Description of Work: Repairman quickly replaced the leaking tub/shower faucet on my vintage tub and even helped me put the storage cabinet back in place (which I could not have done by myself). He also explained that I should turn off the taps first, and then adjust the shower knob. I'd been doing it wrong for years, which is why my shower control knob kep breaking! It was the first time I'd ever heard this, and the information will probably save me another replacement headache in a few years. EXCELLENT service!

Description of Work: I ended up having my entire Heat and A/C system replaced. I was having my kitchen remolded and converted to Natural Gas. I wanted to have my heating system updated at the same time. Meet with a few companies to get quotes and went with Air Plumbing and Heating not because they were the cheapest but because I felt they would give me the best product. They listened to what I wanted and needed for my home and provided me with the best options. I had some scheduling challenges with other things going on with my kitchen remodel and Alan and his team reworked their schedule to meet my timeline needs. Description of Work: I purchased the $79 diagnostic deal for our heat pump. One of our pumps stopped working--no fan and no cooling. We were really worried that we'd need to replace it. The technician arrived promptly and checked the heat pump, had the parts on the truck and fixed it within an hour. He was very personable and he explained what needed to be done. I was pleasantly surprised at not having to pay much more!

Description of Work: Got a call asking if they could come earlier than my appointment time due to a cancelation. Arrived when they said they would and got right to the job. Checked the entire system and then showed me that a part was worn and offered to replace the part but it was up to me. They told me the cost and said they could do it while they were here. Agreed to the part being replaced. They replaced the part and finished the entire job well within the allotted time frame. All people that I have worked with in this company have been extremely helpful and courteous and knowledgeable. They are very easy to work with and very eager to help you in any way. Very good company and I will use them again and recommend them highly to all of my friends and family.
