It's a pressure test on the gas line to make sure the gas line doesn't have any leaks, and then they call an inspector, the city inspector to come out to release the the pressure on the on the gas line so what they do is did not they didn't come back to test to make sure the pressure is cooling the city inspector when the inspector comes the pressure was zero they start all over again did the same thing same mistake the inspector came it was same so they have to come back again, The only thing that was good the first time was when they sent the guy over he came right away when i called him he send somebody right away to give me to take a look a t it that was the only thing that was good and it was a simple error to actually send a quote for ever to for somebody to actually do it and now they doing it they are messing it up the only ting was with the guy that came initially he came right away he seem knowledgeable and then he told me right away. he seem to know what he was doing then when he goes it took a week for him to just to send me the quote. When they send somebody to actually do the work like to do the pressure test they have to come back the next day and that's what they explain they explain that theydon't do that but it in doing you have to come back the next day and read the pressure before they send the inspector over.

We were extremely happy with the service performed by the Air, Plumbing & Heating Solutions team. Keith P. the service technician is a really great guy and thoroughly inspected and explained the issues with our current system. He didn't bend over backwards to try to sell a new system. He also did an excellent job repairing the poorly installed drainage in the secondary unit. We were also extremely happy with the Lennox unit and installation provided by the team. It was a single day operation and the installation folks were extremely professional and explained how the new system worked. The new unit is performing flawlessly and our energy bills are down about 20% despite it being much cooler in the house with the new system. Their office staff (Karla especially) were really friendly as well. We're very happy we decided to go with Air, Plumbing & Heating Solutions and will be using them to service our systems moving forward.

He is an excellent plumber and he did a really good job. This guy retired. He was the best.

We were very happy with the install and the plumbing we have used them for. In the month of Feb our furnace stopped working, a man came and said there was nothing wrong with it, got it started. To make a long story short he came back 3 times and then he finally found something. They would have to order the parts and he said it would take a week. I said we will freeze to death it is so cold. My husband called the owner and he said there will be no problem. I will have this part and someone will be there Monday morning and that is exactly what happened. The man came, repaired it and he was a great guy and did wonderful work. Since the owner was great, they sent a competent person and dismissed the incompetent person we will fully recommend them. They are very expensive. They came everytime and when he said he would come. They have always been professional.

Air Solutions sent out a technician the next day and our unit was serviced and repaired in a very timely matter. Keith was very professional and answered all our questions.

Keith came out to diagnose our A/C and found two parts that needed replacing, one of which he installed the same day, the other had to be ordered from Trane. Meanwhile, we had to turn off the A/C when he left that afternoon to avoid further issues. But, fortunately, early the next morning (Thursday) we found out the part was available and Keith was back by 10:30 am to install it!! I truly feared we'd have to suffer in the 90+ degree heat through the weekend, but they quickly found the part and made it a priority to get us back up and running!! Keith was great-- very professional and answered all of our questions. Debbie and Lexi in the office were wonderful as well-- they treated me like a valued customer and got back to me with answers promptly.

The company spent alot of time working with us and wanted to install an air conditioning unit that was smaller than 2 other companies reccomended or was currently in place. Jeff Brewer the company VP was our salesman and gave us alot of reassurances as to why we did not need a larger unit. The company was big on their "100% satisfaction guarantee" , excellent reviews on Angies List and no bad reports with the Better Business Bureau. We really put alot of trust and faith in their company. As soon as install was complete we had problems. The air conditioner could not get the temperature down below even 80 degrees if that the whole first weekend. Jeff kept promising he could fix our problem and that he would stand by his product. Trips were made to out house through August to fine tune things and adjust our ducts which he said were part of the problem even though our previous AC had worked fine. He wasn't done until about September when things were cooler and I voiced concern about not knowing if the AC could really handle the hotter summer temps. Jeff promised things would be ok now so I did not persue further action. This spring our AC had trouble cooling the house adequately (keep in mind we have an entire separate AC unit that cools our upstairs and Jeff had promised this unit his company installed could handle both areas). I emailed Jeff and got no reply. I called the company and they did come out and "fine tune" our thermostat settings and did our Spring check up which was fine. I have pictures of our thermostat tonight. It is 76 degrees outside according to their thermostat , the thermostat has been set to 74 for days, and the temperature in the house is 79 degrees.

All went good. I was expecting Technician to clean humidifier ( attached to heating/cooling system) or remove if possible. Technician did try, but couldn't do it.

This company is wonderful! Despite having a packed schedule, Theresa (sp?) got me a same day appointment. Charlie arrived well within the time window I was given. He was courteous and professional. So far, my air conditioning is working perfectly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I plan to call them again to perform a tune-up on my system in another month or so.

I've used them several times now for HV/AC work, and every time they have been fantastic. Technician was prompt, friendly, got the work done quickly, and gave me some good advice as to how run our AC more effectively.

Both jobs went great. Coincidentally, Keith was the technician for both. In both cases he was punctual, professional, and very technically competent. He quickly analyzed both situations, troubleshot the system, and determined the required action. Our systems were restored to operation on the spot. The cost of the both jobs was very reasonable. We will definitely call them again with any HVAC or Plumbing related problems.

They did a great job. They were prompt and did quality work. After the work was completed the owner of the company came back out to make sure everything was working correctly. He found an issue and had a team come out to fix the problem. I didn't notice that anything was wrong and I appreciate that he did and was willing to fix it.

Steve was very professional and resolved all issues. He even found a hair brush that was flushed previously. All the toilets now work perfectly and no more leaks!

I called to find out info about the company because it shows up under two different cities with two different numbers I also wanted to know if the company was bonded. Upon answering the phone alexi was nice professional she asked manager about my bond question. Lucinda the officer manager got on the phone the first question was "what did i need in order to know the bonding information", I then asked "did it really matter which service i needed them to preform before I was able to get the bond question answered prior to buying a coupon on angies list?" she responded "yes we don't give out insurance information to just anybody" I then proceeded to tell her I needed to know if they were bonded before I bought their service lucinda then cut me off and said no I didn't need that information you just need to take my word that we are licensed bonded and insured.

I called around 8 am and they said it would be from 10-2 and they would call me on my cell since i work 15 minutes from the house. It was around 2:15 when I had to call them. He showed up around 3:15 Plumber was professional but had to check everything with the office. i was told the cost would be 59.00 and if I decided to go ahead and to the job it would be deducted. The plumber knew nothing about that. I also provided a 25.00 coupon for work over 125.00 it was not accepted since i was not a first time customer. I tried these guys again but will never again. Bait and switch. Fortunately I know that my igniter needs replaced and I have hot water from my electric heater so I'm in no hurry. Stay away from these guys.

I called them up about coming out and diagnosing the a/c problem at the house. Nothing available until next Monday. Told that the diagnostic fee of $89 was not applied if I used them. Then told that they couldn't call me the day of the call which I requested because my husband has dialysis on that day and I couldn't be there for a 1 hour window. They are USELESS TOOLS and Alexi who answered the phone lacks all empathy. I have dealt with contractors for over 30 years and I would definitely shy away from anyone that won''t listen and try to accommodate your issues. Also, they claimed that all of their technicians are "licensed." There is no such thing as a technician license and you can bet that the people they send out don't have a plumbing license. Also, Alexi told me that most filters are only 30 day filters. That is one of the most stupid comments I've every heard.

This provider was unwilling to give me a reasonable time frame for appointment. That would be a time frame that would work for my schedule.

Carl arrived on time and quickly slipped on his shoe covers prior to entering my home. I was pleasantly surprised to see this given that he'd have to go back and forth and up and down my carpet-covered stairs. He checked the furnace first in the attic and blew out the pipe attached to it since he could see that it was clogged. He then went outside and ran diagnostics on the unit. It was low on freon and some parts were obviously worn; it's a 15-year-old unit. He recommended that I have some estimates for a new unit since it didn't look like it would be functional for long. Carl was very honest about his findings and showed me everything. I appreciated his forthrightness.

It was fine. I had to watch them closely. It wasn't exactly smooth (some plumbing joints were inadequate, the plumber cut through the bottom of a roof joist which I had to sister back together, some plast crown was damaged unnecessarily, etc) but they took care of issues when I pointed them out and Alan takes his work very seriously. The HVAC work quality is generally better than the plumbing. I would give them a B+ if Angie's list let me.

I had two experiences the first one was not good the first person that came out and they was suppose to take a look for a leak what ended up happening is when they came out the gentleman who was the plumber told me after he saw like moist spot on the wall he told me he wasn't able to cut through the drywall to investigate the leak and he said we don't generally cut through drywall and I said when I told them it was a leak how where you going expect to find out where it was, so I said never mind let me see if I can get you, I said to he oh do you want me to cut through the drywall. and then he said oh well this is anything we able to handle today because and he gave me all these reasons and he said there is more up there and then he got this garbage bag and start to pull down all the stuff and looked through the installation and then what happen was whatever that little fee that I paid them I paid the fee but then I called a couple days later and I told the lady it was seven o'clock in the morning and I was the first call and I said I left a message I said you don't do drywall's she was on the phone seven o'clock in the morning and she said what and I said the last guy told me you don't cut through drywall's I had to have a handyman come out and cut through the drywall and then he could look at it and she was mortified so like the very next day she got somebody come out immediately and hen the next gentleman that came out was a very nice young man and he was very very competent and he cut through the drywall looked at everything and he found the first leak and he manage that first leak, he manage that he plugged that up and that was working for like a a day or two what happen was he hadn't flush the toilet what happen was there was another leak which he probably saw I am not sure down in the basement so what happen was I don't use that bathroom that much and what happen was about three days later I am flushing the toilet everything trickle down and it must have been a plug some where all of a sudden there was a I had a handyman here to do other work and he said oh my gosh you flush the toilet once and we could smell it, it was terrible but we could smell it we had to turn off all the water and I called that same kid back and he looked again and he said have a plug and I don't see your drain pipe I don't know where there leaking plug is we did see some moisture in the basement we do all the plumbing in the basement but there was something blocking the plumbing the whole furnace system was blocking the plumbing I had to get a heating and cooling guy out here first to move that out of the way so he could get to the plumbing what ended up happening the heating and cooling guy that came out to move the furnace so we could get to the pipe where the major leak was in the basement where everything was blocked it was the main drain pipe it had a leak in it he was able to do the plumbing work so I didn't call those guys back because he was able to do it a lower rate.

The technician arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He wore shoe covers in the house. He went to the basement first. Since I'm a first time homeowner, he explained about the HVAC system's built-in humidifier and advised me to turn it off in the summer. He noticed the filter was very dirty. I didn't have any replacements, so he provided one from his truck. He checked the condenser outside. I asked if the recycle bin was too close to it; he said there was enough space. Everything checked out fine. He wrote up the report electronically, I signed on the keypad, and got a copy in my email. Fast and professional!
