Outstanding, Outstanding, Outstanding! Can't say enough good about this company from getting the appointment scheduled through Teresa, to the two technicians who provided the service. They continued working until the very dirty furnace was clean. They wore over the shoe booties to keep the floors clean. Teresa was especially helpful in that the furnace had been cut off for several days and the house was without heat right in the heart of the Christmas holidays and very cold weather; she did everything that she could do to make sure they serviced the equipment as soon as possible. This is an excellent and honest company! I will definitely use them again.

I joined Angie's list and purchased a $99 plumbing deal with Air Plumbing and Heating Solutions at the same time. Mike S. was the plumber who completed the plumbing job. He was prompt, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! I commend him on a "job well-done" and would surely use this company again!

My tenants were complaining of low water pressure in the kitchen sink. I had another plumber come in a say that the entire faucet needed to be replaced and maybe the pipe. Just the faucet was going to cost me $200. Air, Plumbing came in knowing that and fixed it without replacing everything. They came in the same day I called, were prompt and polite. I am very pleased with them and will definitely use them in the future.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List ($99 for $200 of plumbing services). The plumber came to diagnose a blocked toilet (something had dropped into the bowl). The plumber was professional and tried to remove the clog but was unable to do so. He provided a detailed quote for follow-up work (replacing toilet). I felt that his diagnosis was accurate and he was professional.

I was very pleased with the entire job. The plumber arrived on time. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He placed blue booties on his shoes to keep the floor clean which I appreciated. The old faucet was difficult to remove, but the serviceman knew what he was doing and was able to get the job done. He noticed a leak under the sink while he was working, and for a small additional charge, he was able to take care of that as well. I would recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

there was confusion about the service address and then my niece did not hear the knock. We finally got the dx and it was waaay more than I anticipated. To repair the gas valve, over a $1000.00, when cost of the Deal is counted. I did not ask for a complete replacement cost, maybe I should have. As of now she has no heat. I thought I could afford the repair as a gift. Not so.

They were listed under Anne Arundel County but refused to come to our house in AA County because we are to far South. This should be listed in the advertisement. This is the 2nd time a company has done this. Frustrating and a waste of my time.

I purchased a deal for $200 worth of services for $100. After purchasing the deal, I was contacted by the company the next day. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and was told the technician would arrive between 8-12. 12:00 came and went and there was no call, and no show from the tech or the company. I contacted them around 1:00 to inquire and was told the technician that was scheduled to come to my house was working on a big job and was running later than expected. The lady that I talked to (sorry can't remember her name) was very apologetic and sent another technician that arrived at my house within 30 minutes. I thought I had a clogged drain because the toilet would not flush all the way down but it turned out that the flush valve was faulty/old. He replaced the part but also snaked the line (6 feet) to put my mind at ease. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Overall, I was pleased and would use this company again.

They did a good job, and arrived on time for the service. I was very happy with the experience overall.

I have used a lot of companies referred by Angie's List. They have ALL been good. However, this company is the best BY FAR! From the moment I talked with the administrative assistant to set up the appointment to the completion of my work order the service was spectacular. I had a great plumber in Mike S. (last name withheld) who was very experienced, courteous and efficient. It was as pleasant a service experience that I can remember. I will not hesitate to call Air-Plumbing & Heating Solutions for all my plumbing and HVAC needs in the future. Isn't that what Angie's List is all about?

Everything went well. There was no extra cost other than the Big Deal price. I pretty much liked everything. I didn't have any dislikes. They were on time, they showed up 5 minutes early, they did all the work, and explained everything to me. He was in and out. It was a very quick call.

I love the guy he sent. He was very knowledgeable and taught me how my system worked, so I could better troubleshoot and resolve issues in the future.

I was very pleased with the serviceman who came to check and tune my gas furnace. He was knowledgeable and able to discuss the expected lifespan of my current system with me as well as answer all of my questions. My purpose for the service was to check the overall health of the system in the home I just purchased this summer. The furnace is original to the 20+ year old house and I wanted to make sure the furnace was safe to run and would (hopefully) make it through a few seasons before I have to replace it. Well worth the $79 for peace of mind!

The tech repaired our "automatic flew" and made due the HVAC system was working properly before leaving.

I have used this provider twice to diagnose 2 different furnaces. The first time he diagnosed a furnace he found a wire which wasn't connected - which fixed the problem and there were no additional charges. The 2nd time a different technician came to diagnose a different non working furnace. He said it was a problem with a gas valve. The charge to fix was $565. Although I am glad that the furnace is repairable, I think I'll go for 3 electric heaters at $40 a piece and power strip timers ($18 each) to meet my heating needs. I would use this provider again.

They were very prompt and came nice and early for us. I liked that they honored that it was under the warranty of the faucet and they pretty much came like the next day.

It was a pleasant experience from the first phone call. The plumber came promptly and was very professional. He wore shoe covers while in my home and did not leave any mess.

They did call me back to tell me this, not like they ignored my call. However, they should have made it clear on what areas they do or don't service.

I had a leak coming from the faucet in the tub that I use to wash my clothes in. The valve was what was broken and it wasn't a quick fix. It took him a few minutes to diagnose the problem. He said that it would be a major repair so I held off on repairing the valve.

They fixed leak on our ac unit. It went pretty good.
