Great Service, very professional and courteous.

I got three estimates for this work, and all three were very close for similar equipment. I went with AirPlumbingHeating because of previous smaller work that was done well. They made every effort to get me a working system as quickly as possible during a busy time; scheduling one heat pump installation on a weekend. The office staff was very helpful, and confirmed every appointment. They showed up when they said they would, completed the work promptly, and left the work area clean. I had a problem a few days after installation, with one air handler drain pan filling up with water, and not draining properly. I called on a Saturday morning, and had a technician at the house within 2 hours fixing the problem. I've used this company several times in the past 4-5 years, and each time I've been pleased with the work. Jeff, the VP, did a great job managing things.

Technician called during the time window for the visit confirming I would be at my house in 20 minutes. The technician showed up promptly 20 minutes after the call. Within five minutes diagnosed the problem and gave me the option (no pressure) to have him fix it (extra fee) or to fix it myself. I choose to fix it myself. The technician also provided helpful suggestions for proper maintenance to avoid the problem again. I plan on calling back yearly to this provider to have my yearly maintenance done.

The technician was professional and informative. He provided oral and written details about the completed tune-ups. (In addition, he suggested that we should think replace both the humidifier and electronic air filter for the upstairs due to their age. Soon after the tune-ups were done, we did happen to experience a problem with the upstairs air conditioning. Another technician from the company came, worked on finding the cause of the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and returned to finish the job. The air conditioning problem was resolved. This technician went out of his way and we commend him on his friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism.

I discovered on Monday, June 22, 2015 @ 9am that the air was not getting cool. I immediately went on line to Angie's List to check out the specials. I found the special for Air Plumbing and Hearing and was elated. (I had previously used the company and was very pleased with the service.) I called and explained the situation and was given the appt time of 12pm to 4pm. I was also told, if an earlier appt was available, the company would call me. Well, the company did call me but I was too late in getting back to them. Darn It! The technician assigned to my address was Keith. Keith arrived within the timeframe and quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor. I had COOL air by 3pm. I will always look for Air Plumbing and Heating when I have heating/cooling or plumbing issues I have found the company to be reliable, honest and fast. I would highly recommend the company and would be disturbed to know everyone's experience is not the same as mine.

Replaced a leaking copper pipe. Performed work flawlessly and cleaned up. Also, helped resolve a whistling sound by adjusting the regulator valve coming into the house. Great work and I would highly recommend this company.

It went great. Tim was here with a helper and did a wonderful job. They did everything with no interruptions and cleaned up completely. Everything works beautifully. I've had Mike S. out here a few times and he did a great job also. I highly recommend this company. Their pricing is reasonable and they are very capable. Every time they have been here has been great. It's nice dealing with Russ and Cindy also.

They came and did what they said they would do. They worked with us around schedules to accommodate availability.

I thought that they were kind of expensive. They came when they said they were coming. They were punctual. I'll probably look around and see if there is somebody else before I call them. I would tell a friend to check with other people first.

Excellent. I called in on a Thursday and had someone at my house fixing the AC the next day. Prompt and courteous service, fair pricing.

Carl was fantastic--provided lots of consumer education about my system--told me what I needed to know without being condescending. Carl diagnosed my problem--my entire AC unit was frozen--and needed to be shut down for a couple days. He also located the filter slot, which was hidden and I didn't know where it was. Changed the filter. Carl and I talked about the air flow issues in my house--1 system for 3 floors--and he recommended that I put in a damper to push air upstairs. After my system was shut down for a few days--and with the new filter, the AC is working wonderfully! Really grateful that Carl was able to figure out what was happening--and thankful it was an easy fix. I plan to reach out to Air Plumbing & Heating Solutions (and Carl, if possible) to install the damper later this summer. Would totally recommend these guys. Carl was great.

Technician was on time, very knowledgeable and offered several options to fix the problem.

They were extremely professional and inspected my air conditioner. I have an old air conditioner and I wanted to make sure it was functioning as expected. They checked everything and gave me hope I can make it through this summer.

The techs were prompt and did an amazing job

I thought a long time before writing this review as I did like the people at the company. However, after paying the $250 to winterize our pool house, we had multiple burst pipes. After calling the supplier, was told that winterizing wasn't guaranteed. They came back out and did some repairs (charged for them) but now have had the area that was repaired still leaking. Had to call out another plumber and spend another $229 dollars and now have a pool house with ripped out drywall needing painting. A *very* expensive experience

It was great. I contacted them after a vent cleaner told me that I needed over $600 of repairs to my heater due to "black mold". For just $79, Air Plumbing and Heating checked everything very carefully and told me that there were no signs of black mold. They were also very friendly and gave some great suggestions.

Very professional; technician was prompt, courteous, and efficient; air conditioner has worked perfectly since the service.

Had purchased a diagnostic service for air conditioner - I did not get a call back quickly (although it could have happened within the allowed 2 full business days, if I waited - they said they did not have a notification). We were only able to schedule out almost a week later. Unfortunately for Air Plumbing & Heating Solutions, I ended up finding another provider for this need. I would use them for other services though - they were very helpful and knowledgeable, as flexible as they could be, and refunded the initial purchase.

I bought a coupon on Angie's list for a $58 diagnostic which usually costs $89. The tech was thorough in assessing the problem spending about 45 minutes going over the unit. When inside the house he wore shoe covers over his shoes which I appreciated. He told me that the compressor was no longer working and would have to be replaced costing $2900 including a new hard start kit. Since my system is 22 years old he recommended possibly replacing the entire thing and said he could have someone come out to give me a quote. I am pleased at how thorough a job he did and with the fact that he didn't push for me to buy a new system.

Overall, the experience was acceptable. I purchased a Big Deal for AC service for $58. It wasn't the cheapest Big Deal offered, but it wasn't the most expensive either. There was some confusion with scheduling, but that was more of a miscommunication between myself and Angie's List. (Angie's List doesn't actually provide contact details to the service provider, and I didn't receive notification that the provider responded to my purchase.) Once the appointment was scheduled, everything was smooth sailing. The technician arrived on-time, and after communicating the issues and showing him were electrical panels were, he began his work. He was very diligent and thorough as was able to fix a rather old air conditioning unit in about 45 minutes. I thought the cost was a little steep, as it cost an additional $189.00 on top of the Big Deal purchase price. I'm not sure how much of that was related to labor and how much was the part needed. But, when you're sweltering in 90 degree or higher temperatures with no benefit of crosswinds, there is little choice. Overall, I am happy with the service I received.

The appointment went very well. I don't recall the name of the plumbing specialist who showed up, but he was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and thorough with his work. The $99 for $200 worth of work from Angies list helped a bit. Would have preferred if they also put back the drywall in place for a reasonable price. Don't know if plumbing companies even do that, so that may be asking too much. Overall, a positive experience.

Fine. Spent time looking over entire system. When initial diagnosis proved inaccurate (adding coolant was not going to work) he rechecked the compressor and saw it was the issue. Given the age (~20 years) he recommended replacing the system, and helped set up an appointment for a slaesman to give me quote.

Great job! Professional and prompt. Other HVAC companies were booking out 1 week in advance, they came out in 24 hours.
