They were okay. I thought they were going to do a service and repair, but they just did a basic check up. I had to call someone else to come and fix the issue.

It was fine. I would use them again.

The service man came out after hours at 7:30 PM and found that there was a motor that wasn't barely running and would intermittently not allow the furnace to run. He did everything that he could and stated that he would inform the office and they would find out the cost of the motor and ordering it and call me when they had the information. They called on Monday afternoon, the furnace was still running OK, and gave me all of the options and prices for installing the new motor and said when it came in they would check it to be sure it was good and not damaged and then call me to set up appointment to install it. They were all courteous and knowledgeable. Hope to have the new motor installed before the old one stops running for good. Have had several dealings with this company and would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.

On a later visit, also in December, they had to repair a similar leak in another bathroom. On this third visit, they had to do more repairs on the first leak in the bathroom because it began leaking again--but they repaired it for free because they guaranteed their work for a year (it had been about 2 months) and since it wasn't clear if the leak was the same or new, they took on the expense of it. so far, no we have no other issues with the other repairs.

Everybody was wonderful. They were respectful and neat. They were efficient and did what they were suppose to do. They did a pretty job.

They set up an appointment and they arrived on that day. One technician came to complete the repair and he cleaned up well when the work was complete. Everything turned out great!

They were on time, very efficient, explained all functions to my satisfaction before leaving, and took all old equipment away.

The guy came by around the scheduled time and checked the water heater gas leak and worked on it for about 15 minutes or so. Then he said it was fixed. Then I asked him to check a couple of items (since I was paying by the hour) and he helped with any questions I had. Thanks!!

I woke up this morning, the coldest day it has ever been in the time I've lived in Maryland, to discover that my boiler was broken. I called a provider I have used in the past, who told me he was really busy and would get back to me in 15 minutes. He never called back. So I called this provider instead based on the good reviews they have on Angie's List. They were able to dispatch a repair tech to me in about an hour and a half, in spite of the fact that the bad weather had them busy. The tech was professional and figured out what the issue was, left briefly to get a part, and had it repaired in little time. He also gave me a tip to prevent future issues with the boiler. The price quoted seemed reasonable and I now have heat (yay!). I appreciate that this company did not seem to price gouge me...I've heard stories of other people getting taken advantage of when the weather is this freezing. I hope to not need them in the future, but if I do, I will certainly use them again.

The basement toilet in a rental property kept backing up and consequently the tenant was not able to use any water in the house. It was eventually determined that tree roots had grown into the existing sewer line. The house was built in the 1950s and so the sewer line was very old. AIR PLUMBING & HEATING SOLUTIONS dug out the old sewer line and replaced it with a new PVC sewer line. I was very pleased that they obtained the necessary permits very quickly due to the emergency circumstances and consequently completed the work in a very timely manner. I have used this company numerous times for both plumbing and HVAC services for many years and highly recommend them.

Air plumbing was a very professional and competent company and I would recommend them with no hesitation.

It was excellent. He came right out, repaired it right away, and he was very pleasant. He cleaned up after himself and was right back out the door. I would definitely use them again.

It went fine, though it wasn't as thorough and systematic as I thought it would be (much of what they checked and suggested I could have done on my own). But they did confirm my suspicion of what was causing our chronic low water pressure problem.

Alan was one of the most patient professionals I've ever dealt with. He provided me with probably 10 different options to fit what we needed (old house with baseboard heat and no ductwork for AC) and answered countless questions promptly. When our hot water quit working before they could come do the entire boiler job they came and just replaced the hot water heater part at no extra cost connecting it to the old oil boiler. They basically came out twice for the price of one just so we could have hot water while we waited 3 weeks for BGE to run a new gas line to our house. Only issues was they had to reschedule a couple times because of a heat wave and people needing emergency AC service. I was fine with that since they already bent over backwards to get our hot water going. He gave us a great deal and will be our first call for all future plumbing and HVAC needs.

Our furnace kept shutting off before it reached the set temperature. It's a 14 year old furnace and we thought it might be a major repair and if they had been less than honest, they could have charged us for replacing unnecessary parts, but thankfully they did not. We had two issues, the first was a mouse nest in the furnace unit (although that wasn't the cause of the problem) and the second was a blockage in exhaust area which caused the unit to shut off as a safety issue. The serviceman went outside and cleaned out the vents and restored it to operation. He explained everything that he was doing and was very helpful. I really felt like these are people you can trust. Their fees weren't exactly cheap given the time involved, but I could have gotten stuck with someone else charging me a lot more or even suggesting that I needed a new furnace. Sometimes when repair people see our neighborhood, the estimate suddenly increases from phone to front door.

Air Plumbing and Heating Services provided excellent service from the estimate to the work completion. The estimate was performed in a highly thorough, personable and professional manner. Communication with the company to iron out questions and details were handle with speed and great customer service. The job was completed with efficiency and skill and the entire crew were highly professional. Job site was clean when finished. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Did a whole home plumbing inspection of my new home. Made recommendations based on findings. They were not pushy for the future work that might be needed.

They were on time as scheduled. They were professional. They were neat and clean about the job, and I would definitely use them again. When they came for the water leak, they found that it was from the master shower right above the breakfast room. So he had to cut the ceiling and run the water in the shower until the leak started showing in the ceiling to identify where it was coming from. It was nothing plumbing related. It ended up being the caulking. He was very thorough. He knew what he was doing. He was very proficient. Laid tarp on the floor and cleaned up when he was finished.

The experience with Air Solutions was very good. They provided a very competitive proposal and were generous with time in answering questions. The day of installation was hot, but the guys worked tirelessly. There were a few items that needed improved following the initial installation and they came back for an additional half day to "make it right". My husband and I were looking for a company to not only install a new system but be our long term service company. We are pleased to have found Air Solutions.

They were very punctual and professional. I had an issue with a leaking toilet in the master bathroom that was running down into the kitchen. They came and said that they fixed the leak. A week later the toilet started running endlessly. They came back out and said that it was a different issue and wanted to charge me nearly $300 to fix the issue. I asked why this issue wasn't handled in the first place and I was told that they didn't want my bill to be $600 and only fixed the intitial issue. I was unsatisfied with the answer and the service.

The threads, on the galvanized pipe under the kitchen sink, were rusted and leaking. As usual, Air Plumbing & Heating responded quickly and was willing to accommodate my schedule. Two plumbers showed up on time and completed the job quickly which required working in a tight space under the kitchen floor, in the basement. The entire discharge pipe is galvanized, but the place that could be reached, without tearing down walls, was the portion which was leaking for now. They said the other parts of the pipe could leak too, but I had to take care of the present leak and hope for the best later. I've used them before and they always do a professional, 1st-rate job.

I don't have any idea about plumbing inspection or knowledge. But I saw Tom did follow his inspection list to flush the heater water and check each toiler water tank, bathroom sinks, also check outside BGE meters. He gave me his inspection report. He did a professional job.

Got a proposal from Alan Schwarzschile on Sept 23rd, stating exatily what it wouldcost and what they were going to do. . Alan worked up several options and prices for me as I was not sure what type heating system I wanted, he was very helpful in helping me to chose a syatem.. .after several other estimates from other companys and checking Angies list I chose to have Air solutions do the job. On 10/8/13. three technicians (Mike) John (and Joe) came to do the job,They were here on time, even had covers for their shoes( which I told them was not necessary in my unfinished basement) They went to work as soon as they got here and stayed with it all day, Old unit was very heavy and dirty, but they got it out with no mess or damage to my basement..I am very happy with my new heating system and the work they done. when they finished and went home my basement was clean, would highly recommend this compny for all your pluming and heating needs.

Not impressed by the inspection. Took maybe 15 minutes to tell me what we already knew - was looking for more detailed explanation and solution to problems encountered with recent bathroom remodel. AIso, I requested a quote for installation of dishwasher but the service person was not aware of this and was unable to provide an estimate . We had to wait for a call back from his office 2 days later and she quoted a ridiculous price. Thank God we had already called another company on your list (Landers) - their price was less than half of what Air had quoted. However, Air was very courteous and on time. Needless to say I'll be calling Landers for all my plumbing and appliance needs.
