Everything went very well. Used a coupon and the company charged less than the estimated amount.

The provider did a great job tuning up my oil boiler. He changed the combustion nozzle and fuel filter, checked the tanks and supply lines, cleaned out the combustion chamber, checked the burn efficiency, and checked for proper exhaust draft and safe indoor carbon monoxide levels. The technician did a great job explaining what he was doing and provided some recommendations to consider in the future regarding supply line replacement and weatherization. The tech was very friendly and answered any question I had. He even took a look at a noisy radiator that was giving me trouble, free of charge.

All went well. Keith recommended a super boost for my system. I purchased the super boost and my system is running more optimally.

Technician arrived within the time frame originally planned and soon after calling to confirm someone was home. The technician (Charlie) was nice and friendly. Performed the tune-up, replaced my air filter (made me a reminder to show which way the filter should be inserted), flushed drain line, cleaned the condensation pump, etc. Even hosed off my outside unit as it was pretty dirty. Turned on AC for a while and informed us it was working ok. Good experience...would definitely use again for any other needs.

The overall service was good. Tech isolated the issue and repaired it.

I used this company several times and I will re use them in the future. Arrived on time, figured out the problem . The only think I was disappointment was that when he cut the vent pipe out and took apart the vent from the fan did not put it back tight with the screws and after 2 days I found the Mechanical room floor wet all over. It was an easy fix for me so did not bather them.

Overall was a very smooth transaction. They were able to schedule a time to come out quickly and were true to their word. Service was prompt and has fixed our AC ever since. Would recommend!

Mike was the technician assigned to service my address. Mike arrived at the appointment time, 7:30am, and was ready to work. Mike performed a water pressure test and found pressure was good. He then went on to the bathroom where he found the water valve was not fully open. (I feel like a big dope!) He next assessed the hose bib, inside (where burst) and outside and gave an estimate for two options. Mike performed the work and restored water to the hose bib very quickly. There was no jiving around! I would definitely use Air Plumbing and Heating Solutions again and I highly recommend them.

Plumber was ontime and worked efficiently. Knew what he was doing and completed the job, cleaned up and was on his way.

Their customer service was outstanding and I was totally satisfied with my interaction with them. Scheduling was very easy.

I purchased a big deal for A/C inspection/check-up. The appointment was scheduled for 10-2 timeslot which cut into the day but it was the only time open with my availability. Vince called around 1:00 and was on site by 1:30. He worked quickly and efficiently, making a couple of trips to his truck. Each time Vince re-entered my home, he slipped on the protective booties even though I advised it was not necessary. The inspection/check-up took approximately 30 minutes. Once completed, Vince reviewed the items he inspected/checked and explained when I had questions.

It was a good experience overall. The lead person likes to talk to his partner a lot and may not realize that what he is talking about is not always for the ears of the homeowners. It was a bit interesting to listen to! lol

Very prompt to service call, professional, and diagnosed issue quickly. Even though my part needed to be special ordered it was obtained and replaced within 2 days of initial call. Would highly recommend and use them in the future.

The technician was on time and very professional. Identified a couple of areas that needed addressed and took care of each.

Everything was O.K., except it seemed a little steep to pay $95 per pound of freon.(I was told 3 pounds were needed)

They were great. It was two guys and they both did a good job. They were both professional. It took them a half of day. They cleaned up just fine. He came in under everybody else with the price. The quality was very good.

We were pleased with the response and the work. The plumber explained what he would do as he went along. The drain it the master bath was opened easily, and within minutes emptying quickly. The drain in the hall bathroom could not be opened with a plunger. The plumber brought in a machine, and worked for about 15 minutes to get the machine driven snake around a 90 degree angle in the basement. Once that snake broke through, the drain emptied the basin easily. He explained that the use of the power snake is an extra $25.00 and not covered by the $99.00 certificate I had purchased. He also recommended that we use a monthly treatment, environmentally safe, to keep the drains running free. I paid him an extra $40.00 for that, and we are using it after the first 5 days of treatment, monthly, as recommended. --

We've been in Baltimore for 18 months now and we're still looking for an affordable, reliable plumber. I had a small list of plumbing projects to do (which I could do myself if I chose) and took advantage of an Angie's List deal to see if Air Plumbing could be our plumber going forward. We had an old water softener in the basement (which he wouldn't remove), that I just wanted cut out of the water line and a new replacement line put in (about 2 feet of pipe with a shut off). Nearby, there was a 4-foot section of iron pipe that had corroded and, as a result, blocked the spigot on the front of the house from working. So that got a copper pipe replacement with a new ball valve shut off as well. The gentleman who arrived was prompt, courteous and professional and he knew his stuff. When I told him what I wanted done he broke out his rate book and quoted me $480. I was shocked! If I hadn't already prepaid $100 I would have asked him to leave then and there. Instead we ended up haggling over the charge. He was treating it like two separate jobs where I was adamant it should be quoted as one job. We settled on $300. The work was completed in 2 hours' time. In the meantime I had a clogged bathroom sink & wanted 2 cartridges replaced (kitchen sink & bathroom shower). He broke out his rate book again and quoted me $150 for the shower cartridge, at which time I had enough and told him he could go. He could sense I was unhappy and took a plunger to unclog the bathroom sink, so I got an extra 5 minutes of his time for free. With his original quote of $480 plus $150 for each cartridge he would have charged me $780 for half a day's work on my honey-do list if I hadn't been willing to take on these tasks myself. We have used Len the Plumber in the past and, although they are just as courteous & professional, I felt I was paying a premium for same day service. They also use the "rate book" approach, which didn't work in this scenario. I would have thought, since I scheduled this appointment weeks in advance that the fees would have been lower and I am convinced that, had Air Plumbing charged for services by the hour, this would have been a more affordable project and I would have used them to complete everything on my list.

that. I hate to see this happen to somebody else. I know a couple of other plumbing compant that declog a toilet or a drain for $69.00

The original visit to provide a quote for the work was very thorough and professional. Everyone arrived on time and completed the work in a professional manner. Care was taken to cover the floors and to clean up after the work was completed. Special requests from me to make changes to ductwork to improve crawl space access were accommodated. The job took longer than estimated due to tight space in the area where the equipment is located (12 hours instead of 8), but the original cost estimate was honored.
