Helped fix my furnace. Was originally hooked up wrong when it was installed. Was running on AUX heat and this why my heating bill was so high. Installed a new thermostat and really helped me out.

Service was scheduled for same day as called for help (day after Thanksgiving). Plumber was very punctual. Plumber attempted to clear blockage but it was too large for the equipment he had that day. It was not an emergency repair, so we agreed he would return the next business day. Two men were required for the task. They removed the toilet, but neither the standard nor larger router could do the job. So they called for someone to deliver the largest device. They put in 45 feet of coil and cleared a very major blockage, thoroughly flushed the line, checked that all the drains in the house were clear, replaced the toilet and cleaned up completely. They were very careful to protect the house including the hardwood floors. Both men (Mike and Steve) were friendly, professional and careful. Price was fine for all the work they did. They answered all my questions and gave me some good advice.

Outstanding service from the time I called to their prompt arrival 3 hours later. Will definitely use them again and again. He even recommended a cheaper part that will last longer. Bobby is prompt courteous and fixed the problem, kept me informed every step of the way.

The technician diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat, and recommended a new one. I asked their secretary if he checked the batteries on the thermostat. She couldn't answer the question and did not offer to check with the technician. I asked her to check with the technician, and she was very hesitant, offering excuses and saying "I'm sure he did that". So I asked, if she was sure, could she please just call him to confirm that he actually did check to see if the problem was not the batteries, before I paid for a brand new thermostat. She reluctantly agreed to do this, but I never heard back from her. After a while I got tired of not having a functional A/C and just called them to install a new thermostat. The new thermostat was installed well and is running fine. I just wish they would be more cooperative with basic requests from their customers.

Charlie arrived on time and checked out the gas furnace on a property we just purchased. The system hadn't been check for several years. He found some safety issues, pointed them out, and then corrected them. I was impressed with his professionalism. I contacted the office to sign up for their maintenance plan so the air conditioner and furnace are checked annually. I would recommend this company

Bobby B. was the tech that came out to take a look at our heat pump. We were having issues with it continuously running. Within a few minutes bobby was able to determine the problem and fix things very quickly. This is the second time we've used this company and both times we've been very impressed with the service. I wouldnt hesitate to call again if I have a problem and would certainly recommend them to anyone needing similar repairs.

Last winter during the weeks of freezing temperatures and snow. The pipes in my empty house burst a week before we were going to closing. Air, Plumbing & Heating Solutions LLC worked with me and the new owners to locate and repair all the busted pipes. They were understanding and pleasant in what was an incredibly stressful situation. I will call them again anytime I need work.

I purchased the deal of 99$ for 200$ and I had three issues in my house. I had a toilet leaking, a drainage issue regarding my tub and a sink in my master bathroom. The technician came on time and he fixed the leakage issue. Also, he fixed the drainage issue in my tab. However, he didn't do much about the drainage issue on my sink other than he unlocked and raised the stopper of the sink in order for the water to flow faster. I explained to him that I had a drainage issue with the sink if the water runs for a while the water does not flow, and he agreed that the clog might have went further down, but he didn't do anything about it. Even though he performed this minor "fix", he charged me for that. Few days later when I used the sink the drain clogged again and I couldn't use it. I called the company and they could not arrange an appointment with me, unless I had to wait for more than a week. I was hoping for a better service for a customer that puts his trust to the company for second time. I had to call another company and they fixed my problem.

The service was very good and the technician was professional. He answered all the questions I asked him and he performed a satisfactory work.

The technician came out and did a thorough inspection and explained to me how to maintain the u n it. I am a new homeowner and he was tremendously helpful.

They arrived on time. Did a thorough diagnostic of the problem and narrowed the problem down to a failing thermostat. Gave me a couple of alternatives to fix. Will se them again.

I was the first appointment for that day; they arrived about 15 minutes early. They were very knowledgeable. I would use them again and reccomend them.

It was bobby who came out. I specifically asked for him, because he made me feel really comfortable the last time. He found a couple of things wrong with furnace and knows I can't afford a new one right now. He explained everything to me. My electric bill had gone up more than $100, because one of the parts on the furnace was burnt out and he replaced it. It was supposed to pull no more that 7 kWatts of electricity, but mine was pulling 28-30 kWatts. Now its only pull 6.5-6.75 kWatts and my electric bill has already gone down. I recommend this company to anybody.
