I am sorry you were not satisfied with our service. Approximately 98% of Angie's List clients rate our services at an "A" level. I would like to straighten out a few facts that are not correct. First the client was told by our customer service rep (Tammy) on the initial conversation when scheduling the call that there was a $59.00 diagnostic fee to come out to the home and assess the work that would be required and then we would present a fixed cost solution. Second the client was not told that we only work on 3 types of faucets, she was told that we only carry parts on the truck inventory for 3 types of faucets. Of course as a full service plumber we work on any type of fixtures. In this case the 3 handle faucet she wanted us to work on was approximately 40 years old and our technician recommended replacing the faucet rather than repair because of the age of the fixture and the fact that we would not guarantee any repairs to a 40 year old fixture. The technician presented options for various faucets to the client and she became agitated with him declining to replace the faucet. When he went to collect the diagnostic fee she became more agitated and claimed she was never told about the fee. We will contact the customer off line to try and resolve this issue to her satisfaction..
