Mike arrived when expected and I was very comfortable with his expertise and results. He went out of his way to make sure I was well informed about this repair and a couple of other questions I had about the plumbing in my house.

Very well. Check filter, cleaned out drain and flushed with water. Replaced capacitor.

Used Angie's List deal for discounted service call. Easy to make an appointment within two days to check drainage problem that had water leaking from basement A/C unit. Repairman quickly determined the problem was a clogged condensate drain pipe, but it took several tries to finally unclog it. He also added some tablets to reduce mold buildup that had caused the problem. Overall very satisfied and will use this firm again.

Technician arrived an hour earlier. He checked the outside air conditioning unit and reported that the compressor was bad, there was no freon in the unit and it needed to be replaced. He called his office to schedule an appointment for me to get pricing for a new unit.

The plumber arrived on time, proceeded to the upstairs master bath, commented that the toilet was different than what he was accustomed to repairing. The part I ordered was an incorrect piece, so he had to order the part for the toilet. He proceeded downstairs to repair the sink. He stabilized the sink, but the drain piece broke. He had to un-stabilize it, again, order the drain fixture and come back on another day to finish up. Removing the glue to unstablize the sink was not an easy fix. When he returned the sink and toilet were like brand new again. The plumber was extremely pleasant and diligently answered all questions I had. Believe me, I had a lot of them. I followed him downstairs still seeking answers to my questions. He was the most friendliest plumber I have ever met. He let you know the prices up front and pulled no punches like most plumbers who try to inflate the price. Again, a real pleasure in just having him in my home.

He took his time to investigate the issue explain what caused the original problem (piece of insulation fell on evaporator coil causing ice build up and subsequent melting and puddle. Also pointed out the low freon and how the previous owner cut corners with the install of this unit, so that we under future problems or inefficiencies. Good service and will use again.

Should have sent me to BGE, who technically owned the thermostat. They would have replaced for free. Instead, didn't tell me that and charged me another $325 to replace the thermostat. Which then got replaced by BGE when they said it was incompatible with their meter.

Charged $20 to come do a plumbing job. Water was running even after flushing. Gave a quote for $199. In fact trying to replace the whole toilet for 600 dollars. With bit of time of you tube and 5 min inspection I ended changing the flap for $4 and solved the problem. Would not trust them with my plumbing job.

The service person arrived on time. He reviewed the leaking valve problem and although he said that the valves could potentially be repaired, I opted to have both valves replaced as they were the original valves that came with the house and were already over 30 years old and leaking. He warned that in order to replace the valves, he had to remove a section of the wall below where the pipes were as he did not have access to the cooper pipes, and that I would need to have the wall repaired on my own. I agreed to the work and he replaced the valves. We had an issue testing the valves because I had purchased water hoses with a leak protection valve, we were unable to get them to work but he tested the valves that he replaced to ensure that they were working. The workmanship and professionalism are 1st rate. I will use this company in the future and recommend them without reservation.

Just when I had given up all hope, this company came through. Very responsive and professional. I did not have to wait long for the air conditioning system to be replaced. Techs were very prompt and professional. They even redid previous work that was not done up to code. I would definite recommend this company to others and will use them again should the need arise. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism.

The tech who came to do the work (Bobby) was very professional, courteous, and thorough and explained everything in detail. He called ahead before arriving and was on-time, per our scheduled appointment. I was very pleased with the service that was provided provided.

We got an estimate for free, if I recall correctly, thanks to an Angies List deal. We also were able to use another discount deal for this company through Angie's List. The Plumber arrived on time and was dressed neatly in a uniform. He covered his shoes in my home. I appreciated that he explained to me what was wrong with our water heater and what exactly needed to be brought up to code. He did not rush and answered all my questions. He explained the breakdown of costs to me multiple times, which I appreciated as we were comparing plumbing companies.

They did a wonderful job of installing my new toilet. John helped us out and put in a new toilet quickly and efficiently, and saved me a number of trips to the hardware store in trying to get the job done myself. He did a great job on site today, and I would recommend Air, Plumbing, and Heating Solutions LLC highly.

Tech arrived on time and was very professional. However since this was a diagnostic call no service was performed. My mistake - I purchased the wrong type of service - thought I was getting my HVAC unit serviced. Since there was nothing wrong with it this type of visit was unnecessary. Nice guy - he was there for such a short time that when he saw a new filter he replaced it for me. In the future I will be more careful about the deals that I purchase.

I purchased the special offer of 79 $ for air condition check up. I just bought the house and the air condition made weird noises. I chose this company to perform maintenance on the system and they came on time. They were very professional and the technician cleaned the AC very well, fixed the coil, and he recommended the right size of filter. He did an excellent job and I am very happy with the outcome.

I wish I could find the gentleman's business card so I can give him a shout out! He was very professional, did not give me the run around or the up sell speech. He told me how it was a fixed my air-conditioning unit. I will definitely call this company again.
