They initially cam out and did a repair as of 1/27/2016. Then there was a new issue they had to come back out for. They were very timely. The worked to get me on the schedule in emergency circumstances. They came and did a total installation within 48 hours. They were were very courteous and clean.

Needless to say, I was not happy with the service and had no desire to call them again. I called my general contractor and his employees were able to fix the heater in under an hour (including putting my perfectly good thermostat back together). Not only that, they told me the wrong fuse had been shoved in my heater and the wiring had been messed with. Long story short, thanks to my general contractor- I now have heat and I will never do business with this company again.

We were very pleased with this plumbing company and would use them again. They were very prompt in contacting us, and were able to come out within a few days. They were on time when they came and did exactly what we needed. They were professional and polite. We will be calling them again in the future.

Charlie, showed up on-time, was very knowledge and gave good suggestions on reducing energy costs. The heat pump was old and I knew from the Home Inspector that it would need to be replaced. Charlie gave me some pricing on repairing the heat pump but was not pushy. I was given the option to have a free estimate on the Heat Pump and Charlie setup the appointment for the next day. $79.00 well spent.

OUR FURNACE STOP WORKING. VINCE CAME TO OUR HOUSE ON TIME AND CHECK EVERYTHING OUT. BY THE TIME HE LEFT, EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PERFECTLY. VINCE IS HIGHLY SKILLED AND ONE OF THE BEST SERVICE PROS WE HAVE HAD. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT FURNACES. AIR SOLUTIONS IS LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A GREAT TECH.

It is fine so far. They are coming back to do some repair work. This was the first time I ended up using them.

We were very pleased with the outcome of this visit. Our heat hadn't been working well for a long time, and now we know why. Our technician was very knowledgeable about the system and how to use it best. He solved the problem after a thorough investigation of all possibilities. I highly recommend using this company!

It went well, he verified that there were no problems. We were just expecting more than the appliance was designed to do based on what we were told by a separate company who installed it. He also explained reasonable expectations for the machine and tips on how to maximize performance.

I sent Air, Plumbing, and Heating Solutions a request for service last night and they called me this morning and were in my home this afternoon. Now that is speedy service. Water was dripping out of a pipe going into my boiler where a nut connects two pipes. I had some worries that the leak was affecting my boiler, so I had shut it down despite the cold weather. I was hoping for some quick service to get the boiler up and running again. Steve showed up and quickly assessed that the nut probably only needed to be tightened to stop the leak. He believes that vibrations in the pipe may have loosened the nut. Sure enough, a quick turn of the nut and the leak stopped. I now wish that I would have tried that myself. Anyway, Steve mentioned that he wouldn't charge for such a simple repair, but since he was out, I had him look at a valve near the water main valve that was well corroded and potentially at risk of breaking off in the near future. Quoted me for $180 to replace the section of the pipe and replace with a new valve and hose attachment should I ever need to drain that section of the pipe. Steve was knowledgeable about plumbing and the pipe attachment looks to be fantastic work. It was also a pleasure talking with Tammy in the office to schedule a visit. I've been having recent problems with other independent plumbers in recent months regarding customer service and responsiveness, so it was great to get both from Air, Plumbing, and Heating. I wish I had called them first, but they will definitely be my first call going forward with any related needs. I will be in touch with them soon for a solution to better manage my heat pump and boiler usage.

Came out for furnace checkup. Keith was very professional. He was quick and appeared to do a thorough job of the things they said they would check. I asked him to clean the condensation pump and he replaced the igniter in the furnace. I only knocked them down a bit in quality because Keith left a mess in my utility sink and I didn't have a great amount of work for which to judge. I paid the costs thinking they seemed a bit high, but thought I'd give them another chance on additional work I wanted performed. Additional work that they quoted pushed me from "convenience of having someone else do it" to "I'll just do it myself." Quoting $130 for two minutes of replacing tubing (that costs five bucks crossed that threshold for me. While I won't be using them again as a result of the price quote, they did a great job and I'm happy with the service they provided.

Wonderful! From talking to the receptionists multiple times for a rather long time each time (because I had so many questions) they each said and I believe that the plumber will treat your home as if it's their own, and they did. The plumber showed up right on time, reviewed our plumbing issues, told us our options and his recommendation. Once we all agreed that we needed to replace the pump he went off to the warehouse picked up a pump and came back within an hour (as he promised) and installed the new pump right away. He also looked at our other possible plumbing issues and gave us recommendations on how to maintain/service either on our own or with a future service plumber . He was very good at explaining what he was doing and why as well as the different noises to expect with the pump. He also left the area very tidy unlike other plumbers we've had in the past from other companies. All in all a great experience and a working toilet!

They were on time and professional. The man was very very nice and helped us with our heating issue and offered a very inexpensive solution. We will need a new system soon and we will definitely use this company!

The company was responsive in following up on the Angies list purchase and schedule the appointment. The technician Charlie.P arrived on time and go to the work right away. He throughly inspected the furnace,cleaned the furnace with vacuum cleaner, inspected the wiring, cleaned the gas vents and showed that the pilot flame was visibly bigger than before. He went through all the things he had done for the furnace and i was satisfied with the service. It been over 2 months now and furnace is in great working condition. I would definitely use them for future tune-up's/repair.

Arrived on time. Called before hand. Easy to schedule apt. Came and checked everything. Didn't pressure for additional services (let us decide what we can afford and when). overall great experience.

Went well. Service provider showed up on time, answered questions I had, and performed his work efficiently. Afterward he explained what he did. He was kind and professional. I felt better knowing my furnace had been serviced.

The service provider arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. The job was completed quickly, and the plumber cleaned up any left over material.

After purchasing big deal, I was contacted by the company immediately. The receptionist was very polite and professional and we quickly got me a scheduled time. The plumber showed up on time and I showed him the list of items I needed fixed. I ended up getting just the kitchen sink leak fixed as this was the most pressing issue. The pricing for the other items were a bit more than I expected so I will take some time to shop around. The plumber fixed the leaking kitchen sink by replacing the strainer basket which was badly corroded. He was very competent and neat (he wore shoe covers and protected my hardwood floors with a cover), and very professional .

This was a $99 big deal purchase. It took them a while so I was not able to get the service immediately. Overall he was not bad, but it was not that good either. They told me it was fixed, but it was not fixed because it was still leaking. They had to come the next day but at least they came back immediately. They don't work on weekends. I had to wait about three days after I bought the deal for them to come. I had to pay them about an additional $150. They did not tell me about some of the charges. I wanted a breakdown. They told me that customer service had already told me that, but nobody did. There was a misunderstanding on the price. They were here on time.

Mike came, assessed the situation and tried to unclog the sink using the least invasive methods, ie. not puncturing my pipes in the process. He was successful and had the sink fully functional and draining better than ever within 15 minutes and never had to use the snake. Best $99 spent! He also gave me helpful tips as to how to keep the system open for the future.

Showed up on time, quickly made the connection, and finished the job!
