Description of Work: We paid $99 for $200 worth of work. We thought we had a lot of money to work with for a bathroom faucet installation but it would up remarkably close to the $200 limit.

Description of Work: I needed maintenance for my furnace, but this coupon was for diagnosing a problem. The provider was very helpful and suggested I apply for a refund.

Description of Work: They installed a new outdoor faucet where there was none before, installed a new laundry tub, and fixed a broken stopper mechanism in a bathroom sink. The work cost more than the coupon I bought and the price he gave me for the additional work was reasonable. All of the work was done in a professiona and timely manner.

They have fixed several items in our house and they are very professional, and so far followed up very promptly if there is an issue. From the staff that answers the phone to all the technitions, we were very impressed and they do an outstanding job. |

Description of Work: The work they performed was good on the initial offer, but the recall service to do another task was misunderstood by both parties and was very expensive for what was accomplished.

Description of Work: Keith came to my house promptly at 7:30 am and began diagnosing my central air unit problem. It was hitting 90+ degrees that day and the humidity made it feel like 100 degrees. Keith ran from the outside unit to the basement about 20 times and he worked up a sweat...but he found the pro lem and fixed it immediately. He also notified me that I was low on refrigerant, which is what I expected since it hasn't been refilled in several years. The unit is working great and my house is cool. Making the appt was fast and easy and the reps on the phone were very helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced main water line from street to house. They were incredibly responsive and did the work ahead of original plan when the leak worsened. I gave a B on price because it was expensive, however I did not price shop having used this company previously and needing to get the work done ASAP.

Description of Work: They fix the toilet and replaced the facuets in the kitchen and bathroom tub. They were very punctual and very pleasant. They cleaned up after themselves and worked with the title man to get everything done in a timely manner.

Description of Work: The Tech replaced a fuse and wiring between the house and the AC compressor. The technician called to let me know when he was on the way to my house, was very courteous, and he completed the repair quickly. The price was also very reasonable.

Description of Work: Came and diagnosed a faulty seal and valve in our main air conditioning unit. Ordered the part. Returned, replaced the part, refilled the fluids and got the unit working again. The service was excellent. The communication was excellent. It took a couple of days to get the part and the team did everything they could to get us up and cool before the 4th of July holiday. Ended up putting all 3 of our units on long term contracts with them.
