Fine. Purchased this as an Angies List big deal. Gentleman who showed up was very good and answered my questions. Would do this every year. Because I had let the maintenance run for several years, damage had been done to the coils by dog pee. Had not previously known the dangers of dog pee to a/c coils, and now know to try to keep the dogs away.

Good service, easy to schedule.

4 weeks later on the next hot and humid day the leak reoccurs. (I was out of town for two weeks so I did not use the system). So I took Keiths advice and cut an access hole to get to the condensate pump. Being an engineer myself I took a look at it and to my horror found that the condensate pump was never the issue to start with. I had ice forming on the cooling coils which would melt and drop into the vents and the leak was occuring from the vent into my ceiling. Now I got to call them back to look at the icing on the cooling coil which could be a symptom of low freon pressure. This should have been caught by the service man at the time of inspection. Im ticked off I paid $200 for a misdiagnosed issue and now got to pay $89 to have them diagnose the problem again. They should stand by their work and wave the diagnosis fee

They did a very good job. I was going to go back to them but they were way too expensive the second time. They were really prompt. Actually it was a reasonable price from them but the second time, I was fortunate enough to have a friend, a certified plumber to do the job.

We had a new Lennox heating and air conditioning system installed in our home. From start to finish, we have received outstanding service from "Air, Plumbing & Heating Solutions" (hereinafter called Air Solutions). We talked to representatives from a total of three companies. Harry Faber came from Air Solutions. He is very friendly, honest, and we liked working with him. Harry's proposal was the best deal we received. In fact, Air Solutions gave us the lowest quote for the highest quality system compared to another company?s higher bid for a lower quality system. The installation took only one day, including hauling away the old system. The workers cleaned up after themselves. Everything was left neat and clean when they left. Harry came to our home on the morning of the installation to make sure that everything promised would be done smoothly. He came back about a week later to inspect the work to ensure the quality of the system and its installation. Harry also wanted to make sure that we were pleased with the system, and to address any questions or problems we might have. The Lennox system works like a dream. I never hear it coming on or going off. It is very quiet. It cools or warms the house gently rather than with a harsh blast of hot or cold air. We could not be more pleased. Our model has a Wi-Fi thermostat with all kinds of goodies on it. Another company told us we would have to choose between the Senior's Discount and Angie's Discount, as they would not give us both. With Harry and Air Solutions, we received both a Senior Discount and Angie?s Discount. (-$900.00) We also received large rebates from Lennox ($1,000.00) and from Baltimore Gas and Electric Company ($800). Harry and Air Solutions took care of all the paperwork and mailed the requests on our behalf. Currently, Air Solutions has financing available, interest free for one year. It was through Angie's List that we chose Air Solutions. I am glad we used Angie's List because going to the yellow pages is pure guesswork. In order to check a company's reputation via the internet, you need the name of each company. It is so much easier to have the name of many companies and their reviews in one place.

Diagnosis was quick -- a hole was cut in the drywall exposing the small hole in the sewer pipe. A quote of was given for the work to replace the pipe and Tee (which straddled the first floor and basement), without drywall replacement. The repair was conducted quickly. The only complaint is the rubber-wrap seal to attach the new and old pipes was larger than the space available in the wall on the first floor. We are having to get creative in replacing the drywall and covering over the pipe. I would have preferred to know about this before the repair was made.

Chris called and was able to arrive early-great start! It was clear that he knew what he was doing. We have numerous problems with our 50+ yr old home. He completed fixing the outside spicot, removed the debris from sink t(previously been as a $600 repair), checked out the ventilation problem in the bathrooms, and accessed the problems with the laundry room tub. We will never use another plumber.

They came out to look at our unit and then never came back to do the work! We tried to call them several times and they've never returned any calls. We can't use them again if we can't trust them to be responsive.

The company sent a plumber up to take a look at the problem. He told me he's discuss it with his boss. Then never heard back from him. Wasted my time and didn't address the issue. The President of the company reached out in a very upfront manner. I appreciate the personal follow up and will accept that something can fall through the cracks. Will adjust my rating.

The technician arrived during the time window. He performed all services as per the Angie's List coupon. I have used this company twice before and will continue to use them.

Discovered burned out fuse very quickly and were done in less than 30 minutes. Great and fast service!

I have been a customer of theirs for years, across two houses. Air Solutions staff have always performed the job well and professionally. They are courteous and punctual. I would not trust my HVAC system to any other company! I have recommended them to countless friends...

I used a plumbing service that I like a lot it’s called Air Plumbing & Heating Solutions. Mr. Alan Schwarzschild is owner. They were excellent. They put a water pipe from the road to my house. A water line had to be replaced (underground water line) and that’s a big job and that was like last September. The approximate cost of the service was $3500. It was a main water line from street to the house. They are fabulous.

It was fine. It all worked out and it was definitely reasonable.

Excellent technician, helpful staff. The receptionist was cheerful and helpful, especially when I needed to reschedule. The plumber worked carefully and efficiently. I live in an older building and he preserved the bathroom tiles with no problem.

This was a repeat purchase from them. They unclogged a toilet for us and they were just wonderful!!

They were very punctual, they were very professional, they fixed the problem really quickly, they fixed it with ease and they were just very polite.

It turned out very well. We had a problem with our toilet and they had to come out twice unfortunately, but they were very friendly about coming out again and fixing it. When they came out the second time they ensured that it was fixed and we didn't have to call them again. I think we had to pay a little extra but whatever it was it was worth the work that they did and the estimate was very close to what they quoted us on. They were very friendly, it was a pair of them that came out and they were very punctual. They were right on time, they came when they said they were going to, they were clean, they weren't intrusive, they were very polite, they put booting on their feet so they wouldn't get any dirt or any type of debris on the floor, so they were very respectful. I liked that about them. Their turn around was super quick and they cleared up the clog and unfortunately as soon as they left I flashed the toilet again and it clogged within an hour of them leaving, but when I called them back they were very friendly about rescheduling for them to come back and fix it again, and they came back right away within the next day to fix it. The second time they fixed it, they ensured that it was done so that it wouldn't be causing a problem again.
