Provider came to house with a/c was not working during one of the hottests days of the year. Found the source of the issue and fixed it promptly. A+

They came when we were suppose to. They called in advance and let me know when they were going to be there. The guy that came was knowledgeable and tested the unit and found that the capacitor was not working. He ended up replacing the capacitor and it was working again. I was happy at the fact that my ac is now working. I was not happy at how much they charged me for the capacitor. I looked only and found some capacitors between $4-$60. They charged me $185 for the capacitor. Luckily, I had already bought the diagnostic test on Angie's list for $59 so there weren't any other charges on that. Overall, happy that my ac is working but not happy that a capacitor cost me $185.

Technician was nice but very quiet; I prefer someone who will explain what he/she is doing and why. Kind of felt like I was getting the minimum - satisfied the job description but nothing more. Successfully diagnosed the problem but wasn't able to fix it (required an electrician) so it was kind of a downer - not the techs fault. I've had better experiences with other companies and more customer-centered technicians, so I'd probably go with them next time.

Read pressures, found them to be low, then diagnosed a slow leak in the indoor heat exchanger coil. Recommended replacement of the coil and provided an estimate to make the repairs.

Repaired a bathtub drain through the first floor ceiling

The repairman serviced the interior and roof units of my heat pump, and said that they are still in good condition. He also gave me a useful piece of advice: it's better to schedule tune-ups in April rather than in July, as there is less of a wait. (I had to wait two weeks for the next available appointment, because they were busy with servicing people whose air conditioning was broken.)

The job went very well with no additional costs incurred.

It was fine. We have had other people who volunteered to do more but he didn't do that. He did what he was told to do. I am moving and so I probably won't use them again but I would if I needed it. He was punctual.

Smooth and easy to do business with.

The price was great and the service was also. I live in a mobile home, so my furnace is in a small closet type location. The area is so small, I can't get my hand into the space between the wall and the furnace. My cat had pushed a toy in there and I was attempting to get it out with a coat hanger, when I hooked something and pulled on it. Whatever it was seemed rather large and round but it couldn't really see what it was. I thought it was some type of filter that I had pulled out. The tech used a tool he had with a mirror on it to look in that area and told me it looked like debris that there were no filters on the side of the furnace. We pulled it out and it was a piece of wallboard that was cut out of the ceiling when the furnace pipe was installed. Relief!!! Everything was normal with the furnace and I will call on them again in the future.

A belt was damaged so we needed a new belt. He went out to the truck and got one, and charged us $80 for it. I'm sure it's just a $3 belt. The pricing was very high. The check up was fine but that belt was just expensive. The quality of their work was good.

They were on time and professional. They were going to quote me a replacement but no one was available to come out for a few days. I ended up having the whole AC and heating system replaced by a different company, but these guys were great.

It went well, he was very helpful. He went into detail about the issue, explained what needed to be done, and spoke to someone else for me on the issue.

Standard AC tune up. Technician was on time, and was very helpful with with address issues I was having with my AC unit. Discovered that my cooling issues had more to do with the design of the house and location of AC unit, then with the actual unit itself. I'll definitely use this company again for any AC service I may need in the future.

It was great--very helpful and honest. Appreciated the time he took to explain about our old system and how it could be better with a new system.

Very well; service person found the unit on the roof (I was unaware of its location), climbed through a third floor ceiling access, identified the problem, replaced the defective part, and completed the work within an hour or so.

I have been a homeowner for more than 40 years. These guys were the best. Starting with Jeff who was the only person who came out ( I had 4 estimates ) and both measured the actual space for the install but also looked in the attic. No one else did that and two people just looked at my old HVAC systems and said that they would replace them based solely on the size of the furnaces. The team who came out - Gary and Nick to do the install were better than fabulous. I assure you I am not getting paid for this review. They were on time, courteous, patient - answered all my questions, neat, tidy, efficient and I think did an excellent install. In fact of all of the service providers that I have used over the years they are number one.

Had a great experience overall with Air Solutions. The first tech diagnosed the issue as being the fan motor and as a temporary fix, greased it to get it moving again and the A/C working. This was nice, since my wife is 8 months pregnant and I have two small kids. Unfortunately the temp fix only lasted a day and a half. They came back four days later with the new motor. Thankfully everything is working great again. The techs were professional and weren't pushy, trying to sell me something I didn't need. My unit is original to the house (25 years old). I'd expect most companies would use this as a way to try to sell me a new $6000 unit, however, Air Solutions was honest and after doing an inspection, told me the unit's in great shape for it's age (except for the fan motor). Whenever the unit does finally give up, they'll be the first company I call.

Excellent. This was an emergency call as we have an elderly, disabled family member & they were prompt in responding. The Big Deal I purchased from Angie's list was applied to the service and I only had to pay additional for coolant. This was the second time that Air, Plumbing and Heating Solutions worked on my aged system and I could not be more pleased. Great response and helpful tips. Although a replacement of my system is surely in the future, Air Solutions was able to gain me time to investigate my options while staying cool.
