The experience could not have gone better. Air Plumbing & Heating serviced my call within a day. The total cost of $289 ($390 - the $200 Angie's List credit purchased for $99) was far less than I expected, and included an optional $40 purchase for a large container of bio-degradable drain cleaner. Mike took care of the clogged toilet within a minute and then went to on trying to fix the garbage disposal under the kitchen sink. To fix and replace, if necessary, the disposal would normally have been a routine job. But because he had to work in such a tight space under the sink, the job proved very time consuming and difficult, and Mike, with 40 years of plumbing experience, is no spring chicken. From the time he got off the truck, I could sense that I was dealing with an honest, conscientous, dedicated professional who took pride in his work. I especially liked the way he way provided a running commentary, in an informal and natural way, of everything he was trying to do. Also, at no additional cost, he treated me to a short summary of his colorful life story. When Mike was finished, he offered advice on how to run and maintain the new disposal, as well as how often to apply the drain cleaner. At one point, Mike mentioned that because he was paid a straight salary by the company, he had no incentive to sell the customer extra products or services that were not needed. This is certainly reassuring when dealing with any company and yet another reason to highly recommend Air Plumbing & Heating.

My experience with them went fine. He was a good guy and very professional. He was very clear in what he said to me and he has a very good demeanor.

The visit went very well. The provider, Chris was great. He was very polite and courteous during the visit and eager to perform the work. He inspected both toilets that I was having problems with and changed some worn out parts. He even looked at my shower and made some adjustments to it so that it would work better which was not really part of the work order but I asked his advice and he fixed it for no charge. I am extremely pleased with this provider and would use them again for a plumbing problem in the future. The money I spent was well worth the service.

We have used this company 10 years prior to put in an air conditioning unit. The owner is very personable and tries hard to please. Their pricing is reasonable.

Great! The contractor showed up on time and Wilmer worked until all my jobs were completed. This was an Angie's List special deal and he wasn't able to complete everything in 8 hours, so we paid him to come back the next morning and complete the rest of the jobs. Total time for all jobs was approximately 11 hours.

I have leaking pipes so my need is immediate, and they were unable to come until Friday. Also, they told my they were going to charge an additional $60 just to come out.

From the time the representative contacted me to schedule to the time Charles and colleague came into to the door, everything went great. They were clean, took there time and Charles explained his findings and work conducted. He advised me when to schedule my next scheduled maintenance and even explained about the types of piping my radiators are. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have work done on the boiler and other work related to the services they provide from this business. Had a problem with them not being able to be accessed because builder put them behind a wall. Mike worked hard to get me the best deal he was very polite and punctual.

This deal turned out really well. Scheduling was great. They were great overall and we really, really liked them. The guy was great because he let me follow him around and ask him questions about what he was doing and what I should look for. It was good to have him tell me what he thought and what to look for. He was super patient and was really good about helping with just about everything.

It turned out very good. I had bought the big deal for one of my rental units. My tenant said they came on time and was courteous and he didn't have any problems.

I originally had a new toilet put in by Air and Plumbing Solutions who sent out an old man who struggled to even carry the toilet. The toilet some time later started gushing water at the base of the toilet at the floor. Water immediately started pouring from my living room ceiling like a faucet from the toilet in my master bath that had been installed. They came back out after two days of being notified and resealed the toilet and tried to claim that the toilet did not cause the leak that came pouring into my living room leaving a 6 foot split in my living room ceiling, however, since they resealed the toilet that they admitted was not sealed properly, the toilet has not leaked since they resealed it.In an attempt to address another problem, they cut a 3 ft. by 3 ft. hole in my dining room ceiling and said it was caused by a leak in the tub overflow. They said they would come back to replace it. They showed up outside of the window they told me they would come and said that they would charge me more than the price they quoted me just the day before.What a nightmare! I would not recommend this company to my enemies.

Arrived on time, friendly, courteous, efficient. Initially estimated $280 for the job, but then billed $215 because he said he wrapped up quicker than he'd expected. Left the work area spotless and double-checked the quality of his work before leaving. Would highly recommend.

The good news: It was an easy fix and very inexpensive. The bad news: Our HVAC system is on it's last legs and will need to be replaced soon.
