While we unfortunately found several issues with our HVAC system, our technician Sam was thorough, knowledgable and took the time to explain our best options moving forward.

We had the capacitator and condensor fan motor replaced on our heat pump

He was really good and walked me through the filters and how to maintain it. He took time to educate me. He inspected the inside and outside units. He cleaned off debris around the unit and cleaned the inside unit .HE recommended removing one of the filters and made sure all of the connections were good. The exchange felt honest. It's always hard as a female having companies treat you with honestly. I feel like the information was true. They weren't trying to push more services. It made the trust between the customer and company that much stronger.

Went great. He arrived within the time limits and got right to work. He was very knowledgeable and found the problem quickly and answered all of my questions completely. Will use this company again.

Technician performed A/C check and found capacitor was weak and contactor was burnt and pitted. These parts were replaced. A/C is functioning well at this time. Technician explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. Am very pleased with the service and quick response of this provider and plan to use again.

The advertising says 24hr emergency but 24hours later zero response from them !! I would not recommend!!

I have a maintenance plan. They installed my air conditioner a couple years ago. They seem to know what they're doing. The air conditioning system that they put in has been very good. The people that work for them are very good, very clean. They clean up after themselves. They're very polite and they are a good company. I don't think they could improve on anything. They are very good in what they do and I think they are top quality.

Great ! Arrived on time on date scheduled. The service men were very courteous and knowledgeable and were done quickly and answered all of my questions. Very good company and will continue to deal with them for any of my HVAC and plumbing needs !

It ended up costing a fortune because the special was to replace a garbage disposal and not to install a new one. We needed to install power and redo some of the plumbing. In spite of the unexpected costs, they were probably reasonable.

I had already bought the two Moen cartridges (and the Moen puller tool) at Home Depot for the fix. The plumbing manager at Home Depot insisted that one of the two cartridges would be the one I needed. However, when Steve came out from Air, Plumbing..., the cartridge in my faucet was totally different than the ones I had bought. Most importantly, the faucet was pretty rough and rusted under the stainless covering. Thankfully, Steve was honest and advised me to consider a new faucet, which I did. Due to the age, our original faucet is no longer available and we have a very short 8 inch counter directly behind it. So, we are still looking for a suitable replacement that will go with our hight situation and still provide the best functionality. Steve was very professional, honest, and a true accent to his company.

The service on the HVAC was fine. The first time the plumber was scheduled, they cancelled due to illness. The second time they were scheduled, I called to confirm. The plumber was pleasant but did come until the end of the scheduled block of time, 4 pm. He stated he was here to do my inspection and I again told him that I needed the low pressure diagnosed and fixed. When he was finished doing his inspection, he gave me a list of possibilities. He also listed everything that was old and may need replacement at an exorbitant cost. (Water heater, well pump, tank, copper pipes, etc). He said that he would write a report and it would be sent to me or a representative would bring it back to discuss it with me. It has been 2 weeks and I have heard nothing. I called a local company yesterday who came today and fixed the problem for $146. I asked them about the suggestions by the prior company and they laughed. Their response was if it is working, why would you replace it!

Didn't have parts on the truck to cap a simple kitchen drainage line. You would think a plumber would have most parts on-hand to deal with something simple, but they did not. I told the scheduler what I needed done, and it apparently wasn't communicated well to the plumber. At the hourly rate they charge, they should have been prepared for most basic plumbing contingencies. There's a hardware store 4 blocks away, but it was apparently too much work to drive over there and get the part.

It went very well. They were on time, they called in advance, they performed excellent work and did so quickly.

There was a bit of confusion at the start of the service since I had paid through Angie's List and the plumber was unaware as to how Angie's List prepaid deals worked. I have used Air, Plumbing and Heating Solutions several times prior, however, this is the first time I ran into this confusing start to a service. He would not start the job until he called back to the office. Once this issue was cleared up, the plumber installed the shower head which I bought/provided. There was an part in the kit, which he did not install. The showerhead worked fine, however, the part that he did not install was the holder for the handheld unit. Without the holder, the handheld unit is almost unusable since it currently sits very high (higher than the fixed showerhead).

They installed the heating and air conditioning system that I have. We have a service contract with them, and they come out every six months for maintenance. I have been using them for years. They always come on time. They are very professional people. They look at the burners and filters. They make sure that the humidifier is working properly, and change the filters on that and the air flow. One person usually comes out. They wear shoe covers when they come into the house. Everything is put back together. They clean up to where you don't even know they were there.

The guy that came out did a great job. He put booties on so that he didn't mess up my new carpet. He cleaned lots of dust off the old unit.

Their price is fair. Their service is fair. I haven't had any issues with the system since. One tech came out to perform service. He didn't leave any mess behind.

I have used the furnace. It works great. They did dud a great job. I would highly recommend them. The price was reasonable.

Excellent - the technician was on time, very professional, and solved the problem.

I have to say we had some confusion initially, but in the end we are satisfied with the result. Repairing the gas leak in the three places (two inside and one outside), and changing the bad sump pump battery which was the major cause of the malodor. I have to say especially Mr. Will was very nice, prompt, professional, and customer friendly. He made everything fine. We will definately use them again if the need rises. I highly recommend the company.
