Description of Work: Our gas furnace was not producing heat, only recycling cool air. The service technician identified the problem within a couple of minutes as a dirty sensor, cleaned it and fixed the problem. The diagnostic fee was purchased through Angie's list for $58 (normally $89) and the fix was $69. They were quick to schedule an appointment, were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would recommend them for any HVAC work.

Description of Work: My disposal was hung up apparently. However, after much twisting and so forth when the tech came of course it started worked. He did not try to force me to purchase another one. Informed me when I am ready I will have a credit for the hour service. I feel he was very professional and I appreciate the honesty. Yes, I will use them again.

Description of Work: Repaired a forced-air furnace in our home that heats the basement. A part needed to be ordered, so it required a second visit to finish the job. Was very pleased with the service from the woman who scheduled the appointments over the phone, to the phone calls giving the status of arrival to 'Vince' who did the repair. Had been extremely frustrated with trying to schedule service with a one-year American Home Shield Warranty (from our house purchase last June - it will NOT be renewed, luckily the seller paid for it), finally gave up, researched vendors in Angie's List and selected Air Solutions. Thank You!

Description of Work: I had a leak in my well water tank and therefore no water. The tank was old and needed replaced. The tech accessed the problem quickly and went to pick up a tank. He came back with all the correct parts and got my water back on very quickly. He was very polite and cleaned up the work area .

Description of Work: I wanted them to install a sink and toilet for a new construction home where all the in wall piping was complete and fitting for toilet was in place. I sent them pictures of sink, toilet, and connection sites; and requested they tell me if this could all be done with the deal or if there were extra charges, so I would have this information prior to their arrival. They confirmed receipt of the pictures and scheduled a date to come out. I asked if there were any additional costs and never got an answer to that question. They arrived to tell me this was going to be time consuming and an additional $500. If I did not use them, there would be a service fee taken from the promotion. I said no I requested all upfront charges prior to their arrival and I was not given any. My husband installed the toilet in less than 15 minutes and the sink in one hour. We no longer need their services.
