Service provider arrived on-time, and completed the job. During the winter, our electrical unit went out and we called another technician out to fix the problem. The problem was fixed for a couple of weeks before the unit went out again. This time we tried Air, Plumbing & Heating Solutions and we are satisfied. Our unit has been working and we haven't had any problems since the technician found out what was really wrong with our unit. Thanks for doing it right the first time.

It went very well. The plumber, Mike, was here promptly at 7:30am. He assessed the job in a few minutes, and very plainly told me that he had a solution in mind, but if it didn't work he would need to cut into the wall and things were going to get much more expensive. He wanted to make sure I was fully aware of the gravity of the situation before he started any work. I authorized the work, and he got started. He stepped out to grab some supplies and was done and cleaned up in 2hrs. He ended up needing to cut some of the old drain off to fit a new, shorter pipe on there. Luckily, the first solution worked and he did not need to cut into the wall. The finished product was very professional-looking, and I was very pleased overall.

The service went very well. The plumber that was originally scheduled did not show and did not call. I contacted Air Solutions and they were able to get to me the next day and replace the sump pump and that very Monday did the work on the sink line. Satisfied with their work and would definitely use them again.

KEITH WENT THRU ALL THE STEPS FOR SETTING UP AIR CONDITIONER FOR SUMMER. EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND IT COOLS TO THE LOW 40'S. HE IS A HIGHLY SKILLED TECHNICIAN.MIKE REPLACED PARTS IN THE TOILET AND IT WORKS FINE.HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND LEFT EVERYTHING CLEAN AND NEAT. The kitchen sink stopped draining early one morning. I bought a Big Deal and reached out to the vendor who responded by 8AM. Very understanding of my issue, she scheduled an appointment for later that afternoon. Chris called to advise he was on his way and arrived a few minutes early. He investigated the problem which turned out to be much worse than anticipated. He was unable to clear the drain so he cut the pipe from under the sink and replaced that section. Sink was still not draining so he checked the pipes in the basement. Again, Chris cut the pipe, found the blockage and replaced the section of pipe that was clogged from side to side. He kindly checked the connections on my washer, found it was not hooked up right and corrected that problem, too. Chris is great and I would request him again without hesitation. The repair took longer than expected, a few hours, and the kitchen pipe exploded when he cut it, but he kept is sense of humor throughout the entire process. He answered any questions I had while he was investigating and resolving the problem. I am most pleased with the service provided and really pleased the kitchen drain is running freely and no longer gurgles.

I forget the plumber's name. But he was punctual, friendly, and professional. My hot water was not heating the water like it should, and when it did, it would fluctuate between too hot, luke warm, and sometimes cold. After explaining the problem that it was happening in the shower and the sink and I didn't notice it anywhere else, the plumber concluded that one of my lines was crossed behind the wall somewhere. Since it was not my area of expertise, and wanted the problem solved, his recommendation was to cut out exploratory holes in a few spots. I agreed, hoping to find and fix the problem. Well, after not finding any of the lines being crossed, but still assuming it was the problem, we went to the basement bathroom and ran the water there for a few minutes and noticed the same thing happening; thus, we went to the source and discovered it could be the mixing valve at the boiler. Their estimated charge was $400+ to replace it including labor. I have Carroll Home Services service my boiler once per year and supply the oil, and they performed it for free since it was covered in my service plan. I think the professional should have went to the source of the problem or investigated the problem in more depth prior to coming to the conclusion that my lines were crossed. Would I use this provider again? Probably not. Would I tell someone NOT to use their services? Absolutely not. I just think it was an unfortunate event and now I have some holes in my walls, oops!

Very pleasant and responsive on the phone when making appointment. Timely arrival. Gave two quotes, one for a replacement gas water heater with direct vent (which I gather is rare now) and one for an electric water heater and the wiring (since I had gas before). Helped me go over the pros and cons of my decision. Once all was settled, installed water heater and wired in a timely fashion. I don't have much basis for comparison since I don't know how to install a water heater and can't compare prices because they're wiring a new appliance in a very old home (that is somewhat constructed with spit and baling wire), so I'm guessing the price is about average (it certainly wasn't cheap), and the installation seems to have gone smoothly. It took several hours, which was unexpected for both me and them, but they didn't complain (in front of me) about the inconvenience (I assume it threw off their schedule for the day). The gentlemen were friendly and personable. Only negatives (and it's nitpicking, but I try to give thorough review): They could have left the basement a little cleaner--it wasn't a train wreck, but it wasn't how they found it--and I had to give them a B rather than an A for professionalism (e.g., yelling up and down the stairs to communicate). Nonetheless, I was very pleased overall and would definitely use this company again.

This was my third time using this company and they are my go-to plumbing company. The plumber , Mike, was professional and had a friendly demeanor. He performed his work efficiently and did a thorough inspection beforehand, so that I was confident that he was replacing only those elements which needed replacing. He also gets extra points for dealing with the condo manager without losing his cool.

I used an Angie's List coupon to get an annual boiler tune up. The tech was on time, friendly and was in and out in about an hour. He indicated everything was working well and no other service was needed.

Vary happy with service provided. We had to reschedule due to the snow and I wish they would have called me back. Even so, I would still recommend their services. The technician arrived within quoted time frame of "First Call" 7:30am - 8:30am" and completed everything in about 30minutes. Gave good recommendations and quote on replacement of the blower unit.
