Air Plumbing and Heating Solutions not came the same day but within two hours of my call. The technician was very professional and knowledgable. He identified the problem and fix it within the hour. Couldn't have asked for better service and would highly recommomend the company.

Description of Work: We have an older house, so our problems always seem to have a twist. The first time we used them was to fix our furnace in December 2013. The quote we had gotten from a far less reputable business was $5,000 to replace the whole unit. When we called Air, Plumbing, & Heating solutions, they knew exactly HOW to fix the thermocouple and water pump and saved us more than $4,000! | |In November 2013, when water mysteriously started appearing in the basement and the water pressure started disappearing, I knew exactly who to call. It took a little longer to finish the job than expected, but that was because it was more complicated than expected AND the plumber had to go to a specialty store to buy a part (older house). But when it was finished, the leaking stopped, the water pressure was better than ever and I had a new spigot on the outside of the house. | |I have already verbally recommended this company to several friends and am now officially recommending them to Angie's friends! I love these guys and will absolutely call them again when 'this old house' needs some more 'TLC' :-)

After calling several companies and receiving 4 proposals, we found Air Plumbing and Heating to be the most courteous, thorough, best priced, best follow up, and so we decided to go with them. They were able to install our units within a few days of my call to accept their contract, showed up on time, and cleaned up.

From: Air Plumbing & Heating Solutions LLC" Prior to purchasing this deal I called and tried to set up an appointment and told them the schedule times and accessibility for my AC unit. They said it was all no problem and I had to buy the deal through Angie's List and call back with the coupon code to set up my appointment. I called back and they said they would need to charge me extra for the schedule I needed them to come on or were not even available when they first stated they would be. They told me to contact Angie's list to get my money back for the deal. Can I please Be refunded the $69 so I can find another provider that will work with my needs? I feel like they bait-and-switched me and am not happy with them.

Description of Work: The responsiveness of this company was great. We got lucky and the company had a serviceman, Vince, who was available right away. Within ten minutes of calling to make the appointment, they called to tell us he was on his way. He was courteous and effective, diagnosed the problem, gave us a few tips, and performed some minor maintenance on our ac unit for the diagnostic fee of $89. We'll definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Contacted plumber to investigate and fix water in sump. They rented an electrical snake which to about an hour or 2. Pull some material out of drain, but gave no guarantee the was fixed.

Description of Work: I purchased the oil furnace tune up and it was a great deal. The technician showed up just when expected and was very professional. Even tho my house was a wreck and I told him he did not need the shoe covers, he put them on anyways. He did the work in a timely fashion and was very thorough. I will use this company next year for my tune up as well.

Description of Work: I was very concerned about my heat pump but also needed a winter exam and I was so thrilled that I did not need to worry about being charged for something that was nothing. The technician, Carl, listened to my concerns and checked everything out very thoroughly while doing the winter check up and then explained to me the likely cause of the noises I had heard. I did not have to pay anything extra and I am very confident that the heatpump is ready for the winter. I will recommend this company to my neighbors!

Description of Work: My old AC broke down and I already new I need to replace the entire AC and heating system (my inside unit is about 27 years old). I also needed financing. The company representative came to give me an estimate the same week I called. He arrived on time. He explained different options to me and was able to give me the best deal (I had 3 estimates from 3 different companies). They also offered me the best financing - 0% for 12 mo with deferred payment for 3 month. the whole system is about $5000.00 but with BGE rebates and a $200.00 coupon from Angie's It should cost me 4200. I was able to schedule apt for the actual work win days. They arrived on time and finished the job the same day as planned. My new system is working great so far.

Description of Work: AC unit was leaking coolant frominitial installation. Initial installer claimed h ecould notfind leak or repair it and continued to refill under extended warantee. Air Solutions found the leak in the condenser on the first visit and replacedthe condenser. I wasreimbursed by the warrantee company. There were some small persistent condensate leaks and Air Solutions kept on coming back until it wascompletely dry. Always very professional and courteous. A little on the pricey side but they got the job done.
