Very professional and worked quickly, explained everything they were doing, any issues they ran into, and what parts they were changing. I'd definitely hire them for any furnace issues I find in the future.

.The technician was on time and promptly inspected and diagnosed the problem. He was able to add some freon but told me that the real problem was a bad inside coil. I knew it had to be more than freon because the outdoor unit was only a few months old. He suggested the contact the company that installed the unit. He also gave me a estimated cost for his company to do the job, but no pressure. Very professional.

The technician arrived on time and discovered I had a problem with condensing pump. He informed me of the problem through my neighbor as I was unavailable. My neighbor reported he was very courteous and professional. I did not have the technician do the work because I don't think companies should have a separate charge just for diagnosing problem if the customer actually has the service done.

I didn't get any service done, but an estimate.

The company was excellent- contacted me twice to schedule service but did not hassle me. I purchased the wrong deal (wanted BOTH AC and heat tune up) so it's my fault I did not go through with the work.

The gentleman was very professional and polite. He covered his shoes each time he came into the house from outside. He went above and beyond in testing the line to find the leak. He took time to explain to me thoroughly what was going on and what the options for actions were so I could make an informed decision. I never felt rushed or that he was losing patience with me and I questioned him a lot to get a clear idea of what was happening so I could explain it to my husband.

Had leakage from our bathroom to Kitchen, purchased voucher, contacted provider on Friday the were closed for the weekend. Had to get some one to stop the leakage over the weekend which left us with no need for the voucher now.

It went well, they broke down the the issues with our hot water heater, and what we can do going forward. They were not pushy on any one sales solution, and we wound just keeping our existing s***** heater because it wasn't worth a fix at the them

Mr. Mike looked at the leak under the kitchen sink. It was coming from the discharge hose from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal. We had the disposal replaced last year by a handyman and apparently because the hose did not fit the disposal, the end of the hose was cut off and held onto the disposal by 3 clamps. Mike fixed the leak, but could not give a warranty because he was jerry-rigging the jerry-rig. If it leaks in the future, he said he could do the larger repair involving pulling out the dishwasher and replacing the hose, or to call Kenmore and have them do it, as they would have the hose that is needed...one with a big end on it that will fit on the disposal. He also showed me how to remove the plug in the basement sink and knocked out a small clog with a screwdriver to get it flowing again. He used a coupon to bring the cost to $91.

Service was quick and thorough. He answered all my questions and came on time. Would recommend.

Was having a problem with the HV/AC after replacing the condensate pump. Technician came to check on system and perform standard maintenance on central AC. Found problem with system, which all it was being a faulty thermostat. Actually talked me out of overpaying for thermostat, though it was still expensive. Nonetheless, the technician was prompt and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

It was a rental property. So far, our tennant likes the quality of services.

The company contacted me the same day I purchased the deal and set up an appointment for the service a few days later. The technician arrived promptly and was polite and professional. I asked him to diagnose the cause of a metallic screeching noise my heat pump was making. He took the unit apart and couldn't find anything that was rubbing metal on metal, which was my original theory. He thought the noise must be caused by a dirty air filter blocking air flow and causing the heat pump to draw in air around the filter, so he changed the air filter. The heat pump never made the offending noise while he was in the house, so he didn't have much evidence to go on. The noise started again within a day, so I called the company back and they sent a different tech. It took three visits to diagnose the problem but they did eventually find it. They didn't charge me for the additional visits, only the initial deal I bought, which I thought was very generous of them. Everyone I came into contact with at the company was very professional and helpful, and generally pleasant to work with. I would certainly use this company again.

The diagnostic to determine the problem went well and was affordable. We are undecided on whether we will have the work done and will update if we do. UPDATE: We decided to contact other service providers to see whether the price was reasonable and we determined it was. So, I called back on Thursday 9/11/14 to schedule the work. At first, Tammy indicated that there were no appts until Monday and we might have to overnight the part in (our indoor motor was blown on our AC). So, I began going down the list to see if someone could come out sooner. I was very pleasantly surprised when Tammy called back to say that she had continued working on the matter and was able to move things around to have a tech out to our house first thing the following morning. I was especially impressed because I had not asked her to keep working on the problem. On Friday 9/12/14, the tech came out timely and did the work. No extra costs and did not try to push additional sales on us. Total cost for blown motor was $896 or so. We would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

This provider was great. When I purchased the service call on Angie's List, I called them and asked if they could come same day as my AC unit was not working and I was 9 months pregnant and expecting any day. They made sure they came out and did a temporary fix so that I would have air and not be uncomfortable. Then they ordered the part. I went into labor a few days later and when I returned from the hospital, they actually called me to follow up and schedule service. I did not have to call them. The same tech came back out and did the repair.

He checked several areas of the house but then said that it would be quite a bit of work to actually do the flush, so he didn’t end up doing it. I was the one that had to even bring it up.

It went well. In addition to the tune-up we had them do some additional work, and they gave us a break on pricing.

The tech arrived at my house on schedule and ready to perform the work. He talked me through some steps I can take to keep my AC running at top efficiency. After he was done inside he inspected and cleaned the outside unit. I have been having some trouble with my furnace boiler and I had already purchased the part that needed to be replaced and I intended on replacing it myself. I asked the tech how much it would cost and he gave me an approximation on the time and hourly rate that would apply. Initially he stated that another tech would have to come back to install it.... Oooook no biggie. Then he relented and said he could do it real quick while he was here. Great! It cost approximately $130 to install the new aquastat and &69 for the AC unit checkup. Not too bad.

Carl was the tech?it was wonderful, he went above and beyond the call of HVAC technicians duties. Why? We thought we had excessive drainage from the system, but it actually was the drain pipe was clogged. At first, he recommend a plumber, but then he said try blowing the drain out. We did that and it worked wonderful. This saved us--I'm sure several hundred dollars..now we can use to buy more Angie services. Also, he spent extra time diagnosing the problem for us. What a great tech and company! Going to purchase another one for our upstair unit?.

First thing I was told is that it will cost $59 for someone to come and do the diagnostics. There is nothing to diagnose for the new installations. Then after a 10 minute hold waiting for the supervisor I was told that the $59 will be waived if I chose to go with them after the quote. This is not a free estimate service they advertise on Angie's list. Service on the phone was poor.
