and I can say that they have a reasonable price. The plumber that came out was excellent because he did a thorough job and he has detected some problems and fixed it. I was very grateful on that.

Jeff and his crew could not have been more efficient, courteous and helpful. We interviewed several companies before choosing this one. During the interview process, we were given some conflicting information from others about what we needed, which units were right for our house, and what it all would cost. Throughout it all, Jeff was more than willing to answer all of our questions - while never trying to pressure us. And, when all was said and done, his bid turned out to be the lowest in cost... a nice surprise. The crew that installed both units was very respectful of our house, even to the point of wearing shoe covers so as not to dirty the carpet. We had one follow-up visit to adjust the AC unit airflow, and it went smoothly. Jeff said we could try the systems for a full year and, if not satisfied, we could opt out. When do you ever get THAT kind of guarantee from a company? We're so glad we chose this company, and would highly recommend it.

We called because the plumber I used in the past moved to this company. They cleaned roots out of our pipes and charged us $700 for a job that our second-opinion plumber said he would have charged $160 to do. When I called to complain about the price, the manager told me that I should hold on to this new plumber's number - believe me, I will!

No problems. Mike showed up within the appointed time frame and got to work quickly. Very friendly, professional, and courteous. He suggested a couple of things to do for my plumbing. Seemed knowledgeable about his trade.
